高职《商品学》课程教学改革探索

在高职教学中,课程教学是教学活动的基础,改革传统的课程体系和教学方法,是体现高职教学特点和实现专业人才培养目标的关键。本文通过对连锁经营管理专业中《商品学》课程教学改革的研究与实践,构建了课程的培养目标和课程体系,提出了课程教学组织实施和考试模式改革的具体办法。     

优化我国产融生态链的若干思考

现代经济已日趋复杂，经济风险也日益增大。寻找产融生态链新形式的必要性已经 不仅仅是为了筹集资金，更增加了一层防范风险的需要。为此，政府必须努力改善产融生态链，重塑金融机构和企业的关系。在借鉴发达国家产融生态链的经验基础上，提出了优化我国产融生态链几点建议。     

Problem-solving in teaching/learning packages for Technology

In the project Technology in Secondary Education: Problem-solving in Teaching/learning Packages, two experiments regarding a construction problem and an explanation problem were conducted, in which two variants of a teching/learning package (strongly structuredvs. weakly structured) were compared. Only with the strongly structured instructional variant of the package for the explanation problem did the pupils come to a quick solution of the problem. In both experiments, the factors that influenced the problem-solving processes of the pupils were investigated. The results are of importance for curriculum developers and the authors of teaching/learning packages for Technology but further research into the factors influencing the problem solving process of pupils is necessary.     

有关国家不发达地区开发的财政制度安排与借鉴

本选择美国、印度尼西亚等典型国家，就其不发达地区开发的财政制度安排问题，进行比较与分析，概括其异同，总结规律，为我国西部大开发提供借鉴。     

高职专本衔接立交桥构建的研究

阐述了高职专本衔接立交桥建立的必要性,研究了高职专本衔接的三种模式,提出了分段培养模式的专升本教育的人才培养方案、教学计划制定的指导思想,构建了“宽基础、活专业、强设计”的专升本教育课程体系。     

新世纪会计本科课程设置改革初探

随着经济全球化、技术制度革新加快及会计职业本身职业范围的扩大,对会计本科课程设置提出了新的要求。目前,我国会计本科课程偏重技能教育忽视素质教育和职业道德的培养。应增加文科教育课程,开设与企管、财经相关的辩论课或在有关课时中分离出一部分课时作为辩论课,减少会计专业课,增设会计案例课,以培养出符合社会需要的会计人才。     

TOWARD BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN THEORY AND EMPIRICAL REALITY

Introductory (i.e. first year) undergraduate learners often perceive economics to be remote from reality and overly theoretical, leading to a lack of motivation and enthusiasm to study economics. A general survey of curriculum practice reveals that lecture materials and the pedagogic approach to teaching introductory economics often do not place the current “mainstream” economic theory into its philosophical context. The result being that the learners are unable to bridge the gap between abstract economic theory and empirical reality. This paper argues that research into effective teaching and learning should focus not only on learner characteristics but also on curriculum content and its philosophical underpinnings, in order to research why students hold these negative perceptions. The paper recommends that introductory undergraduate teaching needs to engage in a critical examination, with the learner, of the philosophical underpinnings of “mainstream” economic theory and to introduce debates about the implications of these into the curriculum. This would create exciting new opportunities for teachers and learners to explore the connections between economic theory and social science in general and should come a long way in changing the negative perceptions of introductory undergraduate economics.     

HSK与对外汉语教学课程内容的调整

HSK是为了测试母语为非汉语的人所掌握的汉语水平而设立的国家级标准化考试,它日益为人们所重视,但对外汉语教学的课程不能为HSK考试而设立,应该着眼于学生的汉语实际应用。HSK与教学之间应该是相辅相成的关系,可以根据HSK对教学内容作适当调整。     

人力资本财务管理探析

通过对人力资本财务管理的目标、内容及人力资本的计量进行探析,提出人力资本作为决定企业生存发展的重要资源,在企业经营管理中,应建立企业财务与人力资源的双重管理体制,人力资本权益的财务管理目标定位应明确人力资本所有者与财务资本所有者的同等地位,企业财务管理应站在人力资本所有者和财务资本所有者的立场上进行财务决策,企业在追求所有者财富最大化的同时,还要维护其他主体利益,才能实现企业可持续发展。     

Assessing strategic flight schedules at an airport using machine learning-based flight delay and cancellation predictions

To mitigate air traffic demand-capacity imbalances, large European airports implement strategic flight schedules, where flights are assigned arrival/departure slots several months prior to execution. We propose a generic assessment of such strategic schedules using predictions about arrival/departure flight delays and cancellations. We demonstrate our approach for strategic flight schedules in the period 2013–2018 at London Heathrow Airport. Together with the development of dedicated strategic flight schedule optimization models, our proposed approach supports an integrated strategic flight schedule assessment, where schedules are evaluated with respect to flight delays and cancellations.
