文章对我国改革开放以来财政支出规模的变化趋势进行了实证分析,揭示了我国财政支出规模下降的背后仍然是政府实际支配资源规模的扩大,对这种变化趋势的合理性进行了分析判断,剖析了我国“财政之谜”(财政支出规模下降而企业负担重)的实质,给出了我国适度财政支出规模的基本要求及界定标准,提出合理控制我国财政支出规模的基本思路就是根据公共财政的内在要求,系统改造现行财政支出制度安排,构建符合公共财政要求的公共财政支出制度框架。  相似文献

Social media platforms have become an (almost) obligatory part of our lives and activities. However, many disadvantages have emerged such as an increase in dependency on social media owing to addictions known as the dark side of social media. The current research seeks to understand the impact of specific aspects of this dark side, viz. social media addiction, fear of missing out, and narcissism, on self-esteem, and their links with an individual's satisfaction with life (SwL). The results of a quantitative survey (n = 260) show the salient impact of these aspects on self-esteem as well as the preponderant role of collective self-esteem in SwL. 规划强制性内容具有重要的实践意义,是体现规划公共政策属性、实施规划监督和检查的重要内容。城乡规划法赋予了强制性内容的法律地位,并且规定了其区别于一般内容的修改程序。然而强制性内容的规划编制往往研究不够深入、制定不够慎重,随着下位规划的开展,研究逐步加深,在规划编制和实施过程中必然产生较多的难以落实的问题,进行强制性内容的修改将带来较大的效率和效益成本。因此必须提高规划强制性内容编制的科学性和可行性,对强制性内容进行分类分层,指标性、空间载体性内容区别对待,努力探索在规划编制中保障强制性内容得以顺利实现的最佳路径。  相似文献

Previous research indicates that changes in housing wealth affect consumer spending on cars. We find that home equity extraction plays only a small role in this relationship. Consumers rarely use funds from equity extraction to purchase a car directly, even during the mid‐2000s’ housing boom; this finding holds across three nationally representative household surveys. We find in credit bureau data that equity extraction does lead to a statistically significant increase in auto loan originations, consistent with equity extraction easing borrowing constraints in the auto loan market. This channel, though, accounts for only a tiny share of overall car purchases.  相似文献

Crowding out arises in many economic contexts, from the macro concern that deficit spending might crowd out investment to the micro concern that increased employment of women might result in fewer jobs for men. Here I ask whether subsidized housing crowds out unsubsidized housing in the United States, applying the econometric tools of cointegration analysis. Such crowding out proves to require stringent restrictions on the coefficients of the cointegrating relationships that link housing stocks with one another and with other economic variables. These restrictions also apply to testing for other crowding out phenomena.I find that public housing has steadily added to the total stock of housing since its inception in 1935. In contrast, I find that moderate-income, conventionally financed, subsidized housing, such as the Section 235 and 236 programs that accounted for more than 1.5 million new units between 1960 and 1987, most likely adds little or nothing to the total housing stock. These findings speak against recent proposals to provide subsidies to developers who build dwellings for moderate income Americans but offer qualified encouragement to those who advocate expansion of the conventional public housing program.  相似文献

Generation Z's (gen z) sharing of personal information on social media is a growing phenomenon with significant ramifications. Existing research, however, focuses on examining the role of social and/or psychological factors and fails to consider how and when social, psychological, and organizational factors affect gen z's willingness to share personal information on social media. To fill this gap, we propose a conceptual model based on the tenets of sociometer theory, to understand the dynamics of gen z's willingness to share personal information while considering its process and boundary conditions. Using a sequential multi-study design, we conducted an experiment followed by a survey to test our hypotheses using data collected from gen z in India. Our findings show that when gen z feels socially isolated/anxious, they are more likely to share personal information on social media. The effect of social isolation on sharing of personal information increases when gen z fear that they are missing out on the rewarding experiences others are having, are engaged in repetitive negative thoughts and perceive their firm's privacy policy as transparent and ethical. Our findings provide a better understanding of why, how, and when gen z's are willing to share personal information on social media. We extend existing limited research on the psychological aspects of digital natives' interaction with modern technologies. Our results equip social media marketing and brand managers with the knowledge they need to increase gen z's willingness to share personal information.  相似文献
