乡土正当性与法律正当性在林权纠纷中的博弈——基于桂南两县一区的实地调查

通过背景梳析,在对林权纠纷中地方政府、国有林场、农户的调查后发现乡土正当性和法律正当性在当地林权纠纷中存在冲突,通过分析得出当前的林权纠纷问题具有普遍性和复杂性的基本特征;从制度经济学的产权角度和农户增收角度来看,农户的土地产权应得到维护。     

组织学习的时空理论

从动态和系统的角度,从组织学习的来源出发,首先提出了组织学习的来源存在时间和空间两个维度,然后建立了基于时间和空间维度的组织学习时空理论。从时间维度(过去、现在和未来)和空间维度(内部和外部)构建了组织学习的6种基本模式,通过排列组合建立了64种组织学习方法,并进一步提出组织要根据外部环境的客观要求和内部实现的可行性选择合适的学习方法,以及组织选择的学习方法可能随着发展阶段的推移而变化等观点。     

Neighborhood as Spatial Project: Making the Urban Order on the Downtown Brooklyn Waterfront

This article argues for a reconceptualization of one of the most basic concepts in urban studies: the neighborhood. Traditionally neighborhoods have been understood as clearly bounded, quasi‐Westphalian containers or as ‘natural areas’ of urban community. But this approach is widely acknowledged to be under‐theorized. And it fails to account for the ways in which the production of neighborhood is inherently political and often conflictual. After reviewing the ways in which neighborhood has been used in urban sociology and urban planning, this article offers a critical conception of neighborhoods as ‘spatial projects’ on the submetropolitan scale. This approach captures the ways in which neighborhoods are not abstract spaces on a city map, but the uneven, unequal products of complex, ongoing struggles between various groups and institutions. This approach is developed through an ethnographic and historical case study of neighborhood formation in one part of Brooklyn, New York. The article concludes with a discussion of how the language of spatial projects refocuses urban research on the political and economic forces that produce neighborhood in the contemporary city.

文化是人在与动物不同的谋生存和谋发展的生活方式中形成和沉淀下来的东西。文化发展与民众幸福息息相关，但是文化发展对民众生活的具体影响却很少有人探讨。因此，梳理我国当前文化发展现状，分析文化发展现状对民众生活的具体影响，探讨文化发展与民众幸福的一般关系，展望未来文化发展的趋势，对于我们构建支撑人民幸福生活的文化至关重要。     

郊区工业发展现状及对策分析——以天津市为例

随着都市经济的发展,市区工业逐渐由向郊区转移是必然的趋势.近年来郊区工业发展速度在不断提升,产值不断增加,对经济和社会的贡献明显提高.以天津为例,通过总结天津郊区工业发展取得的成果,评价发展进程,分析发展中存在诸如实力不强、产业集中度不高、园区特色不突出、竞争力不强等问题,借鉴发达地区的经验,提出了天津郊区工业发展的路径和对策性建议.     

Can Arabic Proverbs Enhance Arabic-Speaking Students’ Comprehension of Financial Concepts?: An Empirical Study in Randomly Selected Business Schools in Dubai

In this study, we investigated the use of Arabic proverbs and quotes for teaching finance courses to Arabic-speaking students who are nonnative speakers of English. The study found that the use of Arabic proverbs and quotes greatly enhances the students’ comprehension of the finance topics covered. Similarly, the study revealed that the use of Arabic proverbs and quotes for Arabic-speaking students in teaching finance courses creates rapport between the student and instructor, thus enhancing learning. Finally, the study confirmed that the use of Arabic proverbs and quotes for Arabic-speaking students in teaching finance courses does not lead to confusion or complicate matters, but enhances comprehension and bolsters retention.

The antecedents of memorable tourism experiences: The development of a scale to measure the destination attributes associated with memorable experiences

Providing visitors with memorable tourism experiences (MTEs) is important for achieving success in the highly competitive tourism marketplace. To support destination managers, this paper developed a scale instrument that conceptualizes the attributes of destinations associated with MTEs. Following a rigorous scale development procedure, this study identified a 10-dimensional construct that affects MTEs. The data support this dimensional structure of the attributes of destinations affecting MTEs and the internal consistency and the validity (i.e., content, construct, convergent, and discriminant) of the scale. The theoretical and managerial implications of the study's results are discussed.
