接受美学理论认为,文本只有在读者积极参与下才能成为文学作品.翻译过程中,源语文本在译者积极动态的介入下,将未定性和开放性的文本形成并不完全对等的目的语文本,两者之间同中有异,互补互足.     

Electronic Marketing Communications: An Evolving Environment,but Similar Story Regarding the Perception of Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail and Postal Direct Mail

The internet is still a relatively new mass communication tool for advertisers and marketers. When weighing the potential benefits of electronic techniques against the financial investment, spam seems particularly attractive to marketers for either for-profit or non-profit objectives. Since it is unlikely that marketers will decrease their efforts related to spam and postal direct mail as a form of communicating to mass consumers, it is important to track consumer attitudes so that audiences are not subjected to the backlash predicted by psychological reactance. The results of this study found that spam is more irritating than postal direct mail at both T₁ (2004) and T₂ (2006), and participants in T₂ found both direct marketing communication methods more intrusive than those in T₁.

The Effects of Native Ads on Consumer Brand Engagement: The Moderating Role of Website Credibility

Abstract

This research examined the effect of native ads on consumer brand engagement – specifically, how source disclosure of ad sponsors affected consumers’ perceived ad deceptiveness as well as their attitude toward the company and the brand. It also explored the moderating role of website credibility. One hundred and ten college students in South Korea participated in the experimental study, which found that high source disclosure of ad sponsors positively affected perceived deceptiveness. The effect of source disclosure on perceived deceptiveness was moderated by website credibility. Perceived deceptiveness negatively affected consumers’ attitude toward the company and the brand. The mediating role of perceived deceptiveness between source disclosure and consumer brand engagement was confirmed only when website credibility was high. The paper discusses the theoretical and practical implications of the findings as well as suggestions for future research in this area.

大学生与从业人员心理素质模型比较调查及有效训练模式--以市场营销专业为例

为了避免大学毕业生由于职业压力过大而放弃专业学习或无法发挥最佳职业水平的问题，对受试市场营销专业在校生进行了分组对照研究，使用SPSS17.0软件对陈湘赟的专题调查问卷数据进行T检验分析，发现在校生与从业人员心理素质存在4个方面显著性差异。针对调查结果，提出了“教、学、做合一”的强化训练及对比分析方法，最终形成考核体系。     

国外反生产行为的理论模型与影响因素述评

反生产行为（Counterproductive Work Behavior，简称CWB）是指员工在工作中故意危害组织或其利益相关者合法利益的所有消极行为。文章综合国外大量文献，对员工反生产行为的概念、结构进行了详细的归类介绍，系统梳理了反生产行为的理论模型和影响因素，指出了目前研究中存在的问题及未来的研究方向。

翻译是一种跨文化的交流活动,随着各国、各民族之间往来的日益频繁,迫切需要相互理解湘互学习.不同语言间的差异不仅表现在语音、词汇和句法等形式上,更表现在其文化特色上."归化"与"异化"是缓和源语文化和目的语文化在翻译过程中矛盾冲突的主要方法,长期以来"归化"译文出现频率往往较高,然而在当今文化全球化的时代背景下,适度增加"异化"翻译的运用对本土文化的传播和外来文化的接受不无裨益.翻译界对"归化"和"异化"的讨论很多,但这些文章更多是停留在语言研究的层面,本文将从跨文化的角度来探讨翻译中的"归化"与"异化".     

晋西北风沙源治理区柠条生长规律研究

以晋西北风沙源治理区五寨县柠条解析资料为基础进行回归分析，确定柠条枝径、枝高的最优生长模型，并用实测数据绘制枝径、枝高的连年生长量和平均生长量曲线，进行生长分析，结果表明，晋西北风沙源治理区柠条枝径以韦布尔模型为最优，枝高以坎派兹模型为最优，3a＜树龄＜8a时，柠条的生长速率相对较快；枝径连年生长量和平均生长量均在8a时增加迅速，枝高连年生长量和平均生长量最大值出现时间均较枝径提早，分别出现在4a和6a时。
