Social capital and innovation in family firms: The moderating roles of family control and generational involvement

Drawing on the social capital literature, we examine whether the co-existence of distinct yet interacting social groups, namely family and non-family members, creates the conditions for increased family firm innovation. In particular, we theorize that family and non-family social capital have a joint positive effect on family firm innovation and this joint effect is stronger than the single effects of family and non-family social capital. In addition, we predict that while family control has a positive moderating effect, generational involvement has a negative moderating effect on the above-mentioned relationship. With supportive empirical results, our research makes important contributions to the existing literature.     

基于JIT思想对汽车玻璃生产线WIP的控制策略

本文分析了汽车玻璃加工生产线的生产流程,生产车间不同种类的在制品(WIP)数量很庞大,为此研究生产线的瓶颈工序,得到瓶颈工序生产线的切换时间对WIP库存的影响,研究生产线的切换时间、工序之间的生产节拍比和WIP库存数三者之间的关系,结合JIT和WIP库存控制策略来保证生产线的流畅生产,归纳出关键的工序节拍比下所需的WIP库存数的动态变化情况,从而动态地控制WIP库存的变化并最大程度地降低车间的WIP库存。     

张力控制系统在变频造纸设备中的应用研究

张力控制在变频造纸设备中的应用是造纸业的控制难题。本文构建了变频造纸设备张力控制系统模型,通过张力检测装置采集张力值,经PLC接收和判定,最终组成了直接张力控制系统,有效地保证了张力的恒定。同时采用Simulink工具箱,模拟和分析了Matlab软件环境下张力控制系统的仿真运行,最终证实了张力控制系统在变频造纸设备应用中的可行性,为张力控制系统的后续研究与发展指明了方向。

煤矿井巷工程质量控制的系统特性分析

我国煤矿的工程质量一直是社会关注的焦点,因为最近几年我国煤矿频频发生重大的安全事故,这就使得许多的矿井作业安全问题日益的暴露了出来。而且在煤矿开采过程中其本身就是一个高危作业,再加之许多的人为操作的失误,很容易造成重大的安全事故,所以安全作业系数根本就不好控制。文章主要从煤矿的安全生产和维护工程质量方面分析。     

Vertical separation of transmission control and market efficiency in the wholesale electricity market

This study examines how vertical separation of transmission control affects the wholesale market efficiency in the electric power industry. We analyze a unique regional electricity wholesale market in the U.S. where initially restructuring only occurred in the transmission sector. Following a commonly-used best dispatch model (Wolfram, 1999; Borenstein et al., 2002), we simulate competitive benchmark prices and compare with the best estimates available for actual prices to measure price-cost markups of the wholesale market. Empirical results demonstrate that the vertical separation of transmission control led to a significant increase in market markups in peak-load hours, documenting evidence of enhanced market power. Although we also find a reduction in the price-cost margin in low-demand hours, we reserve caution for this finding.     

Investor protection,regulation and bank risk-taking behavior

This paper examines whether the influence of investor protection on banks’ risk is channeled through banking regulation, and vice-versa, using panel data from a sample of 567 European and US banks for the 2004–2015 period. As banking regulatory factors, we consider capital stringency, activity restrictions and private monitoring, whereas as investor protection factors, we consider the level of shareholder and creditor protection. We find that banking regulation moderates the positive direct influence of investor protection on banks’ risk, while investor protection reinforces the negative direct influence of banking regulation on risk. Moreover, we show that the negative effect of national regulations on banks’ risk is more pronounced during systemic crisis years. Finally, taking into account market competition, we argue that private monitoring only has a direct effect on banks’ risk, whereas the effects of capital stringency and activity restriction are channeled through market competition.     

火力发电厂加装脱硫后引风系统的改造

节能已成为影响我国经济发展的关键问题,尤其在电厂脱硫改造工程中,风机的变频调速控制对于实现能源的节约与再利用起到重要的作用。通过变频输出频率的改变来实现对风量的实际需求的即时控制,从而实现生产的自动化及能源的节约化。本文就我公司电厂脱硫引风系统变频调速系统的改造作了较为详细的论述。     

基于内部控制(IC)的高速公路企业风险管理分析

本文从企业控制环境、风险评估、控制活动以及信息沟通四个方面针对广东省高速公路交通企业开展实地问卷调研。并对调研结果进行统计分析。调研结果显示:目前在交通企业目前内部控制体系中普遍存在组织架构不健全、资金、债务管理不善等问题。立足于调研结果,通过分析交通企业风险产生的环节,总结得出交通企业风险产生机制。结果表明,交通企业风险产生环节主要是1工程准备和施工环节;2融资信贷环节;3市场开拓、项目合作与并购环节。而这些环节之所会引发风险的产生最根本的原因是企业内部控制失调。鉴于此,本研究结合交通企业自身的特点,运用全面风险管理论,提出改善企业内部控制,并与风险管理相结合的方法。
