国内蒸馏装置节能降耗的技改措施

原油蒸馏装置已成为炼油厂中能耗最大的装置 ,以降低能耗为中心的技术改造显得十分必要。本文从采用新技术 ,改进工艺过程 ;采用各种新型、高效、低耗设备 ,降低能耗和加强监控 ,优化操作三个方面介绍了节能降耗措施 ,并对国内原油蒸馏装置节能改造提出了建议 ,以供炼油企业在进行原油蒸馏装置改造时参考。     

论反倾销司法审查制度

反倾销司法审查制度是指法院通过对反倾销行政行为进行审查，发挥司法权力对行政权力的制约作用。国内法院的反倾销司法审查与WT0的争端解决机制是相互独立的关系。我国反倾销司法审查的范围应包括对不启动反倾销调查的行政决定。反倾销司法审查的标准包括事实问题和法律问题两个方面，体现了国内法院对行政权限一定程度的尊重。     

A Review of The Empirical Ethical Decision-Making Literature: 1996–2003

This review summarizes and critiques the empirical ethical decision-making literature from 1996–2003. One hundred and seventy-four articles were published in top business journals during this period. Tables are included that summarize the findings by dependent variable – awareness, judgment, intent, and behavior. We compare this review with past reviews in order to draw conclusions regarding trends in the ethical decision-making literature and to surface directions for future research.Michael J. O’Fallon is a graduate student in the Department of Management and Operations at Washington State University. His primary research interest is individual ethical decision-making and behavior in organizations. Recently, he has explored issues in organizational behavior, human resource management, and consumer behavior toward genetically modified foods.Kenneth D. Butterfield is an associate professor of management at Washington State University. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. His research has been published in a variety of academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Business and Society, Business Ethics Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Higher Education, Journal of Managerial Issues, and Research in Higher Education. His current research interests involve organizational behavior issues such as managing ethical decision-making and behavior in organizations, examining why people fail to recognize moral issues, understanding academic dishonesty and promoting academic integrity, and examining organizational punishment from the manager’s perspective.

酒店业作为以服务为第一产品的产业，人力资源管理（HRM：Human Resource Management）对其发展的重要性是不言而喻的。本文在回顾中外酒店业HRM研究的基础上，将两者进行了对比，从而剖析出两者在研究过程中存在的异同厦酒店业HRM未来的研究发展方向。以期为我国酒店业HRM的深入研究，提供一定的借鉴和帮助。     

An Investigation of Market Orientation (MO) and Tourism Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises’ (SMEs) Performance in Developing Countries: A Review of the Literature

This paper aims to build a structured literature review of the field of market orientation and its impact on tourism small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) performance in developing countries. This literature review will present a comprehensive survey of market orientation (MO) published articles to facilitate good understanding of MO. It serves as an archive and aims to help the scholars and practitioners to explore, analyse, and develop a clear understanding about the different research points and methodologies implemented in previous studies related to MO and its impact on tourism SMEs’ performance. The paper systematically reviews and categorizes the published literature implementing a three-stage methodology, and thereafter analyzes and reviews this literature methodologically. The review covered many areas and identified some factors that drive/hinder market-oriented activities within tourism SMEs. Furthermore, suggestions have been made to understand more thoroughly how market orientation influences tourism SMEs performance in developing economies. A research gap in the area of market orientation and tourism SMEs performance in developing countries was identified. The study provides great benefits for owner-managers, government policy makers, scholars, and educators by clarifying the concept of market orientation and its relationship with performance in the context of tourism SMEs.     

顾客网络购物满意度影响因素研究

本文采用内容分析法对淘宝网在线顾客评论内容进行了编码分析,并通过归纳评论内容要素、绘制网络购物顾客满意度影响因素总体框架结构图,提出材质、价格和尺码是顾客关注的三类要素,质量、社会价值、卖家服务、物流服务、尺码、顾客成本、产品描述和顾客期望是影响网络购物顾客满意度的影响因素。研究显示其中顾客期望对网络购物顾客满意度有显著负向影响,而其他7种因素对网络购物顾客满意度有显著正向影响。     

催化裂化装置挖潜增效可采用的技术

本文结合国内外催化裂化装置改造的具体情况,提出了催化裂化装置挖潜增效的措施。重点介绍了选用新型催化裂化化剂及其再生技术、采用高效设备节能降耗、采用新工艺对老装置进行扩能改造以及提高改造技术水平的其它配套技术。并对国内装置挖潜改造提出了看法和建议,以供企业在进行催化裂化装置改造时参考。     

Marketing innovation: a systematic review

ABSTRACT

This study aims to investigate the development of ‘marketing innovation’ defined as the implementation of new marketing practices involving significant changes in the design, distribution, promotion or pricing of a product or service. We conduct a systematic review to provide conceptual, methodological and thematic guidance for scholars interested in studying marketing innovation. Our findings suggest while marketing innovation is often merged with the dominant technological focus underpinning product or service innovation, there is a growing trend to consider the innovation potential offered by the development of new distribution channels, branding strategies, communication types or pricing mechanisms. Digitisation, a key driver for marketing innovation, enables new communication methods, branding strategies, offering designs, and transaction settings. There is a growing trend to focus on cocreation, service-dominant logic and user community perspectives.
