高职高专院校大学生职前培训面临的问题及对策

大学生就业难已经不是一个新话题,高职高专院校的大学生在庞大的就业大军面前,竞争优势并不明显。要想提高就业能力只有加强高职高专学生的"职业"技能,与企业进行无缝对接,才能提高其与本科院校的竞争力,这就需要高职高专院校加强职前培训。本文分析当前高职高专院校职前培训存在的问题,并提出了相关解决路径,希望文中所提出的建议能对高职高专院校的职前培训环节起到一定的参考作用。

在校园文化建设中,景观建设是其基本内容。商专校园文化景观贯穿继承与弘扬"闽商精神"的根本理念,将几大文化板块相融通,构造出丰富多彩的内容。探讨校园文化景观与心理健康教育的关系,结合相关的基础理论,分析校园文化景观对心理健康教育的多重积极作用,使心理健康教育的情境化教学方式落到实处,有益于心理健康教育的良性发展,对深化高校心理健康教育的多样化途径的认识与理解也有借鉴作用。     

陈云在财经领域中的思想政治教育思想述论

陈云是我国社会主义经济建设的开创者和奠基人之一。陈云在经济领域中的杰出贡献,也与他高度重视思想政治工作是分不开的。陈云在财经领域中的思想政治教育思想主要表现在:经济建设中的勤俭节约,艰苦奋斗;克服经济工作中的事务主义倾向;整顿财经工作作风,严肃财经纪律;尊重经济客观规律,按照规律办事。在全面深化改革、扩大开放、一心一意谋发展、聚精会神搞建设的当下,重温陈云在财经领域中的思想政治教育思想具有重大意义。     

Teaching HRM in contemporary hospitality management: a case study drawing on HR analytics and big data analysis

In this article, we discuss how hospitality students can leverage new technology and new HRM metrics from a combination of a traditional format case study and innovative data spreadsheets. We offer a teaching case study that combines the strategic dimensions of HRM with practice-driven data analysis anchored in HR analytics and HR big data mining. We argue that this combination helps identify, develop, and promote appropriate managerial skills among students.     

International educational tourism: Does it foster global learning? A survey of South African high school learners

International educational tourism has the potential to foster global learning; however, very little empirical research exists to support this claim. This study responds to the growing demand in the literature for rigorous empirical research to test the underpinning assumption of IET. A global learning survey instrument is developed and completed by 1152 Grade 11 learners in 16 South African exclusive high schools. In doing so, this paper demonstrates that some types of IET are more conducive to global learning than others. Furthermore, for significant global learning to occur, educational tourism needs to be facilitated and cultural difference needs to be experienced.Personality traits that include curiosity, altruism, and being open-minded to new experiences, are identified as predictors of global learning, but the effect of school-based academic achievement is small.Additionally, through the synthesis of educational tourism, international education, experiential learning and global learning theories, the concept of IET is developed.     

The importance of farmer education in South Australia

There is a significant challenge involved with balancing food security at local and global levels whilst mitigating the environmental and social consequences of the historically productivist agri-food system. This work will address the importance of education in the South Australian agricultural sector as a tool to maximise beneficial outcomes. The results of a blended method research project, which involved farmers and governance stakeholders in South Australia, are presented as empirical evidence highlighting the positive roles that formal education, in particular university education, have in regard to increasing sustainability. It was found that higher levels of formal education contributed to farmers being more likely to prioritise the socio-environmental outcomes of their agricultural land use. There was also a dramatic reduction in farmer concerns with government support mechanisms as education levels went from secondary or less, through to vocational qualifications, and finally university degrees. Interviews with agricultural governance stakeholders emphasised the role of education in building the adaptive capacity of farmers, and the subsequent positive outcomes for the future development of the South Australian agricultural industry. These results suggest that further education provides farmers with the capacity to compete effectively in a liberalised economy.     

“计算机动漫设计与制作”项目培训报告

目前技工院校中动漫专业教育的发展呈现出学校教育与行业要求的错层,尚未构建出完善的培养体系。通过2012年＂国培计划＂中等职业学校青年教师企业实践的契机,分析动漫产业构成,梳理动漫产业人才教育中需要关注的几个问题,阐明了让教师在企业中锻炼的必要性与紧迫性。     

教师职业道德在教育中的作用研究

教师职业道德是教师在从事教育活动中所应当遵循的道德规范和准则。加强教师职业道德建设,是实施素质教育的关键。本文就教师职业道德的特点、作用及提高教师职业道德的措施提出了一些建议。
