多主体视角下广府庙会的形象表征及差异

随着互联网发展,节事形象的表征主体日益丰富。现有关于旅游形象的研究多从主客.视角出发,忽略了对媒介形象的考察。本文以广府庙会为案例,选取涉入群体的访谈材料和媒介文本进行分析。研究发现:广府庙会的表征可划分为政策偏好、定位功能、产品策划、氛围环境及地点场所5个维度;主办方对广府庙会的表征可以看作官方建构的投射形象,参与者的表征是其对广府庙会的感知形象,投射形象与感知形象之间存在一定差异;媒介在主办方与参与者之间起到联结作用,媒介形象成为投射形象与感知形象之间的过渡形象。     

Co-integration and error-correction modelling of agricultural export supply in Cameroon

Estimates of factors influencing Cameroon^,s exports of cocoa, coffee and cotton are derived in a system of equations using the Engle-Granger and Johansen co-integration and error-correction representation procedures. Two co-integrating vectors involving cocoa and coffee exports as endogenous variables are identified in the system while tests for exogeneily of cotton exports are consistent with the independence of cotton from the other two commodities. These findings are corroborated by estimates of a restricted error-correction model which lead to acceptance of the hypothesis that cocoa and coffee exports are-indeed determined endogenously to the system and not linked to cotton exports. Statistical significance of the error-correction terms for cocoa and coffee validates the existence of an equilibrium relationship among the variables in each of these co-integrating vectors. The combined short run dynamic effect of lagged quantities of cocoa and coffee, export/domestic price ratio and GDP jointly explain changes in exports of cocoa whereas lagged quantities exported do not seem to have a significant short-run dynamic effect on changes in coffee exports.     

基于骨干度与网络编码的链路预测模型研究

为了研究网络表示学习在社交网络中链路预测方面的应用,提出了一种基于骨干度与网络编码的链路预测模型(BDLINE)。在网络表示学习算法LINE的基础上融入骨干度算法,通过给一阶相似度和二阶相似度中增添骨干权重,将网络编码到多维向量空间中,调试到最优参数。实验采用2个真实数据的数据集,分别在不同的算法模型上进行多次实验。实验结果表明:在链路预测方面,BDLINE均比其他网络表示学习算法的性能有所提升,AUC评测值更高,预测效果表现得更好。因此,所提出的方法可以方便地提取网络特征信息,更好地处理社交网络在链路预测中的随机性,对社交网络中预测网络节点的关联性和有效性具有一定的参考。     

选择代表:自然资源管理分权管理的机构及其权力

论述了有效的分权管理的中心条件——代表制。代表性是分权管理公式的关键,将代表性分为反应性和问责性是非常有用的。分权管理的结果似乎是代表性的功能和管理动机。为了评价选择的地方机构是否能够形成有效的分权管理,关键的问题是选择的机构是否对他们管理范围内的人民负责。许多国家缺乏可持续的具有代表性的地方政府。不管有或没有代表性的地方政府,也不管是哪个权威掌握对环境的权力,问责性措施都可以培育政府一定程度的向下的责任。选举并不是达到这样的问责制的唯一形式。分权管理改革的安全性和可持续性,大部分取决于中央政府向其它实体转移权力时采用的方式。制度转移是最安全的也是最具可持续性的。分权管理的有效和公正的潜力取决于地方机构的代表性。但是在几种情况下,选择民主负责的地方机构然后赋予其民主权力。     

基于表征视角的旅游目的地形象内涵及其建构过程解析——以丽江古城为例

旅游目的地的旅游活动与其说是一系列旅游产品的组合,不如说是一个过程、一组实践。以此为基点,文章从符号表征的视角重新审视旅游目的地形象的内涵及其建构过程,解释其中所发生的意义生产、嬗变和争斗的过程,发现旅游目的地形象是一种具有社会、文化、心理3个层面的概念,并具有以下特征：群体共享性和差异性;社会根源性和规范说明性;相对稳定性和长期动态性。旅游目的地形象的建构过程本质上是符号表征功能的运作,而旅游目的地形象建构的意义就在于规范和组织旅游目的地社群和旅游者群体内的旅游活动。     

再论农村集体土地产权主体

集体土地产权主体及其代表的确定在理论界是一个争论已久的问题，为了能加快农村经济的发展，促进集体产权的合理流转，规范土地流转收益分配，本文针对长期存在的集体土地产权主体的模糊、虚置与错位等问题，着重分析了其产生和形成的原因。由此在尊重历史和合乎法理的前提下，将集体土地所有权主体界定为村民小组范围内的全体农民，并提出了使集体土地所有杈主体人格化的政策性建议。     

A Model of Reputation in Cheap Talk*

We study a dynamic game of advice where the sender's preferences are unknown to the receiver. The novel feature of the model is that there is more than one type of biased sender. We show that the more equal the proportions of different biases in the sender population, the greater the credibility of the information transmitted. Somewhat surprisingly, however, we also find that the receiver does not benefit from this equality. We discuss our results in the context of political lobbying and show that institutions that increase transparency lower lobbyists' incentives for truthtelling, but unambiguously promote the policymaker's welfare.     

Constitutional Implications of Electoral Assumptions

The paper discusses the implications of three models of elections (the median voter model, the proportional representation model, and the probabilistic voting model) on three functions of constitutional rules (constraining the majority of the people, monitoring political and bureaucratic agents, and keeping separate the levels of constitutional rules and of ordinary politics).     

航次决策知识及其表示方法构建

为了加强航运企业对以往积累知识的利用,本文在对航次决策领域知识进行详细研究的基础上,构建了一种三层次知识对象表示方法。针对航次决策静态常识性知识、动态经验性知识,本文分别构建了基础知识对象、过程知识对象;然后针对获取特定航次决策知识问题,本文构建了经验知识对象进行求解。最后,本文借助构建好的知识表示方法对益海船务公司积累的业务知识进行表示,同时开展了相应的应用研究,验证了表示方法的有效性。
