随着我国就业弱势群体的出现,财政部和国家税务总局陆续出台了一系列促进就业的税收政策,但由于这些税收政策在“公正”与“关护”两个基本原则运用上存在侧重点的偏差,导致这些政策的作用效果并不明显。“公正”与“关护”同属人类伦理学理论资源中的两个基本道德诉求。在就业弱势群体税收支持政策制定中,两者缺一不可、互相关联,但从国家宏观就业指导方针、道德原则的稳定性、持久性以及普遍性的角度看,应该坚持“公正”重于“关护”。 相似文献

ABSTRACTGiven the critical need for retail firms to provide high quality customer service and satisfaction, this article investigates the importance of formalizing customer complaint handling policies and procedures with regard to its relationship to the ways in which retail companies receive, record, and respond to customer complaints. A survey of 184 firms from the retail environment of a midsized community reveals that the existence of such formalized procedures is significantly associated with firm size, better channels of communication with customers, mechanisms of recording customer feedback, and better-trained employees, which have been shown to relate to higher firm performance. 相似文献

While social media can have significant benefits for organizations, the social media presences and postings of employees can be problematic for organizations. This is especially true when employees have connections to co-workers and managers. Workers posting content deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the organization has led to a significant number of workers being fired for their social media behavior. To avoid such situations, organizations should create social media policies to guide employee content. Organizational implementation of social media policy is on the rise, but serious questions remain as to how to make it effective. One crucial question is how well employees know and understand their employer's policy. In this article, we discuss how to communicate social media policies to workers and help their understanding. This paper analyses one of the business case arguments for social responsibility: that corporate social responsibility plans
are rewarded by consumers. This paper explores the ability of consumers to buy responsibly, identifies the main obstacles
for responsible consumption, and suggests conditions for it to work. The review of previous studies leads us to conclude that
consuming responsibly is seen as a time consuming activity, economically disadvantageous, and stressful. The main thesis of
this paper is that unless market failures are corrected, consumers will not be able to buy responsibly, and therefore, market
incentives for CSR are seriously threatened.

This study explores how colonial laws and administrative practices shaped the evolution of employment management in Pakistan. It identifies important mechanisms used by the British Raj (the period of British rule of the subcontinent) to institutionalise legal and administrative frameworks: the legacies of these structures continue to influence contemporary management practices in government sector organisations. This article investigates the legacy of the Raj's ‘quota system’ in the civil services and the doctrine of the ‘martial race’ in military services, both of which offered enduring structural advantages in the labour market to designated groups. It further considers the implications of the study's findings for international HRM in particular, but also management theory, comparative HRM and comparative management in post-colonial societies. 相似文献
