适度宽松货币政策下的价格总水平运行分析

近年来,我国经济环境发生了显著变化,中央银行调控货币政策的手段、能力日渐成熟。适度宽松的货币政策对于抑制通缩预期,提振市场信心,防止陷入通货紧缩与经济下行相互加强的恶性循环,促使经济回暖发挥了至关重要的作用。但是,在全球经济总体回暖、货币条件较为宽松的大背景下,国内外通胀预期也有所增强。因此,正确把握新形势下我国货币供应量与价格总水平波动之间的关系,对于未来货币政策的实施具有重要实践意义。

权利问题始终是法理学研究中的核心问题之一。特别是在近30年发展中,从最初"权利本位"与"义务本位"的学术争论中确定权利的地位开始,权利理论就成为了中国法学研究中的重要问题。在经历了对权利的呼唤、使得权利意识被整个社会接受之后,如何实现和保障权利,也就是权利的运作问题逐渐成为权利理论发展的重心。进入新世纪之后,权利运作中对社会权利的关注又成为权利理论中新的热点问题,这是对权利运作的深化和拓展。     

日本江户锁国时期饮食文化刍议

饮食文化是一国文化的重要组成部分,它在漫长的历史演进中逐渐积累而成,具有深深的历史与时代烙印。日本传统饮食文化最终形成于江户时代。具体是在德川家康建立江户幕府,实行＂锁国＂政策后,日本在没有强大外来文化的影响下,逐步发展本国的特色文化,也促进了日本传统料理的最终完成。在实现日本传统饮食文化的发展与繁荣方面,＂锁国＂具有一定的正面效果。     

Power‐Sharing in Monetary Policy Committees: Evidence from the United Kingdom and Sweden

Committees may make better monetary policy decisions than individuals; however, the benefits of group decision making could be lost if committee members cede power to a chairman. We develop an econometric model to describe intracommittee power‐sharing across members. Estimation of the model permits us to classify monetary policy committees into the typology developed by Blinder ( 2004 , 2007 ). We estimate our model for the United Kingdom's Bank of England (BOE) and Sweden's Riksbank. Results for the BOE suggest that the Governor has little influence over other committee members, while those for the Riksbank indicate that the Governor is highly influential.     

E-Finance: An Introduction

E-finance is defined as “The provision of financial services and markets using electronic communication and computation”. In this paper we outline research issues related to e-finance that we believe set the stage for further work in this field. Three areas are focused on. These are the use of electronic payments systems, the operations of financial services firms and the operation of financial markets. A number of research issues are raised. For example, is the widespread use of paper-based checks efficient? Will the financial services industry be fundamentally changed by the advent of the Internet? Why have there been such large differences in changes to market microstructure across different financial markets?
