客户管理与供应链管理的数字化忠诚系统研究

论述了企业需要建立数字化忠诚系统来整合客户关系管理（CRM）能力和供应链管理（SCM）能力，从而科学合理对待每位客户，将给企业带来新的数字经济效益。阐明了建立数字化忠诚系统模式的一些基本假设。并提出了理解客户价值与需求以及供应链成本、系统设计、系统管理与执行、效果评价等“四步法”。通过建立数字化忠诚系统，企业能够创造一种有效的管理循环和竞争优势，从而将之成为企业的核心竞争力。     

数字城市建设中的数据问题

本文首先指出了数据在数字城市建设中的重要作用 ,描述了数字城市建设中需要的数据。当前存在的问题是 :数据陈旧匮乏 ,缺乏标准规范 ,管理封闭混乱 ,数据存储、传输、处理技术发展滞后 ,数据商业化、市场化、产业化步履艰难。因此 ,必须采取若干对策 ,如健全法律法规 ,完善标准规范 ,理顺投资收益关系 ,加速数据技术开发和数据中心建设 ,完善数据管理体制 ,建立数据采集、更新、共享、交流、安全保密机制 ,推进商业化和市场化。     

The flypaper effect and political strength

Simple models of local government behavior predict equal effects of private income and unconditional federal grants on local government expenditures. Numerous empirical analyses, however, find that the effect of grants is larger than the income effect. We argue that this flypaper effect may be a result of weak political leaderships in multi–issue and multi–party decision–making environments. In multi–issue institutions, a strong political leadership may reduce inefficiency due to interest group influence and inter–party bargaining in the local council. Utilizing data for Norwegian local governments in the 1930s, we find that political strength reduces the size of the flypaper effect. When the local council consists of only one political party, we cannot reject absence of a flypaper effect, while the flypaper effect is large in fragmented local councils. 物流金融管理在大型医疗设备供应链中的应用与创新

文章首先论述了在我国大型医疗设备供应链中引入物流金融管理服务的必要性。在此基础上，应用已有的物流金融管理的模式提出了库存融资业务模式．又结合大型医疗设备供应链的特点提出了两种创新的业务模式。最后，分析了这些业务模式的收益、风险与决策内容。     

县域经济金融制度安排的问题探讨

县域经济是整个国民经济的主要组成部分,县域金融制度的安排对县域经济的发展起着极其重要的作用。本文在简要分析了当前县域经济中金融供给不足表现的基础上,对县域经济金融制度的重新安排进行了初步探讨。     

基于Miller-Orr模型的省级政府现金管理实证研究

现代国库制度的两项重要功能是,确保对预算执行过程的有效监控和对政府现金资源的妥善管理,而高效的现金管理系统对监控预算执行起着重要的支持性作用.在政府现金管理已逐渐为政府和理论界所关注的背景下,本文从政府现金管理的基本理论、本质及意义入手,以实际调研数据为基础,通过将西部某省2003-2005年的实际数据运用到修正的Miller-Orr模型中,较准确的测算出了2006年该省国库现金月余额的控制范围,为建立省级政府现金管理模式提供了有益的参考.     

中国金融制度变革的地区差异研究

由于经济增长与金融成长有极强的内生关联，中国东部与中西部经济发展的地带性差异决定了金融体系的分布格局和发展层次。从面上看，随着发达地区经济的发展和金融的深化，优势要素会由区域内向区域外扩散和辐射，在一定程度上改造落后地区的经济-金融因素，区域金融的发展空间得以扩展，从而逐步形成统一的金融市场。从点上看，民营经济的快速发展和民间金融对民营经济的内在性金融支持，决定了民间金融在金融体制变革和金融市场化过程中的重要地位。     

Risk and Capital Structure in the Regulated Firm

This paper studies the role of capital structure in a regulated firm. We show that it affects the prices set by the regulator, the expected price being lower the higher the proportion of debt finance. However, when debt is increased beyond a certain level, the benefit of lower expected prices is offset by their increased variability. We also study the socially preferred capital structure. This is such that consumers carry some risk, in the form of higher prices in adverse economic conditions.     

浅谈金融创新与金融风险管理

中国金融业已全面对外开放,中资银行要与外资银行展开全面的合作与竞争,金融业必须加大金融创新的力度.当前金融创新呈现出新的趋势和特点:金融监管的自由化与国际化、金融业务多元化、金融交易电子化、金融产品复杂化、金融服务个性化及金融机构同质化.在金融创新同时,也产生了新的金融风险,要加强对金融风险的管理,保证金融稳定,促进金融创新,提高中国金融业的国际竞争力.     

Why Skew Selection, a Model of Parental Exploitation, Should Replace Kin Selection

Synopsis In his 1964 paper, William Hamilton wrote that inclusive fitness trumps direct fitness if, and only if, the effect of interactions among siblings on their parent’s fitness is ‘zero’. Kin selection models have succeeded only because they have ignored the fact that, if an altruist dies saving two siblings, the ‘zero impact on their parent’s fitness’ constraint is violated. Imagine a parent with three offspring. If two offspring drown, parental fitness is 1. On the other hand, if one altruistic offspring dies saving its two drowning siblings, parental fitness doubles to 2. Thus, direct fitness trumps inclusive fitness as an explanation for the evolution of altruism. In other words, parents that produce some portion of altruistic offspring willing to die to save some of their siblings (who would die without the intervention of the altruist) will realize greater fitness than parents producing no altruists. Skew selection, a bioeconomic extension of Michael Ghiselin’s (1974) parental exploitation model, is presented to explain the evolution of altruism from a direct fitness point of view.
