Logistic Regression, a review

A review is given of the development of logistic regression as a multi-purpose statistical tool.
A historical introduction shows several lines culminating in the unifying paper of Cox (1966), in which theory as developed in the field of bio-assay is shown to be applicable to designs as discriminant-analysis and case-control study. A review is given of several designs all leading to the same analysis. The link is made with epidemiological literature.
Several optimization criteria are discussed that can be used in the case of more observations per cell, namely maximum likelihood, minimum chi-square and weighted regression on the observed logits. Recent literature on the goodness of fit problem is reviewed and finally, comments are made about the non-parametric approach to logistic regression which is still in rapid development.

基于DCS汽轮机DEH控制系统的优化研究分析

数字电液调节控制系统(DEH)是DCS控制系统应用于汽轮机控制的典型形式,而且当前的汽轮机几乎都是运用DEH控制系统来实现其有关的控制功能。随着DCS控制系统的迅速发展及进步,对汽轮机DEH控制系统实行相关的优化措施也势在必行。本文顺应科技发展的要求,结合基于DCS下汽轮机DEH控制系统的实际情况,对其系统的优化进行相应的分析和研究,以实现系统控制功能的全面优化。     

教育现代化的环境下教师教科研能力的培养和提高研究

随着我国经济建设的不断加强,我国的各行各业都在向现代化进行发展,尤其是教育行业,更应当与时俱进,才能更好的培养人才。人才的培养当然离不开教师的教导,教师水平的高低直接会影响到学生的学习水平。文中将从我国目前教师科研能力现存的问题和以何种方法提升教师科研能力这两方面对教育现代化环境下教师科研能力的培养和提升做出进一步的研究。     

浅析高职赴日留学现状——以苏州工业园区服务外包职业学院为例

本文在苏州工业园区服务外包职业学院2014年赴日留学生情况调研结果的基础上,结合国内的留学趋势以及专业人才需求,总结日语教育模式以及对日文化交流的经验,在与日本院校的交流与日语社团活动、日语教学和赴日培训方面为高职院校培养日语人才提供一定的参考。     

Reinforcing collectiveness in entrepreneurial interactions within start-up teams: a multiple-case study

ABSTRACT

Using a qualitative multiple-case study approach and data from four high-technology team startups, we elaborate a theory on organizing entrepreneurial actions as team efforts and the kinds of interactions that reinforce collectiveness amongst entrepreneurial teams. Through systematic thematic analysis, we find that entrepreneurial action reinforces collectiveness through and during (a) the joint analysis and planning of entrepreneurial opportunities and strategies, (b) the joint decision-making and realization of opportunities and (c) the evaluation, feedback and sanction of entrepreneurial action. We analyse the dimensions through Giddens’s ideas on the duality of structures and agencies. We identify interactions that reflect a joint elaboration of opportunities, open and continuous sharing of knowledge and feelings, equality and democracy, joint effort and credit, informality and lack of bureaucracy, and feedback and helping. Our insights could be applied to create collectively entrepreneurial teams and to design education and training activities at a macro level to enable regional development.
