电伴热系统的保温原理是利用当交变电流经伴热电缆通过伴热管壁时,在集肤效应和邻近效应的作用下,电流不是均匀沿着管壁流动,而是集中在伴热管内表层通过,在管壁电阻的作用下,通过电流发热,经传导使模板温度升高,保温层粘贴于伴热电缆外侧以减少热量的散失,降低整个系统的电能消耗,有利于减少整套系统的运行费用。  相似文献

The boarding process is on the critical path of the turn-around. Reduction in boarding time can benefit airline carriers and airports and improve passenger satisfaction. However, aisle interference caused by passengers placing their luggage during boarding is a key factor leading to cabin congestion and low boarding efficiency. Therefore, the storage time for the carry-on luggage and its influencing factors is analyzed in this study. An experiment was conducted in a B737-800 model (1/3 size) to explore the factors effecting the time of luggage storage, and a new effective model of luggage storage time is proposed through a significance test and data fitting. The results show that the age of passengers, the type and quantity of luggage, and the existing luggage in the luggage bin have a significant impact on the luggage storage time; the rule of the variation in luggage placing time is similar between young adult passengers and middle aged passengers; the impact of the existing luggage in the overhead bin on the luggage storage time shows a stable trend in the initial period, but with the quantity of the luggage increasing to a certain point, the luggage storage time begins to increase sharply, which is known as a “jump”; and the luggage type has a great influence on the threshold value of jump. The results of the study can provide a reference for airlines to manage cabin luggage to improve boarding efficiency and improve passenger experience.  相似文献

This paper examines the joint optimization of storage location assignment and storage/retrieval scheduling in multi-shuttle automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RSs) under shared storage, in which the reuse of empty location yielded by retrieval operation is allowed. From the view of analytical model, the advantage of operational mode under shared storage is verified. A variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm is developed to solve the large-sized problems. Various numerical experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm and investigate the impact of different parameters on computational efficiency.  相似文献

A mixed storage strategy was proposed to improve the efficiency of yard operations and horizontal transportation to corporate with quay crane double cycling. The effects of the mixed storage strategy on terminal operations, including truck travel distance, yard crane operations and the number of required trucks, were analyzed. An approach based on cycle-time models, the queuing theory was proposed to evaluate the performances from long-term run. Results show using the mixed storage strategy, the truck travel distance can be decreased and the number of required trucks and yard crane’s operation time can be reduced by 16% and 26% respectively.  相似文献

Large chunk of cooling load is typically demanded during hospitality operation. In the pursuit of reducing its energy cost, a multi-functional commercial building incorporates ice thermal energy storage (TES) concept for storing harvested ice at off-peak hours and thawing the storage medium at peak hours. Ice built during off-peak hours is used to relief the cooling burden of hospitality operation at peak hours. The refrigeration cycle of water chilling would operate under two modes, the ice mode for thermal storage, and the chill water mode for instantaneous air cooling. The TES design uses a partial storage approach to satisfy off-peak hour cooling demands. Two screw chillers are integrated with each other for the implementation to allow feeding chill water to the air-handler coils while producing ice for storage at the same time. Not only does the TES system take advantage of the electric rate structure, super-cooled air also makes humidity levels to be lower than buildings with conventional cooling systems. Cool air is introduced to VAV (variable air volume) terminal boxes and is mixed with induced plenum air to bypass any reheat, yielding additional saving. The TES system saves electricity cost while providing thermal comfort to occupants. Indoor air quality may have been sacrificed when only 5 L/s per person of fresh ventilation is introduced into the building.  相似文献
