The influence of perceived risk on Internet shopping behavior: a multidimensional perspective

The present study analyzes the influence that perceived risk in online shopping has on the process of e‐commerce adoption by end consumers. With this aim, the Technology Acceptance Model is taken as a reference framework, proposing an Extended E‐Commerce Acceptance Model that includes the diverse constructs of perceived risk: financial, performance, social, time, psychological and privacy. Empirical evidence is obtained from two samples, one is composed by Internet users with no experience in web shopping and the other is formed by online buyers. The results obtained confirm that the intention to shop through the Internet is positively influenced by general attitude toward the system and negatively influenced by the risk associated with the Web. Regarding the importance of the risk dimensions considered in the study, the economic and performance facets are the ones that have a greater influence on e‐commerce adoption, while social and time dimensions are the less relevant.     

项目教学法在高职院校《电子商务概论》教学中的应用研究

《电子商务概论》是一门典型的知识高度复合的课程,课程内容既包含一定的基础理论知识,同时又要有一定的综合实践,为了培养学生学习的主动性与自主创新思维,本文结合高职院校教育教学和课程本身的特点,对项目教学法在《电子商务概论》课程中的应用进行阐述,并介绍了项目教学法在实际教学过程中的具体实施。     

The Productive Tension of Trust and Distrust: The Coexistence and Relative Role of Trust and Distrust in Online Banking

This study examines the effects of trustworthiness perceptions and trustor dispositions on trust and distrust as well as the downstream influence of trust and distrust on intention to use online banking. More than 500 college students located across two universities completed a survey to provide data for the study. The findings from this study suggest that the “blind trust” and “blind distrust” perspectives used in isolation are incomplete and that a more comprehensive model of trust requires the inclusion of both perspectives. As hypothesized, results also support the assertion that trust and distrust are distinct constructs and that the established e-retailing trust nomological network holds in an online banking context. The study also contributes to the literature by establishing several distrust antecedents, as well as illustrating distrust's negative effect on intention to use online banking. Finally, the study illustrates how the influence of trust can overwhelm the effect of distrust in an online banking context.     

E-commerce in Least Developing Countries: Summary Evidence and Implications

ABSTRACT

We undertook a review and classification of research on electronic commerce (e-commerce) in developing countries. We analyzed 181 articles published in a broad range of journals covering e-commerce, global information technology, and development issues. The analysis provides a roadmap that not only indicates the current state of e-commerce for development research but also identifies gaps and priorities for future research. This will be of significant value to both academics and practitioners who are working on, or plan to work on, e-commerce in developing countries.

我国电子商务中手机支付的产业发展初探

电子商务自出现以来发展势头强劲,网络购物的用户不断增长。与此同时,电子支付工具也得到快速发展,在智能手机出现后,由于手机用户的广泛性,手机移动支付将成为未来发展的主流趋势,具有更广阔的市场。手机支付方便快捷,但是作为一种网络支付方式,却受制于通信网络、标准化和安全性等问题。手机支付产业的良性发展需要政府、金融机构、电信运营商与其它相关机构协作,建立移动支付产业链,为手机用户提供规范安全的支付环境。     

基于B2B平台的长三角产业价值链升级研究

根据价值链和电子商务理论与实践可以发现,B2B电子商务平台正在改变产业价值链模式,为提升产业价值链带来新的战略途径。长三角内外产业价值链的正在经历跨边界重组,较为发达的B2B平台环境则提供了重要的技术条件。以阿里巴巴为例分析来看,B2B平台中存在着国内和国外两类产业价值链的复杂嵌套,而国内企业在全球价值链中还基本处在低端位置。B2B电子商务平台支持的产业价值链租金是长三角价值链高级化的基本动力之一;长三角未来应有意识地引导充分利用中心城市的比较聚集优势,政府通过宏观协调,形成发挥B2B平台优势的产业环境,通过B2B电子商务平台激活高级要素,采取全球产业价值链与国内产业价值链并建的策略。     

基于DEA方法的旅游电子商务网站效率评价研究

在已构建的旅游电子商务网站效率DEA评价指标体系下,对6个旅游电子商务网站的实证分析表明,同程网、旅游热线和通用旅游网三个旅游电子商务网站效率相对非有效,而艺龙网、携程网和酷讯网相对有效;酷讯网被参照了三次,其效率评价最优。从投影和对比分析结果中也可以看出,同程网应着重加强网站链接量和减少网站对象数量来进行对网站建设的改进。     

跨境电商综合试验区试点政策如何影响电商行业发展

理解政府政策对电商行业发展的作用效果,事关我国电商行业发展以及各级政府的正确决策。通过构建一个基于知识螺旋演化的概念模型,探究跨境电商综合试验区试点政策对电子商务行业发展作用的内在机理,并在此基础之上提出研究假说,然后采用双重差分方法对研究假说进行实证检验,检验结果表明：在剔除其他因素影响的条件下,跨境电商综合试验区试点政策的实施能够促进电商行业发展。进一步研究发现：试点政策对电商行业发展的促进作用存在城市异质性,即地级城市作用最大,其次为副省级城市,再次为省会城市。因此,政府在制定促进电商行业发展的相关政策过程中,应将政策重点放在电商行业发展水平尚待提高的地级城市(除副省级和省会城市之外),试点政策在这些城市的作用效果更大。另外,我国西部地区的政策重点应放在加强电子商务行业发展的配套设施建设,这样才能提高试点政策的作用效果。
