以文化创意产业发展促推居民消费质量提升研究

世界金融危机后大力发展文化创意产业成为我国经济增长方式的重要发力点和我国居民消费质量提升的主要手段。依托现有有利条件,进行文化创意产业的合理布局与调整,加强与低碳产业、生态旅游的融合,我国的主要发展产业:文化创意,也是适应"两型社会"建设要求,促进产业结构调整、居民消费结构转变的重要举措。

农村宅基地抵押试点的法律观察

现行农民宅基地使用权抵押试点分别以财产流转性收益和农村金融市场扩展为抵押主题,采取农民房屋所有权并附属宅基地使用权抵押和宅基地使用权直接抵押两种模式及多种类型。试点宅基地使用权抵押融资存在抵押权合法性、抵押物处置效力的法律风险。宅基地使用权抵押应遵循合法性途径,完善抵押登记制度,宅基地使用权转让应市场化运作,其受让后的宅基地使用权期限可界定为30年为宜。     

辽宁地区电机无功补偿节能技术应用

为更好地提高企业用电运行的工作效率,通过安装新型低压无功补偿控制器,可有效解决粮库集中及分组补偿风机等设备使用寿命短、补偿精度低等短板.试验结果表明：使用该节电器风机的综合节电率可提高15％,电机功率因数大幅提高,基本实现准量补偿,企业用电效率大幅提升.

Implementation of the European Water Framework Directive: Integration of hydrological and regional planning at the Segura River Basin,southeast Spain

The implementation of the European Water Framework Directive (WFD) is a great challenge for a catchment area such as the Segura River Basin. An intense use of hydrological resources has taken place in this semi-arid region of southern Spain, with the huge territorial transformation, demonstrated in the expansion of the irrigated areas and the growth of urbanization, principally in the last few decades. The provision of water to the population in particular has improved since the middle of the 20th century owing to the Mancomunidad de los Canales del Taibilla (MCT) and to their extraordinary development of hydrological infrastructure. The MCT also has to manage various resources, principally the transfer from the Tagus River to the Segura.     

论小区共用部分车位、车库的约定专用——兼评《物权法》第74条

对于小区车位、车库的归属，《物权法》第74条确立的“约定归属”制度模式带来了法律适用上的困难，也不利于业主权利的救济。由此，建议对于共用部分车位、车库的利用，能否办理权属证书为直接依据，采用设定“专用使用权”方式加以处理。

Price Discrimination and Pricing to Market Behavior of Canadian Canola Exporters

The role of exchange rate fluctuation on the pricing behavior of Canadian canola exporters to Japan, Mexico, and the U.S. is examined using a model identifying noncompetitive and exchange rate related pricing behavior. Price discrimination was identified for Canadian canola exports to the three destinations over the period of 1993–99. Results also suggest that Pricing to Market strategies were employed for Japanese imports. Canadian canola exporters used local currency price stabilization to dampen the effects of relative price changes in the Japanese currency, perhaps linked to the large size of Japanese imports relative to Mexico and the U.S.     

A study on the evolution of land use for modem urbanization in China: 1952-2005

used by cities and towns during 1952-2005 according to statistics, and then analyzes the evolvement of the structure. At last, it puts forward several countermeasures to ensure land resource requirement for urbanization in future.
