基于电网谐波阻抗估计的并联电容器组优化配置方案

采用先投入高串抗率电容器、后投入低串抗率电容器这种单一配置方案,导致变电站出现高串率电容器频繁投切、寿命降低和无功容量浪费问题。为了解决这些问题,提出一种基于阻抗估计和多电能质量约束的变电站电容器组优化配置方法。首先,获取电容器投切后公共连接点母线电压电流数据;其次采用小波最大最小阈值去噪,通过Prony算法得到暂态电压、电流数据来估计系统谐波阻抗,最后结合AVC下达的调度指令和目标函数在满足电网电能质量约束条件下对电容器组进行优化配置。结果表明,在满足电能质量约束和AVC调度指令下,优化配置后高低串抗率配置频次均有所改善,高串抗率电容器组投入频次下降32%,低串抗率电容器组投入频次由26%提高至58%。由系统谐波数据、谐波源和电容器等元件组成的谐波阻抗模型,以及基于谐波谐振机理设计的电容器组配置方案,能够提高数据分析的准确性,减小电容器损坏以及解决无功容量损失问题,提高供电质量,可为变电站电容器组的配置提供借鉴。     

铜版纸用快干型喷墨墨水性能及打印测试研究

为了得到能够用于铜版纸打印的喷墨墨水,制备了一种铜版纸用快干型喷墨墨水,并对其打印性能进行了测试研究。利用自制喷墨墨水与普通喷墨打印墨水在铜版纸上进行打印对比试验,进行色度分析、边缘锐度测试及物化性能、耐水性、耐老化性试验。结果表明,自制喷墨墨水稳定性较好,适用于压电式喷墨打印,干燥速度快,耐水与耐老化性能在一定程度上优于普通喷墨墨水,能够较好地应用于铜版纸打印,但色密度偏低,色彩再现范围还有差距。     

甜菜碱醛脱氢酶在抗逆境植物种质资源鉴定中的作用

通过对不同类型小麦品种幼芽中BADH蛋白的Westernblot分析和酶活性测定并与其抗逆性进行比较分析,表明不同品种小麦幼芽中BADH蛋白含量和酶活性与其抗旱性密切相关,抗旱性强的品种BADH的含量和活性比抗性弱的高;提出以BADH蛋白含量和活性可作为植物抗性种质快速的早期鉴定的参考指标,为筛选抗逆植物品种和开发利用植物资源提供依据。     

A different interpretation from Cornet's on tourism development in an ethnic minority village in China

There have been tensions as ethnic tourism develops in western China leading to various responses from local people, including resistance. Cornet discussed Dong villagers’ responses to tourism development in Zhaoxing using concepts such as livelihoods, resistance, agency, and ethnicity. This paper aims to reinterpret these responses and extend the scope of discussion through multiple case studies using primary data collected in our fieldwork. This study showed that the issues involving ethnic minority groups mentioned by Cornet commonly appear in Han areas and ethnicity is less significant in local responses to tourism development. In addition, we found that villagers have little voice in tourism development and their rights and interests are often ignored by local government. These findings have important implications for increasing our understanding of the issues arising from ethnic tourism.     

低温胁迫对侧金盏部分生理生化指标的影响

通过对侧金盏和翠南报春的部分抗性指标来初步摸索植物的抗寒机理;主要研究低温胁迫下,两种抗寒植物叶片内游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白含量的变化规律,分析各项指标对植株抗寒性的影响。     

Corporate identity management and employees’ responses

Main goals in this study are to analyse the effects of corporate identity management (CIM) on the employees’ responses, and the moderating effects of two employee personality traits: proactive personality and resistance to change. Two hundred and ninety-three branch managers in the banking sector in Spain participated in the study, and their responses were analysed through structural equation modelling. Results show that organizational identification is a key variable to explain the CIM effects on employees’ responses. Moreover, employees’ proactive personality and resistance to change exert a moderating influence on the way identification leads to extra-role behaviours. Human resource practices should take into account that proactive employees are more prone to externalize their identification by spreading positive WOM. Besides, identification with the organization will lead to loyalty, especially in employees with low resistance to change.     

‘One Stone Is Enough to Drive Away a Hundred Birds’: Peasants,Land and Resistance in Contemporary Afghanistan

Five books on the war in Afghanistan and contemporary Pakhtun life are reviewed from the perspective of the insights they provide into peasant resistance to the Afghan government and the United States. It is argued that while these books are important in improving our understanding of peasant resistance to the US‐led invasion of Afghanistan, with the exception of the monograph by Ahmed they offer only a partial account of the dynamics of resistance, because they fail to adequately integrate the ontology of the Pakhtun into their accounts, and the material foundations of that ontology. The result is that important elements of peasant resistance in Afghanistan are obscured.

在纳粹集中营里,一个囚犯有没有维护自己尊严的可能?这是凯尔泰斯在小说《无命运的人生》中想回答的一个问题。作者通过对主人公柯韦什的"虚荣心",及由此产生的一系列行为和心理活动的分析和描述,向我们表明:尽管在集中营过着非人的生活,忍受着极大的屈辱,主人公并未因此而放弃人的尊严。他一直在自觉不自觉地,用或明显或隐蔽的方式,来反抗野蛮暴力对人的尊严的取缔。     

高碳CrMoV合金抗磨铸铁的实验研究

实验研究了一种高碳 Cr Mo V合金抗磨铸铁 ,探讨了热处理工艺和变质处理对其组织及性能的影响。结果表明 ,该材料具有较高的硬度和良好的冲击韧性 ,耐磨性优于Km TBCr15Mo3合金抗磨铸铁。     

The importance of EU-15 borders for CEECs agri-food exports: The role of tariffs and non-tariff measures in the pre-accession period

This paper assesses the evolution of the EU-15 market access for the agri-food products, originating from CEECs. A gravity model technique has been used to assess the overall trade resistance (border effect), and to weight its various components such as tariff and non-tariff measures (sanitary and phytosanitary standards, other quality measures) in the pre-accession period (1999–2004). The findings reveal, despite the undertaken integration and trade liberalisation processes, a persisting and significant trade resistance for the CEECs’ agri-food exports to the EU market, even just prior their accession in 2004. Still present difficulties in market access at the time are partially explained by tariff and non-tariff measures, while a large part of border effect remains in the domain of other, presumably non-trade policy related factors (home bias, consumer preferences, etc.). These results indicate that despite the accession process (customs union and adoption of the EU standards), the trade integration of the enlarged EU market was not yet completed in 2004.
