浅析土建施工中存在的问题及解决对策

改革开放以来,在国家的号召下,我国的土建施工得到了快速发展,与此同时,土建施工工艺和技术也有较大发展,但是,施工质量问题也日益加重,越来越被人们所关注。本文针对土建施工中存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的预防措施。     

Statistics by Gender: Measures to Reduce Gender Bias in Agricultural Surveys

Statistics by gender has been the concern of policy makers in the recent past years. The demand on data disaggregated by gender has led the survey statistician to collect data and tabulate statistics by gender. In this paper, some measures will be suggested to avoid and reduce gender bias for data collection and tabulation in agricultural surveys.     

战后日本政府投资的经验、问题与启示

战后,日本通过一系列大规模的政府投资,经济得以迅速恢复并长时间保持高速增长,其平均增长速度一度超过其他发达资本主义国家.20世纪90年代后,随着泡沫经济的破灭,政府投资的效用下降,原有的政府投资制度受到广泛质疑.当前,根据国内外形势,我国政府决定启动大规模的政府投资,日本政府投资的经验和教训可以为我国的政府投资提供启示与借鉴.     

浅谈森林采伐中存在的问题及对策

我国森林质量不高,单位面积蓄积量指标远远低于世界林业发达国家水平;林龄结构不合理,可采资源继续减少,这对后备资源培育构成极大威胁.因此,我们必须加强森林限额采伐工作.本文从分析森林采伐中存在的问题入手,进一步提出了森林采伐合理化的有效对策.     

Culture' Effects on Job Satisfaction and Performance in a Bicultural Context

Abstract

This study looks at culture' influence on employee job satisfaction and performance as it pertains to competitiveness. The researcher investigated whether INDSALES (a job satisfaction scale) is compatible with a Hispanic salesperson sample, focusing on automobile sales situations. The methodology relied heavily on field research and on an experimental design that applied different employee/manager combinations. Two hypotheses were proposed and subsequently tested. Results demonstrate that Hispanics and Anglo-Americans view job satisfaction somewhat differently. The study also found that there are significant differences in the levels of job satisfaction between mono-cultural and bicultural relationships. Managerial implications for better competitiveness are incorporated. Future research could investigate a different geographical region with Hispanic and Anglo automobile salespersons or other nations where different cultures work together     

我国学术期刊可持续性发展道路浅析

改革开放30年以来,我国学术期刊取得了长足的发展,然而也存在着与其发展不相协调的诸多问题。本文从我国学术期刊发展的现状出发,对学术期刊存在的主要问题进行深入分析,就学术期刊实现可持续发展道路提出了相应的对策分析。     

关于加强国土资源资产监管问题的思考

文章结合党的十六届三中全会《决定》中关于“国有资产监管”和“建立健全自然资源资产等制度”方面的内容 ,阐述了充分认识加强国土资源资产监管的重大意义。在此基础上对国土资源资产监管涉及的问题做了进一步的论述 ,主要包括 :监管内容的科学界定、分级监管体系的建立、监管方式的选择及加快监管队伍建设的途径等。最后对如何开展国土资源资产监管研究工作提出了四条建议。
