我国旅游资源产权问题探析

旅游企业产权明晰问题已逐渐被社会认同，而旅游资源产权明晰问题却未受到应有重视。我国旅游资源产权界定不清，产权制度安排不合理，已在某种程度上束缚和妨碍了我国旅游资源的合理利用和旅游业的进一步发展。旅游资源产权问题成为近期旅游界的一个热点话题。文章主要运用俱乐部理论、资源价值理论、产权理论等，从深层次上对我国旅游资源产权不明晰的成因进行了分析，并对构建我国现代旅游资源产权制度提出了一些建议。     

灰关联分析在房地产开发方案评选中的应用

项目可行性研究在房地产项目开发决策中得到了广泛的应用，但目前可行性研究主要是进行项目的经济论证，忽视了项目的技术论证，即开发方案的评价。本文首先强调了开发方案评价的重要性，分析了开发方案评价时应考虑的因素，以及这些因素对提高土地利用率、降低开发投资的影响，并拟定了相应的评价指标。通过对评价问题的分析，提出运用灰色数学理论来进行开发方案的评价，并对评价指标权重的确定进行了改进，文章的最后结合具体实例予以验证。     

企业物流成本初探

通过对企业物流系统通路的分析,明确了汽车企业物流成本的构成;通过对企业物流系统财务模式的分析,探讨使企业物流成本得到集约化控制的基本保证;通过对企业物流系统降成本目标设定的论述,寻找降成本的关键环节;最后得出通过对企业物流的系统规划和流程重组,借助于物流业务外包和内部资源的优化整合,以提高物流系统的运作速度和资源利用率,合理降低物流成本。

福建省粮食缺口逐年拉大,其它副食品也出现程度不同的短缺信号。在食物短缺的背后隐含着农业自然资源数量的短缺,并且随着人口的增长而日益严重。本文从农业自然资源与食物生产的内在联系入手,尝试对其丰乏程度进行定量的地域划分和迭置分析,进而探索各地域类型的食物发展方向与总体对策。     

论中国审计资源配置方式的特殊性及其优化

审计资源配置的目标以社会需求为导向，以效益性为核心。审计资源配置的方式应是计划与市场相结合。并从宏观与微观两个层面，制定审计资源配置的具体优化措施。     

Review of tourism resources valuation

Tourism resources valuation is now a hot issue of the science of tourism resources, resources economics and environmental economics. This paper reviews research progresss on tourism resources valuation, introduces its theoretic basis, and elaborates two classical valuation methods： TCM and CVM. And two existing problems are discussed Firstly, tourism resources value constitution system is still under dispute. This paper puts forward the Value constitution system based on present value categories. Secondly, tourism resources valuation methods need further studies because both TCM and CVM have deficiencies. Finally, the paper points out the development direction of tourism resources valuation.     

Economic principles and fundamental model of the sustainable utilization of ecological resources

Theory and practice of monetary policy

Summary. We consider an optimally managed renewable resource with stochastic non-concave growth function. We characterize the conditions under which the optimal policy leads to global extinction, global conservation and the existence of a safe standard of conservation. Our conditions are specified in terms of the economic and ecological primitives of the model: the biological growth function, the welfare function, the distribution of shocks and the discount rate.
