制度安排是决定一个社会进步的关键。对于我国的国有企业改革来说,从制度安排的角度出发,国有企业的改革问题就是一个制度安排问题。对于国有企业存在价值的认识,也必须从制度安排的角度来认识。在国有企业的制度安排改制中,民营经济发挥着不可替代的作用,民营经济发展的更重要意义还在于对国有经济制度安排的推动作用,而且,发展非公有制经济对于中国改革和发展的意义比我们原先预想的更为深远。

寻找区域合作伙伴是区域经济发展的重要选项之一,但区域经济合作需要一个实现互赢共生的平台。安徽在参与泛长三角合作中遇到的种种尴尬,既有长三角经济发展的排他性所致,更重要的是因为安徽在参与长三角经济合作中有认识、政策和实践等战略上的误区。要实现安徽从“融入长三角”到“服务长三角”的嬗变就必须进行战略创新。     

城市商业银行中小企业金融服务发展趋势研判——基于动态演进及后发优势视角的研究

中小企业金融服务需求的提升及大型商业银行的竞争是国内城商行加快中小企业金融创新的重要推动力。基于动态演进及后发优势理论的视角分析表明,国内城商行有必要也有可能通过模仿创新及定标比超实现自身中小企业金融服务的丰富与完善。通过立足担保方式、立足中小企业成长周期、立足集群特色行业的金融服务开发与创新,同时,注重对产品功能性开发、结构授信满足中小企业动态需求,国内城商行可以在结合自身资源禀赋基础上实现中小企业金融服务的创新发展。     

Dynamics of the evolution of the strategy concept 1962–2008: a co‐word analysis

The aim of this paper is to extend recent reflection on the evolution of strategic management by analyzing the field's object of study: strategy. We show how the concept of strategy has formed the backbone of the development of strategic management as an academic field and how consensus regarding it has evolved in the academic community during the stages of its historical development. We also address changes in the structure of the definition as it evolved through the growth of internal consistency, the centrality degree of the key terms that have shaped it, and how this evolution fostered the emergence of new research topics during the development of the discipline. The influence of prior industry affiliation on framing in nascent industries: the evolution of digital cameras

New industries sparked by technological change are characterized by high uncertainty. In this paper, we explore how a firm's conceptualization of products in this context, as reflected by product feature choices, is influenced by prior industry affiliation. We study digital cameras introduced from 1991–2006 by firms from three prior industries. We hypothesize and find that: (1) prior industry experience shapes a set of shared beliefs that results in similar and concurrent firm behavior; (2) firms notice and imitate the behaviors of firms from the same prior industry; and, (3) as firms gain experience with particular features, the influence of prior industry decreases. This study extends previous research on firm entry into new domains by examining heterogeneity in firms' framing and feature‐level entry choices. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

A novel differential evolution algorithm for joint replenishment problem under interdependence and its application

In this paper, we propose a new differential evolution (DE) algorithm for joint replenishment of inventory using both direct grouping and indirect grouping which allows for the interdependence of minor ordering costs. Since solutions to the joint replenishment problem (JRP) can be represented by integer decision variables, this makes the JRP a good candidate for the DE algorithm. The results of testing randomly generated problems in contrastive numerical examples and two extended experiments show that the DE algorithm provides close to optimal results for some problems than the evolutionary algorithm (EA), which has been proved to be an efficient algorithm. Moreover, the DE algorithm is faster than the EA for most problems. We also conducted a case study and application results suggest that the proposed model is successful in decreasing total costs of maintenance materials inventories significantly in two power companies.

论产业融合的误区与演化过程

回顾和分析产业融合理论的相关成果可知,当前国内产业融合研究中主要存在以下几个误区：过于强调技术革新和放松管制的决定性作用;忽视消费需求升级和产业个性特征的影响;缺乏对产业融合与社会分工关系的合理解释;泛化产业融合作用下的企业战略反应;静态理解产业融合的影响与效应。产业融合是在生产要素自由流动的前提下,由技术和需求所驱动,经过模块化的分解与整合,使传统纵向产业结构在不断加强横向联系的同时,经历了三个不同发展阶段而形成的具有新产业属性、新业态的复杂性产业网络系统。
