运行机制、运作模式与我国科技创业链政策前景

针对我国农业分散、农业科技成果转化率低的现实国情,科技部等"八部委"联合打造农业科技创业链。我国科技创业链政策应在基础活动环节和辅助活动环节进行创新,优化运行机制,做大做强粮食产业,更好地维护粮食安全。     

Characteristics of developers and their relations to open space conservation

Developers are entrepreneurs that initiate and carry out land development projects. They play an active dominant and leading role in land use planning decisions, and are, therefore, expected to have a significant impact on patterns of development and open space conservation. The present study identified correlations between characteristics of developers and indicators of open space conservation, based on a random sample of 88 statutory land use plans in the Tel Aviv metropolitan region over the period 1990–1999. The variables used to describe characteristics of developers were of two kinds: direct variables including developer type and land ownership, and indirect proxy variables that represented typical entrepreneurial behaviors (profit seeking, risk taking and innovativeness) including: net residential density, open space per residential unit, spatial location of the plan area and the time lapse until plan approval. Indicators of conservation were: size of plan area, existing agricultural land within the plan, proposed open space and effective open space. We found that developer type and land ownership were connected mainly to plan size and existing agricultural land rate, both indicators of regional conservation potential, while variables representing profit seeking, risk taking and innovativeness were significantly connected to proposed and effective open space rates, which express the conservation level within plans.     

Relationship between positive psychological capital and creative performance

Despite considerable attention to the creative process and its relationship with personal characteristics, there is no published study focused directly on the relationship between the recently recognized core construct of psychological capital (PsyCap) and creative performance. Drawing from a large (N = 899) and heterogeneous sample of working adults, this study investigates PsyCap and its components (i.e., efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience) as predictors of creative performance. Overall PsyCap predicted creative performance over and above each of the four PsyCap components. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are considered. Copyright © 2010 ASAC. Reconceptualizing value creation: Exploring the role of goal congruence in the Co-creation process

As companies gradually shift from the exchange view to the resource integration view, the creation of value also shifts from the customer sphere to the joint sphere. As a result, the customer and service provider are responsible for co-creating value through resource integration. However, it raises the question of whether customers are capable of contributing to the co-creation of value. Our study proposes a framework of how goal congruence plays a pivotal role in the resource integration process between all actors in the joint sphere. When the level of goal congruence between customer and service provider actors is high, it stimulates the exchange of valuable resources from all actors, which leads to the actual experience of co-creation resulting in value-in-use and improves service outcomes, i.e., customer satisfaction and loyalty. Data were collected through a field survey from salon-and-spa customers (n = 530) and PLS-SEM was employed to test the hypotheses and further analysis. The results show that goal congruence impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty through value-in-use. Therefore, suggesting service providers to properly socialize their goals will be a good strategy to increase customer capability to co-create value and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.     

Motivations and Use Context in Mobile Tourism Shopping: Applying Contingency and Task–Technology Fit Theories

Mobile tourism shopping is an emerging market, but there is little theoretically based research on the topic. This study investigates the impact of motivations (value, enjoyment, time saving and mobility) on consumer satisfaction by applying contingency and task–technology fit theories in the mobile tourism shopping context. The results show that value and enjoyment have significant effects on satisfaction. Use context is found to have a full mediating role between time saving and satisfaction as well as between mobility and satisfaction. 房屋征收中的国有土地使用权补偿问题探究

基于房屋与国有土地的密切关联,房屋征收必然涉及国有土地使用权的收回及重新安排。国有土地使用权是房屋所有人的一项重要财产权利,房屋所有人在购买房屋时已经支付了相应的土地使用权费用。《宪法》、《物权法》及其他相关法律法规规定了对土地使用权收回的补偿,因此,房屋被征收时,房屋所有人有权获得对国有土地使用权的公正、合理补偿。     

国外水资源可持续利用对策及对我国的启示

水资源是事关国计民生的基础性自然资源和战略性经济资源．也是国家综合国力的组成部分。以色列、新加坡和日本等水资源贫乏的发达国家在水资源可持续利用方面有着丰富的经验。例如,明确的法律规定、完善的政府管理体制、全面的节水意识和先进的水利技术等。本文在研究上述国家做法的基础上,结合我国水资源现状,对我国的水资源可持续利用提出了相应的对策建议。     

对湖南省银行卡用卡情况的调查与思考——以长、常、衡三市为例

湖南省无论从率先开展银行卡助农取款服务,还是推广银行卡升级换代等都取得了一定成就。但也存在着持卡人用卡情况仍欠佳、用卡领域狭窄、服务欠完善、环境欠佳、法规环境欠优化等诸多问题。已成为银行卡产业发展的瓶颈。改变信用卡发展严重滞后现状,增加居民收入与改变消费观念,加大银行卡推广力度,加快银行卡产品创新,创造良好的银行卡受理和法规环境。拓展并规范信用卡市场无疑是一条有效途径。同时,应大力培养消费者良好用卡理念,避免“睡眠卡”的出现,提高持卡人用卡频率,增强用卡安全意识。推动银行卡产业的发展。
