风景道不仅实现了道路从单一的交通功能向复合 功能的转变,也顺应了时代发展的迫切需求。风景道选线工 作作为风景道规划的前提与基础,既往研究一般只针对现有 路网进行分析评价,以此筛选出适宜改造升级为风景道的路 线,缺乏对于现有道路体系不完善地区的考虑。此外,现有 研究中的评价体系对于游客的视觉感受也缺乏合理的考量。 因此,针对现状道路体系不发达的区域,以景观视觉质量评 价的方法对游客视觉感受进行量化评估,将其与土地适宜性 相结合构建综合评价体系,利用最小累计阻力模型的原理, 辅助风景道选线规划。以新疆博尔塔拉蒙古自治州风景道规 划为例,以期为未来中国风景道的规划提供技术支持,助推 旅游经济的高质量发展。     

水泥稳定钢渣碎石抗裂性能影响因素研究

本文对水泥稳定钢渣碎石不同水泥剂量、含水量、级配类型、碎石掺量的干缩试验结果进行研究分析,得出影响水泥稳定钢渣碎石抗裂性能的关键因素以及碎石掺配的合理范围,找出减少水泥稳定钢渣碎石基层产生干缩裂缝影响因素。     

洱海流域城镇用地扩展边界划分研究

科学划分城镇用地扩展边界是提高城镇化质量、协调人地关系的重要举措。文章综合考虑距离和阻力两类因素,采用最小累积阻力模型研究不同情景下城镇用地扩展的边界划分问题,提出一套两级分区体系。以云南省洱海流域为例的实证研究发现,同一地块单元的城镇用地扩展阻力普遍高于生态用地扩展阻力,两个扩展过程的最小累计阻力值在空间上均呈现为中间低、周边高特征;以两过程累积阻力比值1.5、1、0.5作为一级边界阈值,按三种情景划分城镇用地适宜区面积分别为981.35km2、589.40km2、212.63km2,分别占流域总面积的38.26%、22.98%、8.29%;以此为基础,对三种情景下城镇用地扩展边界进一步细化,分别确定了优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区的边界阈值。研究结果可为合理确定城镇用地扩展方向和规模提供参考依据。     

An emotional economy of mundane objects

This article illuminates the affective potentialities of objects. We examine the circulation of Kurdish music cassettes in Turkey during the restrictive and strife-laden period of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. We find that the practices comprising circulation – recording, hiding, playing, and exchanging cassettes – constituted tactical resistance and generated communal imaginaries. We illuminate the “emotional economy” that is animated by a mundane object: the cassette, through its circulation, becomes saturated with emotions, establishes shared emotional repertoires, and habituates individuals and collectives into common emotional dispositions. Cassettes thus play a part in shaping and reinforcing an emotional habitus that accompanies the emergence of a sense of “us,” the delineation of the “other,” and the relationship between the two. We thus demonstrate the entwinement of materiality and emotions, and examine how this entwinement generates emotional structures that shape and perpetuate the imagining of community as well as the enactment of resistance.     

Management across boundaries: A municipal dilemma

Public sector mergers have the potential of being viable alternative to other public sector reforms in the striving toward making public service provision more equipped to confront some of the challenges faced today. Mergers however often fail to deliver promised results. Previous research point to the importance of post‐merger integrating processes for realizing the synergies expected from mergers. However, so far these studies have focused on what occurs inside organizations and less on the interplay between different levels. By adopting a governance and top management perspective, this study increases our understanding of the importance of political decisions on the outcome of a merger in the public sector context. Further, this study increases our understanding of how organizational boundaries on different levels of merging organizations influence post‐merger integrating processes and the role of different actors as boundary spanners. The results of this study are based on five case studies of public sector mergers at the local level in Sweden.     

多功能电阻测试仪的设计与实习

文中设计一个多功能电阻测试仪。通过恒流驱动方式,实现电阻到直流电压的线性变换,再通过模数变换,实现电阻阻值的数字化测量;通过单片机程序控制和电子开关切换,实现自动测量;通过单片机驱动步进电机,由步进电机同步带动电位器的方式,实现线性电位器的阻值与角度的关系测量。制作表明,文中简易自动电阻测试仪完全达到题目要求的各项指标。     

Empowerment,Resistance, and Leisure among Latino Student Organizations

ABSTRACT

The goal of the study was to examine leisure, empowerment, and resistance among members of Latino student organizations. The study examined how the process of empowerment is being achieved and what roles leisure plays in the empowerment process. Focus groups were conducted with 26 representatives of four Latino student organizations on a campus of a large midwestern university. The findings showed that the empowerment was being achieved by helping students adjust to the university life and succeed in college, by strengthening their cultural heritage and teaching others about the Latino culture, and by helping local underprivileged communities. Leisure was used to foster bonds among group members, to showcase groups' cultural heritage, to make activities organized for others more attractive, and as a form of fundraising and attracting new members.     

Consumer culture,the mobilisation of the narcissistic self and adolescent deviant leisure

The purpose of this analysis is to investigate the consumer packaging of adolescent deviance through commodified leisure. It argues that under conditions of neoliberalism, deviant leisure is commodified by industry, emptying deviance of its political potential, selling it back to adolescents in the form of narcissistic self-identities. These self-identities appear to challenge authority, albeit produced within youth culture and marketing, purchased and consumed in the belief that it is resistance. Forms of adolescent deviance and narcissism are normalised as challenging, exciting and risky while providing associations with power, wealth, celebrity and physical beauty. In the final analysis, we explore some possibilities for the resistance of market-based constructions of self-identity for adolescents in western consumer cultures.     

Paths of the least resistance: understanding how motives form in international retail joint venturing

Developing the premise that strategies are forged through an ongoing mutual process of developing motives and responses to multiple degrees of resistance, this paper examines the motives underpinning the adoption of joint venture strategies using empirical details from four British retail firms. The findings point to multiple motives forming from multiple paths of resistance in the foreign market, but also among individuals within the firm as well as across the whole international programme. Moreover, this study reveals a paradoxical tension between management's operational impatience to immediately ground the retail format and an overall wariness or gloomy perceptions associated with adopting an international retail joint venture. The paper therefore concludes that the motives and barriers are manifestations of the struggles involved in internationalising retail operations.     

Implementing cloud-based medical systems in hospitals and strategic implications

Hospital information systems (HISs) accelerate hospital-related operations and reduce errors. However, previous HISs lack flexibility and scalability, consequently limiting the development of medical institutions. The characteristics of cloud computing services are crucial in helping hospitals overcome such a deepening dilemma. Nonetheless, only few medical institutions has begun partial utilisation of cloud computing services. Therefore, this research explores the resistance factors encountered during the organisation innovation process using the innovation resistance theory. Furthermore, the developmental barriers of an organisation are summarised into the following seven categories: the expertise barriers, operational barriers, resource barriers, rules barriers, market entry barriers, data security barriers, and barriers of cloud service quality. Utilisation of interpretive structural modelling also facilitates further exploration of the interaction structures among the barriers of organisational innovations. Based on the correlation and causation of the barriers, policy recommendations are proposed for the allocation of resources.
