以私人占有制为基础的资本主义市场经济运行机制造成了人与自然关系的对立。中国自改革开放以来,逐步建立起社会主义市场经济,也出现了人与自然不和谐的现象。但由于社会主义与资本主义制度的本质区别,通过发挥以公有制为基础的制度优势,能够实现人与自然的和谐相处。

试析贫困大学生就业难的深层社会因素

当前大学生就业难已经成了大学生、学生家长、高等学校及社会共同的感受和普遍关注的问题,而作为大学生中的弱势群体——贫困大学生的就业则更是得到了有关各方的高度重视。为进一步探明当前贫困大学生就业难的潜因,为今后解决贫困大学生就业问题打好前期基础,文章对贫困大学生就业困难的深层社会因素进行了初步分析,并提出了一些可操作性的对策和措施。

Values as determinants of motivation: Tourism and other career choices

Neuman, Yoram, Abraham Pizam and Arie Reichel, Values as Determinants of Motivation: Tourism and Other Career Choices. Annals of Tourism Research 1980, VII (3): 428–442. This study examined the predictive validity of work values in explaining motivational patterns of three groups of career preparation differing in their occupational specificity: Tourism/Hospitality, Management, and Liberal Arts. It was found that the higher the occupational specificity of a career preparation the higher is the predictive validity of work values in explaining work motivations. As predicted, the best relationships between values and motivation was found in the maximally specified occupation, namely: tourism/hospitality students, followed by management students with the liberal arts students — the most flexible occupational group — having the lowest relationship between values and motivation. The implications of the findings for employee selection and motivation prediction in the tourism/hospitality industry are discussed.

开放基础教育对老城区经济拉动的调查与分析

目前沈阳市部分老城区发展存在瓶颈：地区人口流动性差，老龄化相对严重，人口素质较低，如何解决这些制约瓶颈，实现经济社会的可持续发展是当前各界关注的热点问题。以沈阳市中心城区和平区为例，通过对和平区八经街道办事处管辖范围区域存在问题的分析，找出制约瓶颈，提出新思路：从教育入手，通过开放沈阳市优势基础教育，实现沈阳与周边城区教育资源共享，以教育带动区域经济、社会、文化的全面发展，为促进“大沈阳”建设作出贡献。

Review of Categorical Models for Classification Issues in Accounting and Finance

Recent studies have extensively used the logit or probit models for classification problems in accounting and finance. More than 289 articles in prestigious journals have used these or similar methods from 1989 through 1996. This paper reviews several categorical techniques and compares the performance of logit or probit with alternative procedures. Intuitive and mathematical explanations of how the models examined differ in terms of underlying assumptions and other attributes are provided. The alternative techniques are applied to two substantive research questions: predicting bankruptcy and auditors' consistency judgements. Four empirical criteria provide some evidence that the exponential generalized beta of the second kind (EGB2), lomit, and burrit (all new to the accounting and finance literature) improve the log-likelihood functions, and the explanatory power, compared with logit and other models. EGB2, lomit and burrit also provide significantly better classifications and predictions than logit and other techniques.

本文拟从实践调查与研究的角度分析探索中职学生就业能力培养的理论主张和可行性建议,并以此基础构建基于职业岗位能力的中职学生就业能力理论模型及柱状图测评分析体系,形成较为可行的中职学生就业能力培养模式。
