论"三位一体"大学英语生态系统的构建

当前大学英语课堂生态存在的失衡现象。在大学英语教学过程中,应运用教育生态学的原理,构建由课堂教学、第二课堂、社会实践三个环节组成的"三位一体"大学英语生态系统。     

国外政府公共服务均等化实践及其对我国的启示

国外政府公共服务均等化经过较长时间的实践探索,已经积累了一定的经验。积极吸取这些经验,改进我国的政府公共服务,需要以服务均等化为核心价值追求,建立健全政府转移支付制度,建立自下而上的服务需求表达机制,建立政府公共服务均等化度量体系。     

Examining the link between plan evaluation and implementation

The study investigates evaluation and implementation during planning — determining how evaluation and implementation tactics join to produce successful and less successful outcomes. The tactics managers, acting as plan sponsors, used to evaluate and implement were uncovered from an appraisal of planning practices found in nearly 400 projects. The findings indicate that implementation has more influence on success than evaluation. Considering social and political issues early in the planning process frames the process with implementation concerns and allows foresight, visualizing innovative ideas. When implementation tactics lead planning in this way either intervention or participation tactics are employed. Both tactics improve success dramatically. However, in three of four projects studied implementation was positioned at the end of a planning process. This concentrates on installation behaviors and employs evaluation to find arguments that support a preferred plan. The choice of implementation tactics was limited to persuasion or edict. Both are failure prone. The best evaluation tactics (analysis and participation) improve success somewhat for the best implementation tactics (intervention and participation), but do not overcome the difficulties created by implementing with persuasion or edict.     

校企深度合作打造高职院校实践教学平台——以武汉商业服务学院酒店管理专业建设为例

本文通过对我国高职院校酒店管理专业校企合作的人才培养模式的研究,结合武汉商业服务学院10多年来酒店管理专业实践教学基地建设的成功经验,提出了酒店管理专业校企深度合作为主要的实践教学形式,以打造高星级酒店为主体的多层次高质量的实践教学平台,实行学校、酒店、学生三赢的人才培养机制,从而达到培养高职院校酒店管理专业高素质高技能专门人才的培养的目标。     

创业教育的实践探究

创业既是大学生就业的一条有效途径,又能为社会创造更多的就业机会。因此,高校应重视大学生创业教育,培养大学生的创业能力。本文结合本校创业教育开展情况,探究大学生创业教育和创业能力培养的途径。

After Durkheim: An Agenda for the Scoiology of Business Ethics

Over the last twenty years the organization of business activity appears to have shifted from an emphasis on bureaucratic organizations toward an emphasis on market structures. Economic self-interest has acquired a new social legitimacy, and the force of traditional moral authorities has waned. In these circumstances the work of Emile Durkheim on the problematics of business ethics and the impact of a culture of self-interest on the stability of society, work that has hitherto been neglected by the business ethics community, acquires a new relevance. In this paper we review Durkheim's problematization of business ethics, establish its relevance for the contemporary world, and use it to develop an empirical research agenda for the contemporary sociology of business ethics.
