对我国建筑企业国际化经营的思考

伴随国家"走出去"战略的强势推进,我国越来越多的建筑企业走出国门,并取得了骄人的成绩。但与国际著名大型承包商相比,我国建筑企业国际化经营水平仍然存在较大差距。本文分析了我国建筑企业国际化经营中面临的机遇和挑战,明确了存在的主要问题,并提出了相应对策。     

International Economies of Scale and the Gains from Trade

In this paper, we present a two-country trade model with external economies of scale that emerge on an international level but are partially localized in each country. First, we show that the larger country exports the good produced in an industry with external economies of scale in the trading equilibrium. Second, we investigate the welfare effects of trade for the following two cases: (I) the case where external economies are completely localized in autarky; (II) the case where external economies are internationally effective in autarky. In case (II), it is shown that trade can be welfare-decreasing for both countries.     

从国际视角看我国内部审计的发展方向

文章从国际内部审计的定义及其发展着手,描绘出国际内部审计发展的四大趋势:开拓风险管理新领域、深入介入内部控制、推动更有效的公司治理、更新内部审计师的职责;指出了我国内部审计的发展方向:推进内部审计参与风险管理、建立相对独立的审计组织机构、发挥内部审计在公司治理中的作用、促进内部控制体系的建设和完善、采用科学的现代审计技术、提高内部审计人员的素质和技能。     

国际信用评级体系改革与中国评级业发展展望

国际金融危机和欧洲主权债务危机的爆发,凸显出现行国际信用评级体系存在的种种弊端。该文指出,现行国际信用评级体系的根本缺陷在于高度垄断,为此应通过加强内部治理和外部监管推动现有评级行业的改革,并推动国际信用评级行业新秩序的建立。中国应从宏观政策层面出台措施,扶持和推动本国自主信用评级体系的做大做强,并参与到国际信用评级体系的重建中。     

Are Asian Sovereign Wealth Funds Different?

Sovereign wealth funds have become a prominent feature of the international financial landscape. However, legitimate concerns have been raised about these funds. Many of those concerns can be addressed via increased accountability and transparency by the funds. The Santiago Principles are a good start in doing so. My sovereign wealth funds scoreboard points to areas where these Principles can be improved. At the same time, the OECD effort to address concerns from the host‐country side has not resulted in the erection of new barriers to that form of cross‐border investment, but the OECD failed to reverse the creeping financial protectionism of the past decade. Because of their size and the source of their funding, some Asian funds stand out. As a result, those funds will be held to a higher standard of accountability and transparency.     

优化河南投资环境途径探析

投资超常增长是促使经济快速发展的重要因素，河南投资环境基础比较好，应该扬长避短进一步优化，其具体途径可以从投资的国际经济环境、投资的国内经济环境、投资的区域经济环境入手。     

双顺差条件下的中国经济增长

在构建一个双顺差约束条件下经济增长模型的基础上,对我国的国际收支平衡状况与经济增长率之间的关系进行实证分析.研究结果表明,双顺差的国际收支结构对经济增长具有双重的效应,对经济增长是否具有积极影响取决于条件的变化.近年来我国国民经济增长与国际收支双顺差之间已经形成高度的相关性,双顺差的结构反映出经济运行过程中存在着的潜在问题,同时,经常项目顺差与资本项目顺差之间已经开始出现相互强化的关系,降低国内资源配置效率的消极作用日趋明显,将会严重地增加我国经济运行的外部风险.     

Dating the ‘world business cycle’

By mid-2008 the world was witnessing the unfolding of a relatively rare macroeconomic phenomenon, namely, the onset of what one might call a synchronized international – or ‘world’ – recession. But what exactly is a ‘synchronized world recession’? This article proposes a practical definition of a ‘synchronized world recession’ and a putative set of historical post-WWII dates for a ‘world business cycle chronology’. Further, using a constructed ‘world coincident index of economic indicators’ and an associated ‘world leading index of economic indicators’, this article demonstrates that evidence was available from early in the second half of 2007 that the world was indeed sliding inexorably towards its fourth synchronized world recession since WWII (although, interestingly, already its second of the twenty-first century!).     

乌克兰危机与中国的选择

乌克兰危机的爆发,有极其复杂的国内因素的原因。同时,它更是以美国为首的西方和俄罗斯在地缘政治上博弈的结果。乌克兰危机对国际形势的影响虽然不如舆论界预期那么大,但它可能会影响美国＂重返亚太＂战略的部署和进度。中国应当冷静观察,沉着应对。在始终坚持＂以经济建设为中心＂的基础上,坚定既有原则立场,强调尊重独立国家的主权和领土完整,坚决反对干涉内政,同时也要积极有所作为,为政治解决乌克兰危机,发挥独特的大国作用。
