石家庄市“三农”问题的现状及相关政策选择

文中指出了石家庄市“三农”问题的现状,分析了其产生的原因,提出用城乡统筹发展的思想调整“三农”政策导向和发展战略,以“三化”带动“三农”,深化农村税费改革以最大限度地增加农民收入的政策建议。     

科学发展观与税收政策取向

贯彻落实科学发展观,需要重新全面审视我国当前的税收政策。本文认为,以科学发展观为指导构建社会主义和谐社会是我国税收政策的根本取向;适度降低制度税负应该是当前和今后一个时期我国税收政策的宏观取向。据此,本文提出了我国目前税收政策具体取向的若干思考。     

Implementing market segmentation using full-refund and no-refund customer returns policies in a dual-channel supply chain structure

Products returned by customers are common in the retail industry and result in costs to both the supplier and the retailer. In practice, retailers implement returns policies that may give customers a full, partial, or no refund for returned products. In this paper, we examine how a firm that faces customer returns can enhance profit by using different customer returns policies, full-refund and no-returns, as a device to segment its market into a dual-channel structure. We also show the impact of customer returns on the firm's pricing and ordering decisions, as well as on the firm's profit in such a dual-channel structure.     

改善我们等车的日子——对成都市磨公交站规划配置的研究

随着我国市场经济的发展,人民水平的提高,出行频率的增多。交通的发展成为了人们越来越关注的话题,无论是远途旅行还是日常出行,交通的便捷程度直接影响着我们的工作时间和出行效率。本次交通调查着眼于城市公交的微缩景观———公交站,对其单体设计、总体规划、车站管理三方面进行调查,分析存在问题,提出改善建议,为我市公交车站未来的建设与管理提供参考,以给候车人群营造一个更为舒适的候车环境。     

ELECTREⅢ方法在装备保障分队专业划分模式选择中的应用研究

建立了装备保障分队专业划分模式的评价指标体系,引入级别不劣于关系,用ELECTREШ方法对装备保障分队专业划分的各种模式进行评价,为装备保障分队模式选择时进行定量分析提供了新的思路。通过分析计算,得出了装备保障分队按混合模式分类时产生的装备保障效能最高,其次是按技术构成分类模式,再次是按目前装备分类模式的结论,这一结论反映了未来信息化装备保障发展的趋势。     

The joint impact of labour policies and the “Great Recession” on unemployment in Europe

The paper consists of an empirical analysis of the separate as well as joint impacts on total and youth unemployment of indicators of labour market policies on the one hand, and the financial crisis associated with the “Great Recession” on the other. In particular, we investigate labour market data in the past two decades for the Enlarged Europe and adopt a variable accounting for the idiosyncratic severity shock of the crisis. This time-varying and country-specific crisis variable enables us to test empirically and in a novel way the joint impact of labour market policies and the economic crisis on labour market dynamics even when accounting for common macro shocks.     

多点支撑加固坦拱桥技术研究

矢跨比较小的坦拱桥,受力形式带有梁式桥的倾向,水平推力较陡拱大,受载弯矩集中于主拱拱顶至3/8、5/8区段,因此造成对此种桥型加固难度增大。有必要提出有效措施进行加固整治。本文结合公路坦拱桥加固工程实例,较为详细地介绍了多点支撑加固坦拱的设计、施工技术。实践证明,该加固增强技术可有效提高坦拱桥的承载能力且安全可靠,具有较大的技术、经济和社会效益,应用前景广阔。
