CO—CO型家族企业继承人选择分析

我国民营企业以家族企业为主要形式,但由于家族企业的复杂性,很难有突破。文章假设了一种具有广泛现实基础的CO-CO家族继承人选择模式,从经济学角度分析家族企业继承过程中的影响因素,并提出了构建家族企业选出恰当人选的环境氛围的建议。     

浅谈企业职工家属的户籍管理工作

企业职工家属的户籍管理与企业职工不同,在管理的过程中应该区别对待,从以人为本的角度出发。同时,在管理的过程中,我们发现现有的管理制度存在着一定的问题,主要是管理的有效性不高,本文就如何提高职工家属户籍管理效率这一问题展开论述,希望能够对今后的工作有所推动。     

Why some firms adopt telecommuting while others do not: A contingency perspective

Using a contingency perspective and data from 122 CEOs of Spanish firms, this paper examines what makes a firm likely to adopt telecommuting. We hypothesized that employer adoption of telecommuting would depend on organizational constraints (age and size of the firm), the international composition of the workforce, and the top executives' leadership style. In turn, we argue that firms adopting telecommuting would emphasize outcome‐based control systems. Our empirical evidence showed that telecommuting correlated with small organizational size, a high proportion of international employees, and variable compensation. A contingent reward leadership style at the top moderated the effects of firm age and internationalization on the adoption of telecommuting. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

Sustainability practices of family firms: the interplay between family ownership and long-term orientation

Sustainability practices are critical for family firms, as they relate directly to the continuity of the business and relationships with important stakeholders, such as members of the local community. Nevertheless, not all family firms wish to adopt sustainability practices. To examine this, we draw upon the socioemotional wealth perspective in order to develop a theoretical model of the direct negative effects of family ownership on the adoption of sustainability practices. We also suggest moderating effects of long-term orientation (LTO) on this link. Our model is tested on a sample of 195 family firms in the tourism and hospitality sector. The results support our hypothesis that family ownership negatively influences the adoption of sustainability practices. Additionally, LTO moderates the relationship between family ownership and the adoption of sustainability practices, such that family owners with a high LTO are more likely to adopt this particular practice compared to those with a low LTO.

人口问题,是经济社会可持续发展的首要问题。计划生育是我国的一项基本国策,在人口领域坚持科学发展观,对社会进步、经济发展有着十分重要的作用。文章对如何运用科学发展观开展企业计划生育工作进行了分析阐述。     

河南省计划生育科技档案信息化建设现状定性研究

目的:了解河南省人口和计划生育部门各级各地科技档案信息化建设状况,针对科技档案信息化建设中存在的问题提出对策和建议,为政府制定科技档案信息化建设提供理论依据。方法:采用定性研究方法对项目县分管领导进行个人深入访谈。结果:计划生育科技档案信息化建设无明确统一标准;科技档案信息化建设经费不到位、人员短缺,重视硬件建设,相对轻视人才培养,项目县的科技档案工作不仅数量少,规模小,而且还极其分散;信息化程度不高,科技档案信息利用率和可及率低。结论:河南省人口和计划生育部门各级各地科技档案信息化建设状况不容乐观。     

论婚姻家庭中夫妻话语冲突及其应对策略

夫妻话语冲突在我国普遍存在,它是造成婚姻家庭成员之间不和谐的主要因素。作为话语研究中新的课题,国外研究者对夫妻话语冲突问题进行了大量研究,但还没有引起国内研究者的足够重视。夫妻话语冲突不仅直接影响两性和谐、婚姻质量,也间接影响孩子的成长与健康发展。本文拟结合语言学、心理学、社会学的相关理论观点,从表现、成因及应对三方面探讨我国婚姻家庭中夫妻话语冲突问题。     

Do Small Family Firms Outperform Non-family Firms？ A Research Agenda Based on Agency and Stewardship Theories＊

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of family involvement and altruism on agency costs of equity and debt, as well on the performance of small family businesses. To achieve this objective, the authors reviewed the literature on family business. Drawing from agency theory and stewardship theory, the authors also proposed a research model that highlights the links among the variables. In so doing, this paper makes some contributions to the literature in three ways. Firstly, it takes an integrative framework that may help to explain behaviors oriented towards maximizing potential performance within a context in which pro-organizational attitudes co-exist with self-serving motivations. Secondly, it advances the understanding of corporate governance mechanisms in small family businesses, and finally, it deepens the discussion of prior research by advancing a set of propositions based on two theoretical approaches. Thus, the authors believe that a systematic comparison of different contexts provides new insights into small family business governance. The implications and directions for future research are in the last section.     

基于土地伦理的南京市土地资源价值测算

我国处于经济快速发展时期,对土地资源的利用,呈现出以追求经济效益为唯一目标的趋势。只有基于土地伦理观,重视土地资源生态价值,才能改变当前土地污染严重,土地利用结构不合理的现象。本文采用成果参照法、市场价值法、分解求和法对南京市土地资源生态、经济、社会价值进行测算,得到南京市土地资源综合价值。
