高校党建工作责任制的探索与思考

高校基层党组织建设在高校党建工作中占有十分重要的地位。高校应深入贯彻党的十七大精神，按照改革创新、与时俱进的要求推进高校基层党建责任制，紧密结合高校改革发展稳定的实际，积极探索符合高校情况的党建责任制，使高校基层党组织建设适应国际国内形势变化的需要。

本文论述了台湾高等教育和其战后经济的发展历程,并对台湾高等教育与经济发展的相互关系进行了探讨,提出台湾高等教育对其经济发展的四方面促进作用。     

Relinking Cross‐functional Collaboration,Knowledge Integration Mechanisms,and Product Innovation Performance: a Moderated Mediation Model

Previous research shows that knowledge integration mechanisms (KIMs) mediate the cross‐functional collaboration‐product innovation performance relationship; however, this mediating effect seems to be rather weak. This study, in contrast, develops a moderated mediation (MOME) model to argue that such a mediating effect is moderated by product innovativeness. A sample comprised of 106 manufacturing firms is utilized in the analyses. A moderated‐mediation approach shows that the mediating effect of KIMs in the linkage between cross‐functional collaboration and product innovation performance varies by different perspectives of product innovativeness. From an industry (macro‐level) perspective, product innovativeness positively moderates the mediating effect of KIMs on product innovation performance; in contrast, such a moderating effect is not significant under a firm (micro‐level) perspective. The distinction between commercial and non-commercial bus services in Germany: Given by nature?

German public transport services by bus are characterized by a regulatory framework that distinguishes between commercial and non-commercial services. Contrary to the apparent views of legislators, this paper shows that costs and revenues are not the only parameters determining whether or not operators are able to provide services in a commercially viable way.Apart from the local characteristics of the specific service, we show that the classification of services as commercial versus non-commercial is determined in large part by the public transport authorities that set minimum quality standards to be provided by operators. Our analysis shows that the authorities awarding the contracts in some cases affect market organization significantly depending on how they make use of this power. Furthermore, market organization differs substantially with respect to the awarding structure and the contractual relationships, thus creating a challenge for operators and authorities in an embryonic market.     

中国菜标准化瓶颈及其突破思路研究

中国菜在实施标准化工艺过程中,与西餐相比较,会遇到更为复杂的工艺环节,技术、操作经验差异性等因素。本文试分析中国菜标准化过程中遇到的主要瓶颈、难点、节点,从操作层面上提出中国菜标准化实施的主要突破思路。     

系统结构不稳定点对系统的影响

突变理论是以拓扑学为基础，研究系统在平衡状态下临界点的性态，描述由逐渐变化的力或运动而导致系统发生突变的现象。本文采用突变理论的方法，推导出了系统在平衡状态下临界点的方程。     

On the choice of support of Re-descendingψ-Functions in linear models with asymmetric error distributions

InM-estimation of the regression parameter vector in the linear model, we discuss the choice of the support of certain re-descendingψ-functions for both cases when the distribution of the i.i.d. errors is partially known and when it is completely functionally unknown. Persistence and Change at the Top of the IT Sector

We use the DATAMATION index of the top 50 domestic IT companies (1975–1995) to track persistence and change at the top of the sector. The trends that we uncover are increasing instability, rejuvenation (declining average age of entrants coupled with increasing average age of quitters), democratization (diminishing revenue inequality at the top) and growing supply‐side intertwining of sub‐sectors and industries within IT due to diversification by long‐term survivors.     

Applying Diffusion Models with Regional Heterogeneity

Recent studies of innovation diffusion have investigated cross-country heterogeneity, but implicitly assumed within-country homogeneity. As such, these studies potentially overlook within-country variations in diffusion patterns, which may be even more important to marketing managers and researchers alike. The current paper is concerned with such intra-country variations using one of many possible a priori segmentation schemes, namely geographic segmentation. It empirically demonstrates that when substantial regional variations in diffusion patterns occur, taking account of these regional differences improves both short- and long-term forecasting under certain conditions. Regional differences in diffusion patterns also provide some important normative implications.
