我国国家助学制度的问题分析与财政对策选择

国家助学制度是解决大学生入学机会公平的一种有效的手段,在我国已有50多年的历史,目前已形成了多元混合的制度体系,为我国教育改革和发展提供了前提条件,但也存在不足和缺陷。本文从我国国家助学制度现行状况入手,对存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了若干可行的解决建议。     

从国开行的统贷模式探讨中小企业融资难题

中国中小企业的组织形式、企业规模等因素,决定了股票和债券市场不可能成为其有效的融资渠道。没有足够的可抵押资产及相应的担保更无法获得银行贷款。国家开发银行开创性的创造出了一个开放性的融资体系。这个融资体系包括一个向中小企业提供贷款的平台和一个为贷款提供担保的平台。这种开放式融资体系中的贷款模式有效的破解了中小企业融资市场中的规模难题、软信息难题及担保难题,为商业银行提供了有效借鉴。     

我国制造业的对外开放与国家经济安全

随着商品、技术和投资等方面对外开放程度的不断扩大，我国制造业日益融入国际分工体系之中。即使是在经济全球化不断深化的今天，国家仍然是最重要的经济利益主体，由于制造业在国民经济中无可替代的重要地位，制造业对外开放必然会对国家经济安全产生深刻影响。     

油气田开发项目平均投资利润率和利税率的确定

行业平均投资利润率和行业平均投资利税率是投资者进行投资机会选择的主要参考依据之一，是投资者对其投资项目收益的最低期望要求。从投资者角度来讲，恰当地确定平均投资利润率和行业平均投资利税率是一个相当重要而又比较棘手的问题。文章主要讨论了如何确定油气田勘探开发项目经济评价中平均投资利润率和行业平均投资利税率的一种简单方法。     

ETF Premiums and Liquidity Segmentation

Exchange traded funds (ETFs) provide a means for investors to access assets indirectly that may be accessible at a high cost otherwise. I show that liquidity segmentation can explain the tendency for ETFs to trade at a premium to net asset value (NAV) as well as the life‐cycle pattern in premiums. ETFs with larger NAV tracking error standard deviations (TESDs) tend to trade at higher premiums and the liquidity benefits offered by foreign ETFs and fixed income ETFs are revealed to be the most valuable to investors. Further tests validate that TESD has the desirable properties of a liquidity segmentation measure.     

Structural Changes in China’s Import Market: A Comparison with Korea’s Exports to China

The article examines the structural changes of China’s import market for domestic demand and the corresponding structural changes of Korea’s exports to China for Chinese domestic demand. Using 8-digit HS code data covering the period 2006–2014 and analyzing the processing steps as well as by industry, this study reveals that while the share of ordinary trade in total China’s imports has increased rapidly, the share of processing trade has decreased continuously since the mid-2000s. The article also shows that Korea’s exports to China is still processing trade-oriented. The slowdown of Korea’s exports to China is because of the concentration on processing trade, intermediate goods, electronics and chemistry.

石油是一种不可再生资源,必须要寻求新能源的制造方法,其中,甲醇的大规模生产也受到了各个国家有关部门的高度重视。本文主要从原料、产品与投资方面几个方面对多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术、Shell技术、BGL煤熔渣气化工艺进行分析,得出最优的生产技术。

当支架工作一定时间后出井维护时,需要将前梁与顶梁之间的销轴拿掉后改为运输销轴连接,由于井底空间、设备有限,操作极为不便;另外,由于前梁千斤顶是靠销轴受力,因为支架工作时间比较长且井下环境恶劣,导致销轴出现变形、生锈等现象,以致销轴不易拆卸。

当前高校贫困生人数和比例呈上升趋势,高校贫困生资助管理工作应与时俱进,应把高校贫困生帮扶与教育相结合,把物质救助手段与精神鼓励手段结合起来,全面、系统的做好高校贫困生的资助管理工作。     

National politics and bank default risk in the eurozone

We study the impact of national politics on default risk of eurozone banks as measured by the stock market-based Distance to Default. We find that national electoral cycles, the power of the government as well as the government’s party ideological alignment significantly affect the stability of banks in the eurozone member countries. Moreover, we show that the impact of national politics on bank default risk is more pronounced for large as well as weakly capitalized banks.
