无线传感网在库存管理中的应用研究

现阶段在我国的多数地方,库存管理仍然存在人工填单、人工记账等较落后的人工管理方式,为此提出了无线传感网在库存管理中的应用研究。介绍了无线传感网的优点,分析了库存管理的需求情况,设计了无线传感网在库存管理中的硬件结构、软件测试平台与实时查询过程,同时提出了无线传感网应用中应注重的安全措施。     

基于RFID的化工类产品仓储高效管理与实时安全监控的无线网络化综合系统研究

基于RFID技术、多类型监测(温度,湿度及各种类型的腐蚀性、爆炸性、有毒有害气体浓度的监测)集成传感器技术、无线及网络化通讯技术和计算机软硬件技术、管理技术,将它们有机整合实现对储存中化工产品的自动化高效管理与多安全性指标的实时监控,并能通过无线网络在全球范围内实时监管和查询。实现了对化工产品的出/入库自动控制、产品存放位置的精确快速确定及数量的精确快速统计和信息的快速查询。     

Market intermediaries,storage and policy reforms

Intermediaries play a crucial role in the functioning of agricultural and food markets in developing countries through linking production, imports and storage with consumption. We analyse how competition in the intermediary sector and alternative forms of intermediaries determine the incentives for storage and market outcomes more generally. We apply this framework to the Egyptian wheat sector as an illustrative case study, a country where food security is a priority, where both forms of intermediaries co-exist and undertake storage but where issues of reforms to the role of intermediaries have been raised. Through stochastic simulation, we analyse two changes in government policy: first, the effects of changing the policy instruments with both types of intermediaries undertaking storage; second, relating to market reforms where the private sector replaces the storage function of the parastatal. These issues have wider significance for addressing the interaction between food security and a wide range of policy reforms including de-regulation of parastatals in developing countries.

本文分析了国内外物流企业资源整合和核心能力的研究状况,提出了基于资源整合和核心能力是企业成功转型的关键,同时分析了我国传统储运企业向现代物流企业转型的优势与劣势,提出了转型的具体策略。     

Condorcet's Jury Theorem and the reliability of majority voting

The effect on the Jury Theorem of dependency among votes is discussed. Condorcet's original model and theorem depend crucially on the assumption of independence and the applicability of the binomial distribution. Two simple extensions of the binomial distribution are used to illustrate the effects of dependency on the quality of group decision making. With the correlated binomial model, it is possible to isolate the effect of pairwise dependency. In the presence of fairly strong pairwise dependency, we are not even guaranteed the natural property of monotonicity with respect to voters. A Pólya-Eggenberger model illustrates the effect of contagion on group competence. A special case of the beta-binomial distribution is used to demonstrate that, even in the presence of synergetic group effects, we are not guaranteed infallible decisions from a very large group. Consequences for an epistemic theory of democracy are indicated.     

Winners, Losers, and the Nuclear-Waste Dilemma

This paper explores how property-right assignment affects social efficiency when a public program has both “public good” and “public bad” components. We show that when willingness to accept a public bad exceeds the willingness to pay, the net benefit is unambiguously lower when the property right supports the status quo institutional structure. Thus, Kaldor–Hicks efficiency tests tend to favor public programs and mitigation over the status quo even when mitigation negatively affects another group. To illustrate the result, we develop social-cost estimates for moving nuclear waste from current temporary-storage facilities to a permanent central repository at Yucca Mountain, NV, USA. For a representative city with a population of 226,195, the present value of the external cost of shipping waste is $1.42 billion when those living near temporary nuclear-waste storage facilities are assigned the property right to “health and safety.” That number swells to $5.95 billion when those living near the transport route are assigned the property right. Thus, property-right assignment affects the efficient level of nuclear-waste, and thus nuclear energy, produced.     

基于实时解调的AIS信号侦察

针对日益增强的船舶自动识别系统（AIS）信号侦察需求,以实 时解调为主要侦察手段,结合采样数据存储,提出了一种通用的AIS信号侦察的FPGA设计方 案。通过乒乓操作、高精度计时器等设计,解决了AIS侦察的实时解调、标准时隙校准、高 精度时标等问题。试验结果验证了该设计的实用性。     

蒸发器积霜对冷库热工状况的影响

为了探讨冷库蒸发器积霜对冷库热工状况的影响,为冷库及时化霜和无霜运行提供科学依据,试验选用10t3HP的双温双控冷库为研究对象,动态监测了蒸发器积霜前和积霜后两段时间内库温、霜温、蒸发器进风口与出风口温差、冷库耗电量,绘制了蒸发器外表面的三维温度场。试验结果表明:蒸发器积霜前,库温周期变化较为稳定;积霜后,冷库运行周期由3个阶段变为风机运行和制冷2个阶段且库温最低温度逐渐升高,达不到设定下限,周期变化幅度减小,用时缩短。积霜后的霜温周期最低值达到霜温设定下限,冷库不能在正常设定的范围内运行,蒸发器的制冷效率明显下降。蒸发器积霜使进风口与出风口温差减小;冷库运行12h的耗电量增加147.06%。积霜后蒸发器外表面三维温度场显著不同,各点温度都有所下降,偏离设计的最低温度。试验表明,冷库运行过程中不积霜运行是冷库节能安全运行的重要因素。     

构建基于校园网环境下的共享数据存储空间

通过对设计艺术学科各类教育、教学资源和学生电子作品等多媒体文件在保存、传播、使用中存在问题的分析,结合当前文件传输和网络存储的发展现状,阐述了基于校园网环境下构建共享数据存储空间的实现过程。
