京津冀地区制造业协同发展策略研究

制造业是我国实体经济的重要支柱，为进一步疏解北京非首都功能，实现三地制造业协调发展。以京津冀三地制造业在2003-2015年间28个规模以上工业企业的总产值为原始数据，利用偏离份额分析法计算产业结构相关指数指标，明确各行业产业竞争力差距，分析三地制造业协调发展情况。研究发现，京津冀三地有着不同的制造业格局，但专业化分工不明确，存在不同程度的产业结构重叠。为此提出有针对性的策略,为京津冀制造业协同发展提供新动能。     

高阳跨城庄铁路特大桥桥梁支座纠编施工技术

本文以丹大快铁高阳跨城庄铁路特大桥桥梁支座病害施工为背景,针对部分桥梁支座偏移量超标,更换病害支座施工为内容,详尽地论述了在既有线施工更换桥梁支座的前期调查、总体施工方案设计、顶升及混凝土局部承压受力分析、支座纠偏操作关键技术要点,处理方案、处理步骤、支座的拆除及安装等作业的具体内容。     

人工智能在无人作战飞机上的应用与展望

在未来高对抗环境下，夺取空中优势至关重要，无人作战飞机（UCAV）的参战将实现飞行员零伤亡。人工智能（AI）作为无人作战飞机未来发展的颠覆性技术之首，将从力量倍增器或作战支持转变为真正的人类替代者。从AI对UCAV的作用与意义出发，介绍了国外UCAV相关的人工智能项目的研究进展，总结了UCAV相关的AI智能算法，分析了UCAV的发展趋势。随着人工智能技术、机载处理技术以及传感器技术的进步，UCAV将在未来战争中实现智能协同、智能任务与智能飞行，成为空战的主力。     

立足不忘初心 抓好钻井企业财务风险管理

习近平总书记曾在“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育工作会议上强调,防范化解重大风险是党的十九大提出的三大攻坚战之一。目前一些工程企业片面追求利润最大化、盲目进行负债经营,造成企业应收账款及合同资产出现财务风险,对此,企业应建立完善的信息与沟通渠道,健全内部控制体系,加强财务管理工作,增强企业财务风险防范意识等。     

Auditor Responses to Shareholder Activism

In this paper, we investigate how auditors respond to shareholder activism against their clients. Our study is important because activism may be viewed by auditors as a source of increased engagement risk, thereby impacting audit outcomes. The potential relationship between shareholder activism and audit outcomes leads us to predict that activism targets will pay higher audit fees and also will be more likely to receive adverse internal control opinions (ICOs) and first‐time going concern opinions (GCOs). Our results, which support all three predictions, suggest that the public scrutiny associated with activism campaigns heightens auditors' concerns about reputational damage and litigation risk. Consistent with this notion, we find that activism targets are more likely to experience accounting‐related lawsuits. We also find that the increased likelihood of adverse ICOs documented in our baseline tests reflects higher‐quality reporting rather than increased auditor conservatism. Overall, our findings suggest that activism campaigns spur auditor diligence while also increasing the possibility of negative outcomes that may not be fully anticipated by activist investors.     

Organizational culture and career development in the British civil service

ABSTRACT

Quantitative analysis has rarely been used to assess the organizational culture of the British civil service. This paper matches a framework based on features of prominent theories against British Civil Service People Survey data for 2010–2018 for 71 organizations. The analysis shows a shift over that timescale to a culture giving significantly greater emphasis to personal development, with staff given more responsibility to achieve their organization’s mission come what may.     

黑龙江电网实行CPS标准的研究

本文介绍了CPS标准的内容和相关含义,并分析比较了CPS标准与现行的A标准的区别,体现了CPS标准的优势。研究了CPS标准在黑龙江电网实施需要解决的相关问题以及CPS实行中相关参数的确定方法。为CPS标准在黑龙江电网的实行进行了必要的技术准备。     

修正六西格玛设计标准

文章在修正过程能力指数Cpk基础上,修正了六西格玛设计标准,六西格玛质量评价体系数学模型仍保持不变。     

射频干扰对消技术在通信系统集成中的应用

介绍了射频干扰对消技术的原理和系统模型,总结了其实现的关键技术点,指出了在通信系 统集成中以及任务系统集成中的应用,以及宽带和大动态等未来的发展方向。     

SCHUR CONVEX FUNCTIONALS: FATOU PROPERTY AND REPRESENTATION

The Fatou property for every Schur convex lower semicontinuous (l.s.c.) functional on a general probability space is established. As a result, the existing quantile representations for Schur convex l.s.c. positively homogeneous convex functionals, established on for either p= 1 or p=∞ and with the requirement of the Fatou property, are generalized for , with no requirement of the Fatou property. In particular, the existing quantile representations for law invariant coherent risk measures and law invariant deviation measures on an atomless probability space are extended for a general probability space.
