学生的考研心理对考研率有着重大的影响,对于新升本科院校数学专业学生而言,应该注重学生的考研心理,根据研究学生的考研心理状况,从而进一步提升考研率。     

Financial knowledge among Iranian investors

This research is the first to describe financial knowledge in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Data were collected from a convenience sample of investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The data were used to examine objective and subjective knowledge as well as overconfidence in one's financial knowledge. The results indicated that compared with other populations, Iranians did not perform well on either basic or advanced financial knowledge questions, especially when the questions dealt with interest rates. This is likely related to the Islamic law ban on usury‐based investing. Regression analysis indicated that demographic charactristics related to basic financial knowledge were income, labour force status and being a student. Demographic characteristics related to advanced financial knowledge were education, labour force status and age. Higher income and education reduced the odds of being overconfident about one's financial knowledge, while being a student and male increased the odds. The article concludes with recommendations about future research as well as building a national financial education strategy.     

浅谈大学生心理健康教育

随着社会的飞速发展,人们的生活节奏正在日益加快,竞争越来越强烈,人际关系也变得越来越复杂。作为现代社会的重要组成部分,在大学院校生活和学习的大学生,同样进入了"情绪负重年代",本文就如何使他们避免或消除由种种心理压力而造成的心理障碍,提出了有效的教育措施,以增进学生心身健康,更好地适应当前和发展的社会环境。     

增强职业教育吸引力的三大方向

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中提出＂增强职业教育吸引力＂的目标和要求,但《规划纲要》中提出的措施多是面向学生的,而在职业教育领域中教师与企业也扮演相当重要的角色,因此,增强对教师和企业的吸引力也极为重要。从学生、教师和企业三个层面对增强职业教育吸引力的问题展开讨论。     

国际碳排博弈现状及中国低碳经济对策

自从气候门变成了一场罗生门,在全球变暖变冷未定的情况下,世界低碳博弈逐渐演变成了一场政治马拉松。面对欧盟的碳排总量限定和美国的碳关税征收,作为发展中国家,我们在这场博弈中应强调权利与义务相匹配,坚持＂共同但有区别责任＂,为产业升级与新能源发展争取时间。一方面,积极参与清洁能源合作机制,从国外获得资金技术支持和管理经验或者合作伙伴;另一方面,从国内政府支持、法律新规、管理层更替及新能源研发着手,在未来实现能源利用率提高与能源结构多元化,从而实现可持续发展。     

War and economy. Rediscovering the eighteenth-century military entrepreneur

Abstract

The detrimental effects traditionally assigned to warfare in the development of pre-industrial economies have obscured the prominent role that military entrepreneurs played in economic development in this period. Historiography minimises the extent to which war and the concomitant strengthening of the central state provided a whole new range of opportunities for capital investment, a tendency that has been strengthened by the paradigm of Redlich’s ‘decline of the soldier-entrepreneur’ and the technological determinism of the debate on the Military Revolution among others. The aim of this introduction is to look into the background of this relative lack of interest and to reaffirm the mutual dependence of eighteenth-century state-formation and the business of war.     

Understanding the dynamics between supervisor‐follower social capital,work engagement,and employees' creative work involvement

This study examines the previously unexplored mediating role of work engagement in the link between creative work involvement and the relational resources embedded in supervisor‐follower exchanges. We studied three relational resources inherent to the exchanges between followers and their supervisors: trust in supervisor, goal congruence, and relationship informality. Data were captured from IT professionals working at four well‐established IT companies in Ukraine. The findings show that relationship informality and goal congruence positively affect employees' creative work involvement, yet these effects are less pronounced when controlling for work engagement. Dual boundary spanning: Toward a typology of outside‐in open innovation in the Canadian context

The extant literature runs short in understanding openness of innovation regarding and the different pathways along which internal and external knowledge resources can be combined. This study proposes a unique typology for outside‐in innovations based on two distinct ways of boundary spanning: whether an innovation idea is created internally or externally and whether an innovation process relies on external knowledge resources. This yields four possible types of innovation, which represent the nuanced variation of outside‐in innovations. Using historical data from Canada for 1945–1980, this study unveils different implications of these innovation types for different levels of innovation novelty. Copyright © 2016 ASAC. Determinants of China's bilateral trade balance in global value chains

This paper identifies the determinants of China's bilateral trade balance using a new measure based on international input–output data, the so-called ‘trade in value-added’ (TiVA), which can prevent double counting in the estimation of bilateral trade balance. Our results show that using a measure based on gross exports, rather than TiVA, causes relatively large overestimation of the impact of the RMB exchange rate on China's bilateral trade balance. This overestimation is mainly because that the increasing production of exports may require increasing intermediate imports as a consequence of international fragmentation of production in global value chains. In addition, our results also show that the impact of FDI inflows on China's bilateral trade balances depends on the position and role of China and its trading partners in GVCs.
