21世纪我国物流业发展面临的机遇与挑战浅析

我国物流业的发展经历了从无到有、从传统的简单物流模式发展到现代新型的物流模式阶段,走过了一条曲折的道路。尤其是进入21世纪以来,随着我国加入WTO协定,企业所面临的市场竞争是前所未有的,机遇与挑战并存。为参与国际竞争,企业必须通过降低成本、扩大销售、提高自身核心竞争力等一系列的措施和方法来应对,以便在国际市场激烈的竞争环境中取得优势,占有一席之地。因此,必须积极把握机遇,迎接挑战。     

Food,farmers, and the future: Investigating prospects of increased food production within a national context

With international food price shocks in 2008 and 2011, food security became a political priority in many countries. In addition, some politicians have recently adopted a more nationalistic stance. Against that background, this paper critically investigates the prospects of increased food production within a national context. We use a small, high-income country, Norway, as an empirical case. In 2012, the government set a goal of increasing agricultural food production by 20% by 2030. We ask: 1) How has food production in Norway developed before and after the goal was set? 2) What plans do farmers have, and what do they regard as the main obstacles to increased production? We apply a mixed method combining public statistics, a survey, and interviews. We analyze four production systems: a) milk; b) grass-based meat; c) combined pig and grain; and d) grain. These systems represent around 80% of the domestically consumed food produced on farms in Norway. Since 2000, aggregate food production has had a slight downward trend with periodic fluctuations. Based on a political economy approach, we identify land and labor as the most limiting factors. Capital is less of a hindrance and offers a potential for increased production. Farmers have modest expectations of increased production, though. This outlook resonates with the strong integration of agriculture into the wider economy, at both micro and macro levels, making it challenging to implement new policies and change farm practices on a broad basis. Increases in some specific products, however, are realistic.     

Prospects for food security in the 21st Century: with special emphasis on Africa

Food security for the world in 2025 is possible and probable if the right set of things are done, starting now. But the task will not be easy. It is both a technology and a political/economic challenge. The challenge for sub-Saharan Africa is even greater. While other regions improved per capita food availability over the last 30 years, Africa's availability declined. But food security is about more than supply. It is also about access which means income generating employment is critical. Meeting future requirements in Africa and the world will require sustainable intensification of complex production systems, appropriate national and international policies and continued investments in agricultural research. Without these conditions and increased employment intensive growth, prospects for the future are less bright.     

服务管理国内外研究现状和发展趋势分析

作为国内外管理学界一个新的重要研究领域,自20世纪60年代以来,服务管理已逐渐成为学者研究的热点方向,并取得了丰硕的成果。尤其在近几年,相关研究越发活跃。旨在帮助研究者能更好地把握服务管理领域的现有研究成果和近期研究动态,对近5年来国内外具有代表性的研究成果加以归纳和总结,以期提供一个兼具全面性和时效性的现状和动态分析结果。文献调查显示,近年的大部分研究成果仍集中于服务过程管理、服务创新、服务营销等传统领域,而作为新兴领域的网络服务、服务经历中的顾客社会问题、服务战略等也逐渐得到关注。     

低碳经济背景下的“五个重庆”建设

气候变化已经成为新世纪人类发展面临的重大挑战之一。大力发展低碳经济既符合我国国情,又能够对国际社会对抗全球变暖、减缓温室气体排放做出巨大贡献。今后,各省、市、区在经济社会发展进程中,面对的主要问题是如何将低碳经济与自身发展结合。重庆提出了“五个重庆”（“宜居重庆”、“畅通重庆”、“森林重庆”、“平安重庆”、“健康重庆”）的发展目标,“五个重庆”包含了低碳经济的主要理念,而低碳经济对“五个重庆”的建设又提出了更高的要求。实践中,更应将低碳经济发展模式与“五个重庆”相结合,使“五个重庆”与低碳经济的协调发展成为其他省市地区发展借鉴的样板。     

中国外汇管理立法中亟待解决的几个问题

本文结合分析外汇管理立法上存在的问题，从加快制定《中华人民共和国外汇法》，立法确立外汇储备的经营管理原则，清理整合现有外汇管理规章和规范性法律文件，处理好外汇管理改革与上位法局限性的关系等几个方面展望未来外汇管理立法。     

Prospects: A Missing Piece of Current Selling Price Reporting

This article seeks to provide insights about a conceptual objection to current selling price reporting: that, in its determination of asset amounts, such reporting ignores the reporting entity's prospects (potential, promise, outlook) for achievement of possession of or of access to consumer general purchasing power beyond its achievement to date of such possession or access. The article argues that financial reports should provide (a) information that is helpful to the users to evaluate the prospects of the reporting entity, including financial statement information based on current selling price reporting, (b) a section of the income statement presenting amounts spent during the reporting period to enhance the reporting entity's prospects, and (c) various kinds of supplementary information to aid the evaluations, such as the kinds discussed in this article.
