对可行性研究报告及经济评价的几点认识

指出在建设项目前期工作中存在的问题，建设项目前期工作滞后，前期方案深度不够，需对可行性研究报告及项目经济评价的方法与参数进一步完善，重视风险问题及清偿能力分析，提高技术经济人员的综合分析能力，实现投资决策科学化，提高经济效益。

伪满时期,由于日本帝国主义的入侵,影响和改变了东北农村的社会经济结构和农民的生存环境.雇工(或雇农)作为东北农民社会的一个阶层,在这期间经历了极为显著的变化,诸如雇农数量激增;雇农内部结构发生变化;雇佣劳动在农业劳动中所占比率上升;雇农群地域分布的不平衡性;雇工形态及雇工工资的变化;雇工家庭生活水平的下降等.     

The Recognition and Timing of Deferred Tax Liabilities

Abstract:   This paper examines the characteristics of firms that account for deferred tax liabilities related to government investment grants under an extended adoption timing period. Not only the recognition but also the timing decision is associated with changes in future performance and changes in the debt structure. Recognisers outperform non‐recognisers in the future, while early recognition is related to post recognition performance but only for those firms that currently perform well. Changes in the balance sheet structure are also related to both decisions. Firms with recent increases in the debt level tend to postpone recognition, while currently well‐performing firms that increase their future debt level are less likely to recognise deferred taxes.     

Optimization of Harvesting Return from Age-Structured Population

Synopsis Maximization of the net profit from harvesting in a one-species age-structured population is analyzed. One of the control functions is the age of harvested individuals. The constructed mathematical model is similar to vintage capital models used in economics for optimal capital replacement. The optimization technique developed by authors for the capital replacement is disseminated to the formulated problem. A qualitative analysis of the problem is provided and the interpretation of results is given. Such economic topics as a zero-investment period, optimal balanced growth, and turnpike properties are discussed.

后家电下乡时代农村家电消费需求分析

本文以家电下乡为背景,以江苏省数据为例,针对家电下乡产品的消费支出受农民收入、家电产品价格、家电产品存量、家庭内部结构、政策因素等的影响进行了实证研究。研究表明,最高限价调整前,农民对于家电下乡产品的消费支出与农民收入、家庭人口规模、每一劳动力负担人口及对教育的重视程度呈负相关关系,而与家电下乡产品平均价格、家电产品存量及政府财政收入呈正相关关系;最高限价调整后,农民对于家电下乡产品的消费支出与农民收入、家庭人口规模及对教育的重视程度呈正相关关系,而与家电下乡产品平均价格、家电产品存量、每一劳动力负担人口及政府财政收入呈负相关关系。结合全国家电下乡资料,进一步研究发现,农村家电消费市场仍然潜力巨大,农民收入仍将是刺激农村家电消费的主要因素,政策因素在推动农民家电消费中的作用不可忽视,未来政府的类似补贴政策应更加注重地区间的公平性。     

On post-IPO stock price performance: A comparative analysis of RLBOs and IPOs

This is the first study to examine the post-IPO stock price performance by differentiating between IPOs and three types of RLBOs (i.e. public-to-private (or re-IPOs), division-to-private, and private-to-private deals). We document that public-to-private RLBOs outperform their industry rivals, IPOs, mature firms in comparable industries, and a propensity-score matched control group for up to five years post-offering. Further, we document that, within RLBOs, public-to-private RLBOs, outperform private-to-private and division-to-private RLBOs. We also find support for the underwriter signaling effect for public-to-private RLBOs. Our analysis identifies for the first time what private period restructuring activities contribute to superior post-re-IPO stock price performance. Further, the beneficial effects of private period restructurings are enhanced for deals associated with prestigious underwriters. Our findings suggest that first IPOs and re-IPOs differ substantially in term of post-offer performance, the impact of prestigious underwriters on performance, and performance over time.     

论后危机时代新兴产业崛起下信息产业的转型——以广西为例

融入新兴产业实现信息产业的转型,是广西经济建设的内在需要,也是顺应世界发展潮流的明智之举。本文对广西信息产业转型发展的可行性、难点及其突破思路进行分析。广西信息产业具备一定的规模,传统工业体系健全、相对发达,这为信息产业的转型奠定了基础;市场需求旺盛、关键技术得以突破以及广西与东盟有良好的信息产业合作平台,则为培育和发展新一代信息产业创造了条件。但是,与此同时,也面临人才匮乏,资金短缺,基础设施滞后以及政策执行不力等诸多难题,必须积极采取有效措施将其一一破解。     

明清云南旅游活动研究

运用现代旅游的官方界定标准,结合对明清时期云南旅游发展状况的史料进行了分类和梳理,发现明清时期云南的旅游是以实用性、功利性为主,但已出现休闲性旅游;当时的旅游者主体分布于社会阶层的两端,并对云南的社会文化产生了深远的影响。     

基于剩余评价期的经济评价方法研究及在长输管道中的应用

针对传统的内部收益率存在参数条件变化需要对数据进行还原调整,且历史数据缺失时无法使用,或企业管理者不注重历史收益状况的情况,提出了基于管道项目剩余评价期的内部收益率指标,并结合油气长输管道运营实际,分别构建了运营期现金流量均衡、非均衡两种情形下的评价模型,计算分析了不同剩余评价期内部收益率与全评价期基准收益率的对应关系。最后针对某管道企业的3条管道进行了实例测算,对测算结果进行分析和评价。
