基于“双主模式”的微观经济学教学设计与实验

教学模式改革是提高教学效果的关键。提出将“主导—主体”双主教学模式应用于微观经济学的教学活动中。论述了基于双主模式的微观经济学教学设计,并对其在具体课程教学中的应用效果进行调查和统计分析。结果表明,对于微观经济学的基本概念和基本原理,应用传统教学模式与应用双主教学模式效果相近;对于实践应用方面,双主模式比传统模式的教学效果更好。     

Host country’s environmental uncertainty,technological capability,and foreign market entry mode: Evidence from high-end equipment manufacturing MNEs in emerging markets

The paper investigates the impact of the host country’s environmental uncertainty on the choice of entry mode and also discusses the moderating role of technological heterogeneity in this relationship. Based on the resource-based view and institutional theory framework, we first analyze the investment motivation of emerging industries in emerging markets and evaluate the environmental uncertainty from two dimensions, including the institutional environment (country level) and industry environment (market level). Then, the theoretical predictions are empirically tested using 173 overseas investment events in China’s high-end equipment sector from 2010-2018. Our findings suggest that when the uncertainty of the industry environment is low, no matter how uncertain is the institutional environment, most firms tend to choose a cooperative strategy. Once the industry environment indicators become turbulent, a high degree of institutional environment uncertainty causes firms to evade trade barriers by choosing a new plant. Alternatively, choosing a relatively conservative mode, such as export. Meanwhile, technological capability weakens the influence of environmental uncertainty on entry mode.

本文认为,网络性、生产技术性和专业信任性是影响我国客运专线公司业务外包的三个主要因素,它们是客运专线公司进行业务外包时必须考虑的。文章指出,按照业务外包程度的不同,客运专线公司的业务外包可分为完全外包、部分外包、合包、自主经营等四种主要模式,每种模式都有其自身的经营管理特点。客运专线公司应综合考虑成立时间、规划地段、战略定位、风险控制等多种因素并在多因素综合权衡的基础上选择不同的外包模式,这是客运专线公司经营管理的关键和基础。     

中国流通理论创新、政府政策与发展方式转变——“中国流通创新与发展方式转变”学术研讨会综述

流通产业是带动经济发展的先导产业.国内流通产业发展滞后于国民经济总体发展水平,已经成为影响中国沿海地区经济二次腾飞的重要因素.国内流通理论研究滞后于流通实践工作,又进一步制约了我国流通产业的发展方式的转变.2007年12月16日在杭州召开的"中国流通创新与发展方式转变"学术研讨会在如下方面取得了共识:中国流通产业发展方式转变是中国经济发展方式转变的重要组成部分;中国流通产业发展方式转变需要创新的理论与创新的实践;流通实践呼唤流通理论在落实科学发展观、加强流通基础理论研究、促进理论与实践相结合等方面不断探索创新.     

企业物流运作模式的比较分析

物流运作模式是指企业对其生产经营过程中涉及的物流活动的管理方式和操作标准。企业物流运作模式是构建物流系统的前提,物流运作模式的选择因企业而异。本文对现阶段4种主要的物流运作模式从其功能、特点进行了分析,指出了不同物流运营模式的优势与不足,明确了适用范围,为企业科学选择物流模式提供参考。

基于PCI/PCIX总线实现宽带数据高速传输

介绍了传统宽带数传的实现方式,分析了用FPGA实现PCI/PCIX总线的优点,实现了基 于PCI/PCIX总线IP核的宽带高速数传,IP核在66 M/64 bit工作方式,以突发传输模式 下,速度达到了420 Mbyte/s,满足了宽带数据高速传输的要求。     

Foreign ownership mode,executive compensation structure,and corporate governance: Has the literature missed an important link? Evidence from Taiwanese firms

We propose an alternate context-based extension to the agency theory-grounded explanation of foreign ownership mode choices proposed in the literature. Using a sample of Taiwanese firms investing in the greater China region over the 2001–2009 period, we show that both economic and non-economic factors influence the choice of foreign ownership mode. In addition, we document that higher institutional ownership percentages motivate Taiwanese firms to select shared ownership in the greater China region. Further, no long term compensation mix/ownership structure link is found. These findings run counter to a theory provided for foreign ownership mode choices of US based firms. Our findings provide support for the validity of stewardship and social capital theory, but not financial incentives-based agency theory, for Taiwanese firms investing in the greater China region.
