构建国内残疾人职业康复体系的构想与建议

吸纳借鉴当前国际上流行的与残疾人服务相关的重要思潮与理念,按照以下构想构建我国残疾人职业康复体系:职业康复过程应尊重残疾人的选择权利,培养独立自主能力;职业康复人员应学会重视残疾人的积极特质;积极构建有利于职业康复的支持性环境;重视让残疾人有更多参与社会机会的就业模式;利用实证研究研发有效的服务方法与策略。     

Datification and the Pursuit of Meaningfulness in Work

Proliferation of digital means of tracking worker activities has contributed to the rise of data‐driven approaches to managing people, with employees often required to record their activities for accountability purposes. Increased requirement for such datification work occurs at a juncture where meaningfulness is one of the most sought‐after work features. Datification work could both facilitate and hinder the pursuit of meaningfulness, yet literature provides little guidance into the nature of the connection and how it transpires. Our inductive study of academic professionals using an accountability system suggests that datification work characteristics link to meaningful work experiences in complex ways. We advance current theory on work meaningfulness by theorizing the role of a new work condition – datification – in meaningfulness experiences of professionals, outlining how system design and the institutional context become important elements influencing meaningful work experiences, and explaining how meaningfulness experiences are constructed through system appropriations.     

浙江省高职院校英语教师“双师型”团队建设调查与反思

结合高职教育和英语学科的特点，对浙江省高职院校英语教师“双师型”团队建设的现状进行抽样调查，发现英语“双师型”老师比例偏低；“双师型”教师队伍缺乏质量保障；“双师型”教师未发挥应有的作用；“双师型”教师的评聘制度亟待完善。因此，应建立以社会为本位，多渠道、个性化的高职英语教师职后培训体系；淡化理论课教师和实践课教师以及公共英语教师和专业英语教师的界限；开展产学研活动，不断提高英语教师的“双师”素养。     

A latent class approach to examining migrant family travel behavior

Despite numerous studies suggesting the presence or absence of children influence family vacation travel, there has been little focus on migrant families. Latent class analysis was used to create empirically derived travel behaviour clusters of Western professional migrant families with and without children based on their motive to move, self-concept and how they construct a sense of home in the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions of China. The analysis identified six distinct classes. Three groups were families without children and the rest were those with children. Each segment has markedly different travel behavior patterns with differences in demographic and migration characteristics also apparent. Implications for tourism management and future research are discussed.

体面劳动的实现对劳动者的素质要求

要实现体面劳动不是一件很容易的事情,除了要在国家政策、制度层面采取措施外,对劳动者素质也提出了要求:劳动者要具有较强的权利意识、较强的法制意识以及较高的思想道德素质和专业技能。

Conflicting logics? The role of HRM in a professional service firm

HRM is considered of vital strategic importance in professional service firms, but professionals generally resist these managerial initiatives. In this article, I report on an in‐depth case study of a tax consultancy department in a major accounting firm by exploring the way professionals reconcile the logics of professionalism and HRM. Results indicate that the logics are reconciled in several ways as they are simultaneously replicated, revised, and rejected. Whereas current theories argue that the different logics balance each other, this study indicates that the professionals strengthen professional logic by acknowledging HRM and its procedures, simultaneously circumventing them through inverted appropriation. Results suggest that hybridity between conflicting logics may appear on an organisational level, whereas a single logic dominates in everyday work. The study contributes to in‐depth studies of institutional logics and to a detailed understanding of the workings of HRM in professional contexts.     

以业务能力为导向的士官专业实习教学研究

专业实习是院校教学工作的重要组成部分,是教学期间重要的实践环节。为避免士官课堂教学过程中的缺陷,以提高士官业务能力,提出以士官业务能力为导向加强专业实习教学效果,阐述了开展实习工作应遵循的原则,同时全面阐述了加强专业实习教学过程的各个环节,并在此基础上提出了科学组织实习的一些建议,以保障专业实习促进士官业务能力的全面提高。     

我国“一村一品”发展成效评价

本文基于对我国"一村一品"发展成效的系统认识,综合运用指标分解法、层次分析法、期望值法和综合值法,构建了尽可能全面反映农业生产能力、社会服务水平、生态保障水平、农民收入水平和农村经济贡献的评价指标体系,评价了2006—2008年我国30个省、市、自治区的"一村一品"发展成效。最后结合东部地区"一村一品"发展效果明显优于中部、西部地区的结论及其影响因素,提出了各级政府应加强规划引导、完善调查统计工作等建议。
