推行党员发展量化考核 着力提升党员素质——以川北医学院临床医学系为例

在大学生中积极培养和发展新党员是高校党建工作的重要内容,对我们党、国家和民族具有重大的战略意义。因此,结合现实党建实践,分析了当前大学生党员发展中存在的问题,努力探索构建一套科学、完善、实用的党员发展量化考核机制,着力提升党员素质。     

Reappraising Austrian Economics' Basic Tenets in the Light of Aristotelian Ideas

This paper sustains that reappraising Austrian economics in the light of Aristotelian ideas is not only possible but also fruitful. First, I draw a sketch of the essential features of Austrian economics. Next, I argue about the necessity for a thorough analysis of the notion of freedom, and I analyze Mises' conception. Next, I expose Aristotle's social, epistemological and economic thought related to Austrian main traits. An account of how the exercise of Aristotelian virtues may be synergic with economic coordination and a sketch of the consequences of the proposal on the teaching of economics are then provided. Finally, the conclusion shortly sums up the content and relevance of Aristotle's contribution.     

On the Distribution of CBOE Option Trade Prices Occurring Between Consecutive Stock Trades

This paper examines the volume distribution of option trade prices that occurs when the underlying stock price remains constant. The width of these option trade price bands provides direct evidence on the law of one price and the redundancy of options assumed in many option models. We find that index option bands are narrower than equity option bands. Furthermore, for both equity and index options, puts have narrower bandwidths than calls. In general, option price bandwidth is narrow and can be explained by the minimum price movement allowed by the Chicago Board Options Exchanges (CBOE). This supports the single price law and the redundancy assumption. The existence of bid/ask quotes on the option does not materially affect the above results although it does alter the frequency of multiple option trade prices for a given underlying stock price. We note that over 53% of option trading volume occurs without bid/ask quotes on the CBOE compared to less than 15% a decade ago. Our results suggest that the effective bid/ask spread on options is probably no larger than the minimum price movements allowed by the CBOE. Furthermore, the need for the liquidity services of market makers may be declining if the decline in quoting activity stems from cross trading (i.e. trades not involving market makers).

Understanding relationship quality and online purchase intention in e-tourism: A qualitative application

This study explores the formation of relationship quality and online purchase intention in the service context of tourism, and a model is also introduced. This study tries to conceptualize a model based on a mediating mechanism of relationship quality that may be applied to understand online purchase intention in tourism. Learning the critical role of relationship quality in e-tourism can guide tour service providers to design different strategies for different online customers, and consequently achieve high customer online purchase to tourist service and product. In the proposed model of this study, the perceived incentive, perceived service quality, perceived ease of purchasing and perceived usefulness influence customer online purchase intention indirectly via the mediation of relationship quality. Additionally, five propositions are derived accordingly based on the proposed model and literature review. Finally, discussion, limitation and future research are also provided.     

关于“假货不禁”及“打假”问题的再思考

假货蔓延至今，致造假货成为一种普遍的社会现象，其危害已渗透到社会的各个方面。而假货之所以屡打不禁，是因为假货温床的存在，打假难以形成力度。故要真打假，就要瞄准假货存在的温床，在打假的力度上下功夫。     

视觉表象能力与汉字书写能力关系的研究

文章旨在探究视觉表象能力与汉字书写能力两者之间的关系。以某大学的45名学生为被试,使用视觉表象能力测验和自编的汉字书写材料分别测量被试的视觉表象能力和汉字书写能力,并将被试的书写结果交予汉字专家进行评分。实验结果表明:(1)视觉表象测验的总正确率与汉字书写不同维度(笔画、笔顺、流畅度、整体感)的得分均有显著性相关;(2)视觉表象子测验(表象保持、表象分辨、表象旋转)的正确率和汉字书写的不同维度(笔画、笔顺、流畅度、整体感、篇章布局)的得分分别有着不同程度的相关且相关性显著。     

浅谈中蒙两国旅游业的合作与发展

中蒙两国是友好邻邦,自建交以来,两者双边贸易得到持续稳定的发展。近年来,随着旅游业在两国国民经济中的地位日渐突出,同时,两国在区位、交通、资源禀赋、外交政策、发展需求等多方面的优势,使得两国在旅游业的发展上存在各自独特的差异,同时又极具互补性。所以加强两国在旅游业上的合作和发展,这对中蒙两国的友好合作,对亚洲乃至世界安全和发展来说都是举足轻重的。     

PF2融资模式及在中国的应用前景

日前,中国正在大力推行公私合作模式（PPP模式）,鼓励私营企业与政府进行合作,参与公共基础设施的建设。而英国则对PPP模式中的私人主动融资模式（PFI模式）进行了一系列改革,推出了PF2模式。 PF2模式在保留了PFI模式原有优势的基础上,弥补了PFI模式在采购、运营、财务公开、风险分担等方面的不足。中国当前的环境为PF2模式的应用已提供了相应的有利条件,但在相关法律法规建设、管理、财务信息等方面仍需继续完善。     

上合组织多边合作的前景——管道合作视角的分析

能源领域的合作项目——尤其是管道合作——是上合组织多边合作的一个重要方向。于2009年底开通的“中国-中亚”天然气管道就是这种多边合作的新亮点。互利共赢是管道成功的理念基础,它不仅是中国能源安全的有力保障,同时也符合管道的起始国和过境运输国的国家利益。
