基于层次分析法的电子制造企业供应商评价体系研究

本文在现有供应商评价指标与评价方法的基础上,根据我国电子制造企业的现状与特点,构建了包括质量管理、物流与交货、技术研发及生产制造4个一级指标、16个二级指标的供应商评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。最后,通过示例对本研究建立的供应商评价体系进行应用,以检验其可操作性。     

关于教学量化评估法及其应用

文章介绍了一种经作者多年研究并实践证明行之有效的评教方法。其原理是由学生对教师的课堂教学情况进行评估打分,再进行一系列的统计分析处理,最后形成对教师的教学情况的评价。其意义在于教学量化评估,发现教师队伍及教师个人的优势、劣势和存在问题,从而有针对性地采取措施,提高教师队伍的业务水平和教学能力。     

配送系统运营效率的综合评价模型

配送作为现代物流的关键作业环节之一，其运营效率的高低直接影响到物流的效率与效益，对配送系统的效率与效益评价涉及到众多不同层次的指标。本文在层次分析法的基础上运用加权平均法构建了一个配送系统运营效率的综合评价模型，该模型通过系统考察影响配送效率的所有可能因素，对配送系统运营效率进行客观、综合的评价，为管理人员进行科学决策提供有力的支持。     

Risk governance in an age of wicked problems: lessons from the European approach to indirect land-use change

In this article, the success of a risk communication programme conducted in two municipalities in Sweden is evaluated. The communication efforts were initiated in order to comply with the Seveso II Directive, passed as a national law in July 1999. Data from two different questionnaires are used. Between the distribution of the two questionnaires, an information campaign took place in the communities. The first questionnaire was aimed at measuring the public's opinion and understanding of the risks related to chemical industries in their communities, as well as the public's knowledge of emergency behaviour in the event of an accident. The second was aimed at measuring the effects or impact of the risk communication programme on the public. A total of 346 respondents participated in the study by answering two questionnaires. An evaluation of the risk communication efforts was focused around three dimensions: comprehension, audience evaluation and communication failures. The results showed differences between the two campaigns that gave significantly different results in the two communities. In the community with the multimedia channel campaign, the respondents showed greater knowledge of the production process at the local industry, they also judged the health threats for that industry to be less after the campaign, and they saved the information material to a greater extent. However, the overall effects of the information campaigns were weak. Future research is needed to explore the relation between people's emergency behaviour and risk communication.     

An Alternative to the Impasse

Abstract

The volume of violence portrayed in American mass media has caused concern for decades, but media self-interests, weak governmental policies, and the First Amendment protection for freedom of expression have stymied efforts to improve media content. Grassroots endeavors to alert parents to possible negative effects may be a more effective approach. “Pulling the Plug on Media Violence,” a campaign aimed at escalating consumer awareness, has been implemented by a volunteer group in North Carolina. This study, using the results of a statewide poll, evaluates the campaign's effectiveness and provides useful findings for future efforts devoted to similar issues. The survey shows that although awareness of the campaign was high, the level of concern about media effects was not influenced directly. Religiosity, gender and parenthood were found to be the most important factors linked to higher levels of concern about media violence. Future efforts to mobilize an anti-violence effort may want to target messages to parents (especially mothers) and work with churches in order to increase active involvement.

通过对虚拟企业战略执行力的论述，提出了虚拟企业战略执行力评价的五个二级指标，并且在每个二级指标下设定了相应的三级指标，并通过群组层次分析法确定了二级指标的权重，构建了虚拟企业战略执行力的评价指标体系，对实际工作吴有一定的理论指导意义。     

供应链条件下的合作伙伴评价方法研究

供应链条件下合作伙伴的选择成为决定企业成功与否的关键,首先,建立了合作伙伴的评价指标体系;并结合DEA和AHP的优点,提出基于DEA/AHP的合作伙伴评价方法;最后,通过算例验证该方法的科学性和可行性。

农村信用社农户小额信贷融资制度的效率：一个分析框架

在新制度经济学的分析框架内,重新构造制度效率评价的理论模型,提出农村信用社农户小额信贷制度效率的评价指标体系,并对该制度效率进行测评。结果表明,我国农户小额信贷制度的效率正在逐渐提高,但各地的差异较大,与经济发展水平无关;农户小额信贷制度效率仍存在较大的改进空间,改进的核心在于交易成本的降低和农业风险控制制度的建立和完善。     

产业集聚水平测度方法的研究综述

产业集聚对促进地区经济发展具有十分重要的作用,越来越多的研究致力于对产业集聚水平测度的探索,因此本文系统地介绍了国内外学术界在测度产业集聚水平上主要使用的几种方法,如行业集中度、空间基尼系数、E－G指数等,并对这些方法进行了评述,指出了各方法的成功和不足之处。其次在测度地区行业产业集聚水平时,对合理选择相应指标给出一定的建议,以期更为精确地测度我国及各区域的产业集聚水平。
