加强服务业统计的探讨

要加快发展服务业,就必须要掌握服务业发展的现状,研究服务业发展变化的规律。这就相应地要求完善服务业统计制度,研究适合当前社会经济现状的服务业统计方法,加强服务业统计,及时取得真实反映服务业发展状况的数据,为研究服务业发展情况,制定新时期服务业发展政策、发展规划服务。

Pro-social Motivation and the Delivery of Social Services

This article provides an overview highlighting some major themesof the recent literature on the role of pro-social motivationin the provision of social services. We focus on the insightsobtained from two alternative ways of modelling pro-social motivation;action-oriented and output-oriented altruism. This literaturehas implications regarding the design of optimal incentives,the selection of motivated agents and its interaction with monetaryrewards, and the optimal organizational form required to exploitsuch motivations. We also discuss the implications for governmentprovision of social services from the perspective of a parallelliterature that emphasizes the non-contractible nature of output,and contrast it with the implications derived from work emphasizingthe role of pro-social motivation. 有机国药基地发展生态旅游在国内尚属空白。本文分析了浙江省武义县寿仙谷有机国药基地的旅游资源价值、市场前景,创新性地提出了生态养生旅游产品开发的思路及线路整合方案,具有一定参考价值。     

影响我国服务贸易出口的可量化因素分析

文章简要回顾了中国服务贸易出口现状,并对影响服务贸易出口的可量化因素进行了分析。根据1990—2004年中国服务贸易出口及其可量化因素的时间序列数据做出的多元线性回归模型,印证了人均国内生产总值、世界GDP增长率、服务业占GDP的比重、货物贸易出口额等因素对我国服务贸易出口的影响,文章最后还就增加我国服务贸易的出口提出了几点建议。

在"全民医保"口号提出,并逐步落实的今天,如何保障医保的正常、理性运行,防范其中可能出现的道德风险就显得非常重要和迫切了,这是"全民医保"能否实现并达到其功效的关键,为此,笔者从医保中存在道德风险的成因进行分析,得出只有建立健全社会医保中的法律体系才能保障"全民医保"的实现。     

Assessing the Competitiveness of International Financial Services in Particular Locations: A Survey of Methods and Perspectives

The International Financial Services (IFS) industry is restructuring internally and by location. This paper outlines the economic forces and analytical methods that may be applied to examine the economic drivers of these processes as ever more cities, particularly in East Asia, are vying to attract IFS providers and their clients. The ICT revolution has made those IFS that can be commoditized footloose in search of cost efficiency. High value-added financial services, however, will continue to be developed and coordinated in a few major IFS centers that have invested in, or capitalized on, regional or global advantages for themselves and their clients. The resulting pattern of functional fragmentation and geographic dispersal may facilitate analyses of the competitiveness of different lines of the financial services business in a particular location by methods such as Data Envelopment and Stochastic Frontier Analysis. These forms of comparative efficiency analysis have recently been questioned and their results reinterpreted.

产品内分工是当代经济全球化的基本特征和重要动因之一,产品内分工的深入发展促成了全球制造外包和服务外包的盛行,也为发展中国家的产业成长和结构升级创造了重要机遇。改革开放以来,上海的发展正日益深刻地融入经济全球化进程,参与国际范围内的产品内分工不仅已经成为上海先进制造业发展的有效途径,而且可能成为上海生产性服务业发展的重要推进因素。文章以上海参与产品内分工的必要性与可行性研究为基础,初步探索了上海在开放背景下发展生产性服务业的动力目标、战略重点、区位选择和政策建议等方面的问题。     

居民健康素养差异与健康促进工作侧重点初探——基于常熟市居民2011年健康素养调查分析

健康素养是指个人获取、理解和处理健康信息,并运用这些信息来改变自己的行为,以达到维护和促进健康的能力。健康促进是提高健康素养的有效手段。调查数据显示,常熟市居民健康素养水平总体高于全国和全省平均水平,但各项指标构成不平衡,城乡之间、不同文化程度之间、不同年龄组之间、不同职业之间健康素养呈现明显差异。基于健康素养差异的健康促进工作侧重点是：运用行为主义法改变居民不健康的生活方式和行为习惯,并将健康促进工作的重点放在农村和弱势群体上,自觉维护健康公平。
