基于深度开发的城市文化旅游资源开发利用——以南京为例

对南京城市文化旅游资源开发利用现状进行了系统分析后,认为应从城市整体层面上加以整合和深度开发。随后阐述了在深度开发条件下的南京旅游资源开发思路,在此基础上进行了旅游线路的空间设计与组织,以有效实现南京的旅游开发从单一的专题游向精品化、混合型旅游线路的转变,并提出了相应的实施措施。     

基于EVA的股票期权激励机制探讨

在委托代理关系中，企业所有者和经营者的目标函数存在差异，由此产生代理成本，需要对经营者进行相应的激励。然而，基于传统业绩评价而实施的股票期权存在一些弊端。本文探索将股票期权嫁接到EVA（经济附加值）平台之上，提出了基于EVA的经理人股票期权激励方案，以期能更有效地解决激励问题。     

高硫减压渣油加工方案的技术经济比较

对中国石化齐鲁分公司高硫减压渣油两种生产方案,即减压深拔工艺生产重交沥青和VRDS-FCC组合工艺生产轻质油品进行技术经济比较.结果表明:在公司裂解原料不能完全自给的前提下,VRDS-FCC组合工艺的单位利润优于减压深拔工艺,但随着重交沥青价格的上升,VRDS-FCC组合工艺的优势将逐渐减弱.

基于OID编码体系的汽车电子标识编码应用研究

本文为了解决物联网所连接对象的多样性带来的标识体系存在不兼容、相互矛盾的问题，基于车联网RFID汽车电子标识的使用特点，创造性地提出将OID编码和汽车电子标识编码相结合的方案。首先简单介绍了基于发证机构及时间和基于汽车VIN码的两种OID编码规则；然后提出了OID编码在汽车电子标识芯片中的规划，主要是内存分配方案；最后介绍了相应区域的读写操作的具体方法。     

ALTERNATIVE WEIGHTING APPROACHES TO COMPUTING INDEXES OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

This paper compares the weighting schemes in the traditional, principal component and dynamic factor approaches to summarizing information from a number of component variables. To facilitate the comparison, we propose a framework to discuss the approaches with respect to their implied loadings in a latent variable model. We also propose a way to transform the dynamic factor index into an analogous index which is a weighted average of the components. The framework shows the strengths and weakness of the alternative weighting schemes and the sense in which the dynamic factor approach has the advantage of capturing both the significance and the variability of the components.

Crowdfrauding: Avoiding Ponzi entrepreneurs when investing in new ventures

Crowdfunding has gained substantial interest in the U.S., allowing entrepreneurs to raise startup capital in exchange for equity in their ventures. This approach to equity capital can open up new sources of venture finance to legitimate entrepreneurs, but little attention has been given to how it offers new opportunities for illegal entrepreneurs to defraud investors. We adopt a forensic approach to examine entrepreneurs who launch Ponzi ventures—businesses that continually bring in new investors in order to use their money to pay returns to earlier investors—to demonstrate the ease, creativity, and audacity with which these illegal entrepreneurs operate. The provided examples of Ponzi entrepreneurs show how easily they can circumvent the safeguards purported to protect investors: screening by ‘the crowd,’ transparency and documentation requirements, independent audit reports, and withholding of funds until the venture's financial goal has been met. In this article, we offer possible solutions to help protect investors, legitimate entrepreneurs, and business in general from the damage created by illegal entrepreneurs.
