海外子公司社会资本的构成、来源与生成机制研究——中国企业国际化失败引发的思考

社会资本的缺乏是中国企业国际化失败的核心原因。文章以一般意义的海外子公司为研究对象,提出了海外子公司社会资本的认知资本、关系资本、位置资本和结构资本四个维度构成理论,分析了海外子公司社会资本的三种来源：社会网络生成、个人社会资本转化和母公司社会资本的转移,并研究了社会资本与社会网络、战略网络的互动生成过程,最后提出了中国企业海外子公司在国际市场上培育和管理社会资本的建议。     

初探八美变质岩石林资源价值及其旅游开发

八美变质岩石林是在青藏高原东侧首次发现的世界罕见、国内唯一的地质遗迹景观,它是在特殊的区域地质背景下,由于特殊的地质构造运动而形成的,具有巨大的科学研究价值。对于这样珍贵、稀有的资源,人们不仅要将它保护好,使其可持续利用,而且要开发好,建设好,使这里成为大众观光和科普教育旅游目的地,并促进民族地区的经济发展。在对变质岩石林景观的地学成因背景及科学价值进行探讨的同时,就旅游开发与资源保护等问题提出了建设性的构思。     

Assessing students’ equality of opportunity in OECD countries: the role of national- and school-level policies

This article analyses the relationship between equality of opportunity and the characteristics of the educational system, jointly considering country- and school-level policies. Because school social environment represents a fundamental channel in shaping educational opportunities, we consider all policies, recorded in PISA 2012 dataset, that affect the sorting of students to schools. We show that including sorting policies enriches the explanation of the socio-economic gradient, that is, the association between students’ performances and parental background, with respect to previous studies including only country-level features. The negative impact of early tracking on equality of opportunity is overvalued without including other sorting policies, while grouping students’ within-school by ability increases the socio-economic gradient and a greater students’ heterogeneity in the school reduces the gradient.

卫星量子通信是建立全球量子通信网络的最佳选择之一。针对采用偏振编码的卫星量子通信中的偏振保持问题,研究了大气散射和卫星与地面站间相对运动等因素对量子偏振态相位和对准的影响以及相位延迟和对准误差对系统量子误码率的影响,分析了背景噪声和系统硬件噪声对通信产生的影响以及单光子通信过程中可能受到的光子分离攻击干扰,为量子信号认知设计提供借鉴意义。     

中资银行海外拓展战略的实例研究——以工行、中行和招行为例

顺应我国商业银行资产规模日益扩大的现实需要,及经济金融全球化的外部趋势,当前中资银行纷纷加入海外拓展的行列,并根据自身特点,实施各有特色的发展战略。文章以工商银行、中国银行、招商银行为典型代表,结合其海外拓展实例,从战略目标、战略路径、战略重点等层面剖析及比较了中资银行的海外发展战略,并提出进一步发展建议。

以国际经济视角解读上海自由贸易区建立的时代背景、历史使命,阐述上海自贸区的制度创新点以及由此可能带来的连锁反应,并对相关社会、经济问题该如何解决提出建议.     

国外旅游高等教育研究文献述评

检索了1979-2008年12月期间发表的国外旅游高等教育研究英文文献,统计分析了这些文献在年份数量、发文期刊、作者、内容分类等方面的情况,透视了国外旅游高等教育研究30年来的现状,探讨了国外旅游高等教育研究的主要议题,关注出现的新问题及未来走向。通过对国外旅游高等教育研究文献的综合梳理与述评,反思旅游高等教育本身,希望对国内旅游高等教育研究提供一定的借鉴和参考。     

《墨子》的海外流传及其英译

《墨子》在海外汉学研究中日渐受到重视。《墨子》的英译及其在海外的流传,推动了英语世界人们对墨子及墨学的认识,扩大了《墨子》的世界影响,形成英语世界对《墨子》的关注与国内墨学复兴的呼应。     

Beyond adoption: sustaining online shopping

Online retailing has the potential to offer remote areas a wider marketplace for their retail products and also a concomitant increase in income. Drawing on secondary Internet-based research, this paper considers the fortunes and future of online retailing in a number of the remote British Overseas Territories. It will become apparent that Internet retailing is an important strategic option for retailers in such isolated locations, but greater attention needs to be paid to issues surrounding operations and logistics, payment systems and merchandising. It is also seen how, despite its apparent ‘placelessness’, the Internet and associated online selling cannot escape the realities of space and distance.
