对英语写作中教师反馈作用的调查与分析研究

相关研究表明,教师反馈在提高学习者写作质量和写作水平中起着重要的作用。目前,国外的研究者对各种类型的教师反馈进行了大量卓有成就的探索,而国内关于教师反馈的实验性研究却并不太多。针对内蒙古工业大学10级非英语专业学习者的英语写作实际水平情况,为深入探讨教师反馈在英语写作中的作用,并进一步提高写作教学效果,笔者展开实验,对测试筛选出的实验对象发放调查问卷,并利用SPSS软件对调查的数据结果进行统计,分析掌握学习者对教师反馈的整体看法态度和意见建议,从而能更好地促进我校教师反馈机制的有效性同时对提高学习者的写作输出能力意义深远。

A cost utility model of interferon beta-1b in the treatment of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis

SUMMARY

This study estimates the long-term cost effectiveness of Betaferon®, (interferon beta-1b) in the treatment of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Clinical trial data, natural disease history information, and costs and quality of life (EQ-5D) data, are linked using disease severity levels, via a model that accounts for the number, severity and duration of relapses, and the probability and speed of disease progression. Previous attempts at modeling the cost effectiveness of beta interferon have produced very estimates of costs per QALY gained (CQG). Increasing data availability enables the modification or replacement of many of the assumptions underlying these models. In particular, longer term modeling and the consideration of wider societal costs is appropriate in the context of this chronic disease. The evidence presented here provides much lower, and more precise, estimates of CQG. The base case 20-year model estimates a CQG of £8,100. These new estimates are in line with other recent estimates and demonstrate the cost effectiveness of beta interferon.     

Clinical and economic evaluation of exenatide for formulary decisions

Summary

This study was designed to provide an assessment for healthcare organisations to make formulary decisions on Byetta®* (exenatide).

The drug was shown to be efficacious in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus when used as adjunctive therapy with other oral antidiabetic drugs. The Centre for Outcomes Research Diabetes Model analyses suggested that the drug treatment fails to achieve a threshold level of the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio until 50 years have passed. Sensitivity analyses suggested that maintaining an appropriate haemoglobin A_1c level is essential for the treatment to be cost effective. A budget impact analysis with a hypothetical plan produced a 2.1 cent base case compliance-adjusted, per member per month cost in Year 1. One-way sensitivity analyses indicated that the two major determinants are compliance and the percentage of individuals expected to be on exenatide.

The author's conclude that further research is needed to include exenatide for the formulary decision.     

Designing Effective Websites: The Moderating Role of User Internet Experience

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of various aspects relating to execution of a Website: Presentation format, quantity and type of content. We developed experimental Websites and we found that in high-involvement context this effectiveness is not influenced as much by the format of presentation of the Website as by the quantity and type of content offered. The extension of the Website content generates more favorable, affective and behavioral responses only when such extension has an informative nature. Moreover, we found evidence of the moderating role of the individual's Web experience in the advertising persuasion process. Therefore, the results of this investigation can provide recommendations to the organizations on how to create effective Websites.     

提高大学英语教学有效性的几点思考

当前,大学生在学习英语过程中缺乏真实的语言环境和大量接触并使用目的语言的机会,导致大学英语课堂教学效果不容乐观。本文从分析影响教学效果的主体因素入手,提出了在缺乏英语环境的大学英语课堂上,如何进行有效教学的一些见解,希望对广大师生有所帮助。     

How the level of personalization affects the effectiveness of personalized ad messages: the moderating role of narcissism

Abstract

In this study, we examined the effects of two different levels of personalization strategies (individual-level vs. group-level) on consumers’ visual and attitudinal responses to personalized advertising. We further investigated the moderating role of recipients’ narcissism in the effect of personalization. Results show that individuals higher in narcissism paid greater and more frequent attention to ads personalized on an individual level than to those personalized on a group level, while individuals low in narcissism showed no such differences. Regarding attitudinal response, consumers with a high level of narcissism tended to have a more favourable attitude towards the individual-level personalized ad compared to those with a low level of narcissism, while consumers with a low level of narcissism tended to have a more favourable attitude towards the group-level personalized ad compared to those with a high level of narcissism. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.     

农村教师全员培训实效性的探索

消费者社群地位与生成内容有效性的关系研究

随着Web2.0技术的发展,消费者可通过在线网络或社区自由地生成各种各样的内容。通过对太平洋快问网收集的数据进行科学分析,结果表明:消费者的社群地位正向影响其生成内容的有效性;消费者生成内容的领域宽度中介了社群地位与生成内容有效性的关系,并从总体上对生成内容的信息量和有效性产生负向影响;消费者生成内容的频率中介了社群地位与生成内容有效性的关系,并从总体上对生成内容的有效性产生负向影响;消费者生成内容的信息量中介了社群地位与生成内容有效性的关系,并对生成内容的有效性产生正向影响。
