铁路客运量季节指数计算方法研究

为在铁路客运量预测中消除季节性变化的影响,采用平均数季节指数法、移动平均趋势剔除法、最小平方趋势剔除法对2002年—2004年的铁路客运量计算季节指数,通过误差分析,说明最小平方趋势剔除法能更好地反映运量的季节变动状况,是预测的最佳选择方案。     

清诗丛考——以宋琬、龚鼎孳、施闰章、程廷祚等为中心

清代诗歌研究薄弱,有待探讨的问题很多。诸如诗集内部作品的编排、整理,遗佚作品的辨认、搜集,作家生卒年、身份、轶事乃至著作权的考察、辨析之类,无不需要关注。将涉及宋琬、龚鼎孳、施闰章、程廷祚等诗人的上述问题做一些考辨。     

Triangulation — a methodological discussion

Triangulation is starting to emerge in tourism research as the ‘new’ method. However, there are many misconceptions of what triangulation is and what it can do. This paper discusses triangulation as a research method in the social sciences. It reflects on the origins of the term and what it currently denotes and what it should connote. A commentary on ‘The long road to publishing: A user-friendly exposé’

Many of the pressing questions currently facing accounting education researchers are best addressed through experimental research. For example, experiments are useful in testing the effect of innovative educational practices on student learning. The purpose of this paper is to briefly review the literature addressing sources of invalidity which may cloud the results of experiments and describe several procedures which are helpful in controlling for these sources of invalidity. Examples are provided, from published accounting education research studies, which illustrate how researchers have attempted to address several of these threats to validity. Experiments must be carefully planned and designed, so the experiment on completion fulfills the objectives of the researcher. Although experiments are more difficult to conduct in the educational environment than in a scientist's laboratory, many procedures are available to assist accounting education researchers in designing tightly controlled experiments.     

Perceived incentives to transdisciplinarity in a Japanese university research center

As a method of investigating complex socially relevant phenomena, transdisciplinary research (TDR) is gaining increasing centrality as a model of knowledge production. However, it is being discouraged by a scientific reward system based on disciplinary logic. The disincentive is even stronger for junior scholars who should be developing the capabilities necessary for achieving long-term scientific excellence.Building on theories of the coordination of scientific communities and using the case of a research center of Kyoto University investigating the boundary between cell and material sciences, we aim to disentangle the interplay between institutional incentives and intrinsic motivation in the prioritization of TDR over monodisciplinary research.We find that, despite strong interest in TDR among scientists and the center's mission to promote this orientation, only a minority of scientists prioritize this approach. Choice of research strategy is associated with its perceived benefits for idea generation, publication opportunities, intellectual effort required, the costs of team coordination, and satisfaction with organizational resources. Furthermore, the propensity to prioritize TDR drops among scientists beginning their careers.Therefore, we recommend the development of evaluation schemes grounded in activity-based measures and the granting of permanent positions to scientists pursuing TDR.     

上证180指数成份股调整价格效应的实证研究——基于后经济危机时期的市场数据

本文在对国内外相关文献综述的基础上,对调整指数成份股的价格效应进行分析。在剔除了一系列特殊停牌的样本后,对国内上证180指数调整成份股事件对股票价格的影响进行实证研究,发现近年来成份股被调出后,其价格反转趋势愈加明显。     

中央财政森林保险保费补贴六省试点调研报告

为加快森林保险的发展,根据党中央、国务院有关文件精神,中央财政自2009年7月1日起在福建、江西和湖南三省启动了森林保险保费补贴试点工作,2010年7月1日起试点省又增加了浙江、辽宁和云南三省。我们通过书面调研、实地座谈、深入访谈等方式对试点六省的试点工作进展情况进行了较为广泛和深入的调查研究。同时,对11省的林业部门和人保财险17个省公司开展了问卷调查,并对问卷调查结果进行了统计分析。通过调查研究,总结了中央财政森林保险保费补贴政策试点以来取得的成效和存在的问题,分析了造成问题的原因,并在此基础上提出了政策建议。
