抓住产业转移机遇 促进中西部地区经济发展——以四川省成都市承接产业转移为例

随着美国次贷危机的蔓延,国外及东部地区某些产业加快了向中西部地区转移的步伐。因此,中西部地区在经济发展基础上如何有选择性地承接产业转移,从而促进本地区经济的可持续发展是值得思考的问题。文章以四川省成都市为例,将其承接产业转移的优势以及需要注意的问题作了较详细分析,进而提出承接好产业转移的原则和建议对策。     

Innovation objectives,knowledge sources,and the benefits of breadth

Given the inherent risk of innovative activity, firms can improve the odds of success by pursuing multiple parallel objectives. Because innovation draws on many sources of ideas, firms also may improve their odds of successful innovation by accessing a large number of knowledge sources. In this study, we conduct one of the first firm‐level statistical analyses of the impact on innovation of breadth in both innovation objectives and knowledge sources. The empirical results suggest that broader horizons with respect to innovation objectives and knowledge sources are associated with successful innovation. We do not find diminishing returns to breadth in innovation objectives, which suggests that firms may tend to search too narrowly. We interpret these results in light of well‐known cognitive biases toward searching in relatively familiar domains. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

External knowledge search,innovative performance and productivity in the Korean ICT sector

In recent years, Korea’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry has grown rapidly. The prosperity of the ICT industry has brought growing recognition that rising productivity and innovative performance have made major contributions to ensuring competitive advantage in international markets. In this context, recent studies stress the importance of external knowledge for improving both innovative performance and productivity. This paper empirically investigates the effects of firms’ external knowledge search behavior on their productivity as well as their innovative performance in the Korean ICT manufacturing sector. Based on firm-level data from the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI), this study indicates that incremental innovation and productivity are both related to external knowledge search.     

土地承包经营权的继承:流转的依据与对策

研究目的:探究将继承作为农村土地承包经营权法定流转的新形式,为完善土地承包经营权流转的立法提供新视角。研究方法:文献资料法和调查法。研究结果:农村土地使用权流转现状调查资料显示,64.4%的农户认为可以继承;68.7%的农户希望土地的使用权包括继承权;在涉及承包经营权流转的实际操作问题上,98%的农户采取"变账不变地"的方式解决。研究结论:继承作为农村土地承包经营权法定的流转方式具备法律上的可行性,应该重视和研究土地承包经营权继承制度的立法工作。     

山西省贫困地区承接劳动密集型产业转移的梯度区位

分析了山西省贫困地区的经济结构特征,以交通区位特点为主划分出山西省贫困地区承接劳动密集型产业转移的梯度区位——三个梯队,并对不同梯队地区经济发展方向进行了探讨。     

林权流转中的风险监察制度与政府监管

目前随着林地流转市场的快速发展,一些外来资本进入林地流转市场,出现炒卖山林的现象。政府如不采取措施,很可能引发一系列问题,如使林农利益受到影响,生态环境遭到破坏,林区和谐得不到保障等。因此,政府部门要未雨绸缪,从机制上入手,有效监控流转市场的发展动向,并及时做出反应,构建流转监察制度与流转的风险监察制度。     

林权流转程序中的审批问题研究——以地方性法规、规章为对象

林权流转是林业产权确权后解决林地规模经营的必然举措。在林权流转中程序是保证林权流转规范运行的重要手段。林权流转程序包含审批、备案、森林资源评估、林权证的发放和变更登记等多项内容。文章以若干地方性法规和地方政府规章为研究对象,对其中的林权流转审批事项进行梳理,分析审批的性质和效力,提出规范林权流转程序的建议。     

HETEROGENEITY OF FIRM CAPABILITIES AND COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT: AN EMPIRICAL EXAMINATION OF MOTIVES

This article proposes capability heterogeneity of R&D consortia participants as a condition to distinguish two competing motives for cooperative R&D: cost-sharing vs. skill-sharing. An analysis of 398 questionnaire responses from participants in Japanese government-sponsored R&D consortia finds that the relative importance of the cost-sharing motive in R&D consortia increases when participants’ capabilities are homogeneous or projects are large, while the relative importance of the skill-sharing motive in R&D consortia increases with heterogeneous capabilities. The skill-sharing motive is likely to increase a firm’s R&D spending, implying an additional consideration for management’s evaluation of cooperative R&D participation, as well as adding a new public policy implication of cooperative R&D. © 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

A multi-level investigation of international marketing projects: The roles of experiential knowledge and creativity on performance

This study, using a sample of Korean multinational corporations, focuses on testing the relationships between the constructs of experiential knowledge, creativity, and performance in the context of international marketing projects. Relying on a multi-level conceptualization of experiential knowledge and creativity, our findings suggest that process-based creativity is enhanced when the team members have a higher level of experiential knowledge, but outcome-based creativity is not significantly influenced by either team- or firm-level experiential knowledge. It is concluded that, in the context of international marketing projects, the domain-relevant knowledge of the actors (i.e., the team-level experiential knowledge in the foreign markets) largely governs the level of their process-based creativity. The findings also suggest that project performance is directly influenced by firm-level experiential knowledge and process-based creativity, and is indirectly influenced by team-level experiential knowledge through the mediation of process-based creativity.     

责任导向会促进年长员工知识分享吗？——基于主动动机模型

全球劳动力老化的严峻形势下,年长员工能否主动分享知识经验,对充分开发年长人力资本、促进企业可持续发展具有重要意义。基于主动动机模型,本文从责任导向视角探讨了年长员工知识分享行为的促发机制和边界条件。通过线性回归和蒙特卡洛拔靴法对200份40岁以上在职员工三时点配对数据进行分析,结果表明：责任导向会通过提升年长员工的建设性责任知觉进而激发其知识分享;反年龄歧视氛围感知对这一作用过程具有权变影响。本文丰富了年长员工知识分享行为的前因研究,对企业如何积极应对职场老龄化与年长员工知识传承具有启示意义。
