物流中的新设施—自动化立体仓库

当今物流速度日益加快，仓库建设和改造向空间、立体化、自动化快速发展，建设自动化立体仓库是今后的必然趋势。结合多年实践．对物流领域成件货物储存的新设施，自动化立体仓库进行了详细阐述。     

基于中心灰靶决策模型的设备采购评标

设备采购评标是属于典型的多目标综合决策问题,利用中心灰靶决策模型并结合层次分析法进行设备采购评标,并给出评标实例。评标结果表明,基于中心灰靶决策模型的设备采购评标方法能有效地克服目前国内通常采用的评标方法的缺点,为设备采购评标提供了一种定量、客观的评标方法。     

The Morishima gross elasticity of substitution

We show that the Hotelling–Lau elasticity of substitution, an extension of the Allen–Uzawa elasticity to allow for optimal output-quantity (or utility) responses to changes in factor prices, inherits all of the failings of the Allen–Uzawa elasticity identified by Blackorby and Russell [(1989) Am Econ Rev 79: 882–888]. An analogous extension of the Morishima elasticity of substitution to allow for output quantity changes preserves the salient properties of the original Hicksian notion of elasticity of substitution. 并购活动需要大量资金支持,融资难已成为制约大规模战略并购的瓶颈之一.本文基于并购融资安排理论,通过对中国移动(香港)有限公司一系列并购融资安排的详细描述、统计、分析,揭示了中国移动(香港)并购融资的一些规律,从而说明企业应根据自身实际情况选择不同的并购融资安排,这对我国上市公司并购活动的融资安排具有重要的借鉴意义.     

微观经济杠杆值域的聚类分析——以我国能源类上市公司2003年数据为例

本文提出一个研究微观经济杠杆值域的新思路,按照“竞争性工商企业评价指标体系”中所确定的财务指标对2003年我国能源类19家上市公司进行聚类分析,把样本按财务指标值相近程度分为3类,然后对这3类公司的微观经济杠杆值域进行分析解释,得出2003年我国能源类上市公司按“竞争性工商企业评价指标体系”的财务指标分类后的微观经济杠杆值域。     

基于遗传算法的钢筋混凝土梁离散优化设计

首先给出钢筋混凝土矩形截面简支梁的离散优化模型，进而给出了简化的数学模型，设计了相应的适应度函数，用改进遗传算法来寻求最优设计方案，取得了较好的效果。     

东北老工业基地物流标准体系的构建研究

东北老工业基地的发展要求有快速高效的物流产业做支撑,而现有物流标准的多样性无法满足物流产业的发展需要,急需建立规范统一的物流标准体系.本文旨在枸建较为健全的中国东北老工业基地的物流标准体系,推动物流标准化战略,促进东北老工业基地物流体系效率的提高和物流产业的发展.     

Heterogeneity in Economics

This paper argues that heterogeneity of agents’ characteristics plays a fundamental role in the economy and should do so in economic models. Three aspects are considered. Firstly the notion that assuming heterogeneity was a solution to the problem posed by the results of Sonnenschein Mantel and Debreu is considered and it is suggested that the more pragmatic approach adopted by Hildenbrand is likely to be more productive. Next the role of adaptation and evolution which necessarily involve variety or heterogeneity is examined. It is suggested that heterogeneity will persist since agents will only slowly learn to adapt and that in the meantime the environment will change. Lastly the role of heterogeneity in financial markets is examined. It is suggested that heterogeneous and varying expectations may account for many of the stylised facts which do not seem to be consistent with the standard financial markets model.“Variety is the spice of life”

介绍生产非定型产品企业的物料需求计划与控制的原则，根据制造业企业的物料整体逻辑流程图，找出影响物料需求计划与控制的各个因素，提出合理实效的需求计划与控制方法并以实例加以说明。     

我国商业上市公司的股权结构与公司业绩——基于市净值指标的实证分析

文章以沪深两市55家商业上市公司为样本,对股权结构与公司业绩的关系进行回归分析。结论表明:商业上市公司国有股比例对公司业绩并没有显著的影响,但法人股比例与公司业绩显著正相关,流通股比例与公司业绩显著负相关。同时,第一大股东持股比例与公司业绩没有显著关系,但前五大股东持股比例与公司业绩显著正相关;另外,第一大股东的控制能力对公司业绩有显著的负面影响。
