房价问题比较复杂,影响房价的因素很多,征收物业税是其中之一。物业税不可能大幅降低目前的房价。过高或过低地估计物业税对房价的影响都不可取。物业税对房地产市场真正的影响,是通过其具有的功能来促进房地产市场的制度性建设,从而对理顺房价产生间接作用。     

Mind the Gap: A Journey to Sustainable Supply Chains

Many companies still view Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as solely philanthropy rather than addressing their material issues. A few companies that have began to see the strategic advantages of being socially responsible and addressing their social, environmental and economic challenges. Developing an effective strategy can reward companies with reputation enhancement, license to operate, avoiding litigation, recruitment and retention of employees and developing process, product and strategic innovations. One company who has realized the value of investing and integrating CSR into the business model is the apparel retailer Gap Inc. This article will examine the evolution of Gap Inc. and its work developing an effective labor standards assurance program and stakeholder engagement strategy transformed historically adversarial relationships with key stakeholders into collaborative multi-stakeholder partnerships. 我国银行业税收制度研究

最近几年来,随着国内银行业的发展,特别是部分国有商业银行股改上市进程的推进,税收已经成为影响商业银行在资本市场表现的重要因素,现行税制中的一些矛盾开始显现,对税收制度进行改革的呼声日渐高涨.但对现行银行业税制到底存在什么样的问题和需要怎么改革等问题却是众说纷纭.本文在对税收基本理论和我国银行业税收制度现状及其实施效果进行介绍和分析的基础上,结合国外银行业税制的现状和发展方向,探讨我国银行业现行税制在合理性、公平性、均衡性方面存在的主要问题,对其改革的总体思路和具体内容设计进行研究,以期为我国银行业税制改革提供政策性建议.     

浅谈年所得的确定

本文根据我国税法的最新规定,结合今年纳税申报中遇到的实际问题,总结了年所得确定的三大原则:年所得是综合所得;年所得是毛收入额;年所得是含税收入。同时结合实例加以阐述,重点论述了今年纳税申报中遇到的突出问题——不含税收入如何转化为含税收入。

河北省分税制改革运行 6年来 ,取得了一定的成效 ,但由于政府职责划分不清 ,收入、支出和转移支付方面还存在不少问题。因此 ,应在明确政府职责划分原则基础上 ,合理界定收入、支出范围 ,完善转移支付制度 ,并建立相关的配套措施 ,以规范河北省的分税制管理体制。

Shared Tax Sources and Public Expenditures

This paper deals with a specific vertical assignment of public functions in a federation: Two levels of government share both the same tax source and expenditure on a productivity increasing public service. We consider surplus maximizing Leviathan governments which provide public services in order to increase their potential tax base. The Nash equilibrium is characterized by overtaxation and relative to surplus maximization—depending on whether or not the public goods are sufficiently complementary with the entire tax base—either underprovision or overprovision of the public service. The implications of these results, in terms of welfare and potential use for earmarking taxes are also considered.
