考虑多模糊时间窗医药物流配送路径优化

以医药物流客户满意度最大和总成本最低为目标,建立了考虑多模糊时间窗的车辆路径问题优化模型。为满足低碳物流的要求,在路径规划中引入碳排放成本,为防止类似大型医疗器械运输超载问题引入超载惩罚项,引入多模糊时间窗来评价客户在可以忍受送达时间段和期待送达时间段的满意度。以单个配送中心3辆配送车辆25个客户为算例,运用遗传算法对模型求解,求解得到的最优车辆配送路径提高了满意度并降低了总成本。该模型亦适用于满足相应约束条件的类似行业的供应链优化。     

中国新能源电动汽车企业的虚拟价值链研究 ——以蔚来汽车为例

为中国新能源电动汽车企业能够利用信息和数据在新的科技时代创新发展,提高企业竞争力,运用文献分析和理论研究构建中国新能源电动汽车企业的虚拟价值链模型,以蔚来汽车为例,通过专家调查法、层次分析法和模糊整合评价法对虚拟价值链进行评价研究。结果发现虚拟价值链的关键环节有信息技术平台、智力资本、设计和研发,虚拟价值链上的环节总体发展偏好。得出结论,中国新能源电动汽车企业关键优势明显,但链条缺乏完整性和协作性,并给出中国新能源电动汽车企业布局虚拟价值链的建议。     

Internationalization of Chinese banking and financial institutions: a fuzzy-set analysis of the leader-TMT dynamics

Abstract

Received international business and international human resource management theories have generally reached a consensus on the important role of leader and top management teams (TMTs) in deciding and shaping the firm’s internationalization process. However, what remains unclear is how a well-functioning TMT is formed to effectively achieve the desired internationalization goal. Utilizing a unique sample of Chinese banking and finance institutions’ initial public offering overseas, this study explores how Chinese BFIs configure the leader-TMT dynamics to achieve high internationalization performance. Using a set-theoretic approach and the technique of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, a distinct taxonomy of the leader-TMT dynamics (namely, grass-root, strategic executor, born-global and glocal) is developed. Our findings provide novel insights into the IHRM variations within Chinese BFIs’ TMT formation, based on a theoretically and methodologically extended leader-TMT dynamics perspective.     

基于模糊综合评价的中央投资农村沼气建设项目后评价——以天津市为例

本文在建立中央投资农村沼气建设项目后评价指标体系的基础上,采用模糊综合评价的方法对中央投资农村沼气建设项目进行了后评价研究;并以天津市具体的中央投资农村沼气建设项目为例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,该方法简便、易行,适用于中央投资建设项目的后评价研究,为开展中央投资建设项目后评价奠定了良好的理论方法基础。     

Assessment of CSR based supply chain performance system using an integrated fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS approach

The objective of this research was to identify Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) criteria as well as propose and prioritise the alternatives to improve the supply chain performance system of an organisation. To meet the objective, firstly, CSR-based criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives were identified based on the literature review and discussion with the field experts, taken from automobile industries located at the Delhi region of India. Then, kappa statistics has been applied to check the internal consistency between identified criteria and sub-criteria. After finding the evidence of internal consistency, a hierarchical-type model has been developed and analysed using a multi-criteria decision-making as an integrated fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and a fuzzy technique for order performance by similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) approach. To make the results more robust and feasible, a sensitivity analysis has also been performed.

Exploring the effect of Starbucks' green marketing on consumers' purchase decisions from consumers’ perspective

This study contributes to current literature by constructing a model to evaluate how using green marketing to promote brand image affects consumers' purchase intentions. First, the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method was used to explore the mutual influence on evaluation indicators, and an influential network relation map (INRM) of indicators and sub-indicators was constructed based on the results. The DEMATEL method was then combined with the analytic network process to create a DANP method to calculate weights for each indicator and sub-indicator. A modified Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method was then employed to explore the comprehensive performance of each indicator and sub-indicator using empirical data. Finally, conclusions were summarised and suggestions were proposed. This study's findings can serve as a reference for firms seeking to improve the tangible effects of their green marketing strategies by stimulating consumers' purchase intentions.     

基于模糊综合法的智能仓储绩效评价

针对可能影响智能仓储绩效评价的各种因素,从智能仓储的建设投入、运营能力、决策时效性、安全状况、储货能力、人工需求状况这六个主要方面,建立智能仓储绩效评价指标体系,采用AHP法确定各指标的权重,结合模糊综合评价法建立一个智能仓储绩效评价模型,最后用实例数据对模型的科学性和可行性进行检验。     

基于审计角度的政府绩效公众满意度分析

公众满意度是对公众心理状态的测量结果,可以作为政府绩效审计的评价标准之一,这是市场经济对政府绩效审计的内在要求。政府绩效公众满意度的评价通常是通过对公众满意度的调查来进行的。调查方法主要有层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,该调查方法可以将定性指标通过模糊数学定量化。

通过对城市化内涵的探究,得出人口等单一指标测度的城市化水平,已经不能反映城市化的全部内涵,因此,应采用层次分析法对大连市城市化水平进行综合测度。然而,传统层次分析法由于在构造判断矩阵时受单个专家主观偏好影响较大,因此,应用模糊综合评判对层次分析法构造的各指标权重进行评判,并对测度结果进行分析。
