蒙东地区发展现代物流的SWOT分析

蒙东地区在东北地区振兴的辐射下经济得到快速增长,作为经济发展的“加速器”——物流产业如何能够更好地促进蒙东地区经济的发展就显得尤为重要。文章着重在东北地区振兴的背景下对蒙东地区现代物流的发展进行SWOT分析,以期为其发展能够提供一些建议。

北京文化创意产业集聚区建设研究

近年来,北京文化创意产业发展态势良好,成效显著,形成了一批特色鲜明的文化创意产业集聚区。本文在介绍北京文化创意产业集聚区总体发展情况的基础上,着重分析总结出北京文化创意产业集聚区建设发展的四种典型模式,并提出了进一步推进文化创意产业集聚区发展的对策与思路。     

A LITERATURE SURVEY ON PROPOSED AFRICAN MONETARY UNIONS

This study provides a survey of recent advances in the literature on proposed African monetary unions. The survey comprises about 70 empirical papers published during the past 15 years. Four main strands are discussed individually and collectively. They comprise the proposed: (i) West African Monetary Zone (WAMZ), (ii) East African Monetary Union (EAMU), (iii) Southern African Monetary Union (SAMU) and (iv) African Monetary Union (AMU). We observe a number of issues with establishing the feasibility and/or desirability of potential monetary unions, inter alia, they are variations in: choice of variables, empirical strategies, sampled countries and considered periodicities. We address this ambiguity by reviewing studies with scenarios that are consistent with Hegelian dialectics and establish selective expansion as the predominant mode of monetary integration. Some proponents make cases for strong pegs and institutions as viable alternatives to currency unions. Using cluster analysis, disaggregating panels into sub-samples and distinguishing shocks from responses in the examination of business cycle synchronisation provide more subtle policy implications. We caution that for inquiries using the same theoretical underpinnings, variables and methods just by modifying the scope/context and periodicity may only contribute to increasing the number of conflicting findings. Authors should place more emphasis on new perspectives and approaches based on caveats of, and lessons from the European Monetary Union (EMU) and CFA zones.     

都市区,都市圈和都市带的概念界定与比较分析

鉴于当前学术界关于大城市地域空间组织若干概念的分歧,针对都市区、都市圈和都市带的概念进行了界定,认为它们分别处于城市化的不同发展阶段,是大城市地域空间组织从简单到复杂、从低级到高级演变的结果。并进一步对都市区、都市圈和都市带在人口规模、空间尺度、社会经济、空间结构等方面的特征进行了比较分析。     

我国东北地区港湾物流现状与展望——以图们江通海物流为中心

东北亚地区的经济技术交流的日益频繁,为我国东北地区物流的发展带来新的机遇。图们江流域物流发展符合区域经济发展的趋势。但是,图们江港湾物流未形成完整持续的物流链,通关管理水平有待提高。图们江通海物流要立足东北地区,依托朝鲜罗津港,充分利用地理上邻近日韩的区位优势,加快发展通海物流。     

成渝经济区城市体系规模结构实证

采用豪斯道夫(Hausdorff)分维模式,利用2002和2003年成渝经济区各等级城市非农业人口、社会商品零售总额、国内生产总值(GDP)、第一产业产值、第二产业产值、第三产业产值等6个指标对成渝经济区城市体系的分形特征进行研究。结果表明,成渝经济区城市体系的规模结构较为分散。除第一产业外,经济区内各城市在非农业人口、社会商品零售总额、国内生产总值(GDP)、第二产业产值、第三产业产值方面存在着较大的等级差异。针对这一现状,提出了完善和优化成渝经济区城市等级规模结构的对策建议。     

我国反倾销中的反规避立法亟待完善

本文主要阐述了反倾销中的反规避行为，通过比较欧美立法，提出对我国立法具有参考性的建设性意见，强调了我国反规避立法的迫切性与必要性。     

UNDERSTANDING THE INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL AND EURO AREA OUTPUT VOLATILITY

This paper addresses two main questions. First, it seeks to establish whether the stylized facts of the ‘great moderation’ that have been documented for the UK and US economies can be found for the Euro area. Second, it explores possible explanations for any changes that have occurred in the volatility of Euro area output fluctuations. In examining why business cycles have moderated, much of the existing literature has tended to concentrate on a few key factors. These include shifts in the structure of the economy, improved monetary policy and a ‘good luck’ factor. This paper, however, follows a relatively new branch of the great moderation literature by focusing on whether international business cycle linkages have changed in a way that may have perpetuated the dampening in Euro area output fluctuations. The results show Euro area output fluctuations to have significantly reduced in variability over the last quarter of a century. The results go on to highlight that, although Euro area cycles differ little from rest of the world cycles, the moderation in Euro area output fluctuations is only marginally due to changes in international business cycle linkages and smaller international and domestic shock variances.     

由宁夏中部地区的资源开发看生态建设的整体性

宁夏中部地区是宁夏乃至全国的土地资源及能源的重点开发区域。但是，由于其生态环境具有强烈的过渡性、复杂性和脆弱性，以往的资源开发活动已经造成了森林退缩、草场退化、土地沙化、水土流失与土壤盐渍化等一系列生态环境问题。文章指出上述生态问题的产生也是人们在资源开发过程中非整体性行为的作用结果，为此，生态建设要作为一项全社会参与的“系统工程”，从生态经济建设、生态文化建设、生态体制建设与生态工程建设等几个侧面共同入手，只有这样，才能保有以往的生态建设成果，实现本区域生态系统的良性循环。
