对当前国内经济学界几个争论问题的看法

市场取向是中国经济改革的方向,政府对经济实施调控是为弥补市场失灵而不是搞计划经济;假定人自私,绝非倡导人自私,从这一假设出发去进行市场经济的制度设计恰恰可以抑制或减少人的自利行为带给社会经济的危害;效率与公平不是一个层面的问题,效率是公平的基础,公平失衡不是效率之错;对于政府求公平来说,重点在于消除不公平而非设计公平,这是一个渐进的过程,不可能一蹴而就.     

淮安市旅游资源的开发定位分析

淮安市是江淮流域人类文明的发源地之一,是国家级历史文化名城熏人文荟萃,旅游资源十分丰富,但分布不均,地区差异大。文章指出,在旅游开发定位时应以文化遗迹和名人故居为基础,发展爱国主义教育旅游;打造文化品牌,发展文化旅游熏利用交通过境优势,发展过境旅游。     

区域物流平台建设及对策研究

通过产业环境定性分析和市场需求量定量分析完善了区域物流平台规划,分析并构建了区域物流系统体系结构和区域物流平台要素,通过打造区域物流核心竞争力,提出推进我国区域物流平台建设的对策和建议。     

温州产业结构调整现状及政策取向

在区域经济发展中，正确解决产业提升及产业选择问题，对未来经济发展影响深远。改革开放以后，由于温州体制机制的先发优势，温州人的创业精神得到激发，温州三次产业发生了重大演变，从农业为主导经济迅速上升为以工业为主导的经济，并步入后工业化阶段。三次产业内部结构也出现了较大的变化，表现为工业经济继续成为对温州国民经济贡献最大的产业，行业结构不断改善，品牌经营迅速兴起，农业产业化进程稳步推进，第三产业得到明显提升，产业结构在全省处于领先位置。但是经分析研究，温州产业结构也出现不可回避的问题，如高增长行业的地位不突出和不稳定，可持续发展面临较大的压力，现代服务业发展水平较低，产业化程度较低，产业结构不合理，农业企业化发展进程缓慢。作者为此提出一系列温州产业结构调整的政策取向。     

Money, Sex and Happiness: An Empirical Study

The links between income, sexual behavior and reported happiness are studied using recent data on a sample of 16,000 adult Americans. The paper finds that sexual activity enters strongly positively in happiness equations. Higher income does not buy more sex or more sexual partners. Married people have more sex than those who are single, divorced, widowed or separated. The happiness‐maximizing number of sexual partners in the previous year is calculated to be 1. Highly educated females tend to have fewer sexual partners. Homosexuality has no statistically significant effect on happiness.     

不同战略导向对自主创新与合作创新的影响研究

在动态竞争的环境下,如何选择适合自身发展的创新方式已成为企业技术创新中面临的难题.文章在借鉴前人研究的基础上,把企业家导向、市场导向、自主创新及合作创新整合在同一理论模型中,针对相关因素之间的关系,提出4种命题,从而为企业提高自主创新效率提供了有效路径.     

External cooperation and entrepreneurial orientation in industrial clusters

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between external cooperation and entrepreneurial orientation (EO). This relationship is explored in cluster environment, wherein entrepreneurial organizations compete and cooperate simultaneously to pursue opportunities. The following hypothesis is tested: External cooperation is positively correlated with entrepreneurial orientation. The hypothesis is tested with a correlation analysis on a sample of 77 small-sized enterprises operating in the Malopolska region in Poland, wherein several clusters are active. Additionally, the regression analysis is conducted to examine the associations between inter-organizational cooperation and EO dimensions. The findings confirm that external cooperation is positively correlated with EO. This observation is confronted with a pro-competitive approach that is a constitutional element of the entrepreneurship concept. Moreover, the findings show that the correlation between external cooperation and a firm’s performance is stronger than between some other EO dimensions and performance. Additionally, the findings show the important role of relationships between organizations and their clients. In the paper, several remarks for development of the theory are discussed, including the need for incorporating inter-organizational cooperation into a set of entrepreneurial traits and reflecting it in entrepreneurial orientation scales. The findings confirm the importance of that direction of theory development that focuses on inter-organizational collaboration in the context of entrepreneurship.     

Experimental evidence of gender effects in arbitration decisions

The study investigates arbitrator gender and arbitrator-grievant gender effects on the decisions of 146 arbitrators rendered on a hypothetical sexual harassment case. Gender was not found to have a statistically significant effect on the decisions examined. However, other characteristics of the arbitrator—level of experience and level of education—were found to influence the arbitral decision.     

Institutional strategies for dealing with sexual harassment

Sexual harassment is being recognized as a pervasive and highly visible problem at an institutional level. As a consequence institutions are establishing policies and procedures to address this issue. In view of recent legal decisions, sexual harassment can have negative consequences for the institution as well as the harassee; thus, in some institutions, sexual harassment is viewed as a common problem shared by employers and employees. This article addresses institutional strategies that have proven effective in proactively dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.     

农民工工资收入偏低分析——现实、宏观效应与原因

农民工工资收入长期处于一个较低的水平,然而,农民工对我国GDP及其增长做出了巨大的贡献。农民工对GDP增长的高贡献与其较低的工资收入水平导致了我国社会有效需求不足。农民工工资收入偏低的核心机制是古典产权制度下的工资市场定位。因此,要解决这个问题,必须进行相应的经济体制改革,构建和谐社会。
