HSE管理丰富和发展了传统意义上的安全生产管理,本文通过江苏油田228地震队推行HSE管理的经验,提出了在执行HSE标准中应注意的一些问题.     

领导行为与团队双元创新能力构建关系研究

双元领导能较好地满足复杂创新过程中的差异化需求,但对双元领导与创新过程的匹配机制尚缺乏深入研究。针对双元领导这一领导行为理论的新发展,基于社会认知理论,采用问卷调查法收集45个知识团队的领导-下属配对数据,构建并检验一个有中介的调节效应模型。结果表明,双元领导能显著正向预测团队双元能力构建;团队心理安全在双元领导与团队双元能力之间发挥有中介的调节作用。与团队心理安全较高时,双元领导对团队双元能力的正向影响更强;团队心理安全的调节作用通过团队反思这一中介路径实现。团队心理安全较高时,双元领导通过团队反思对团队双元能力的正向影响更强。研究结论拓展了双元领导及团队双元能力构建相关研究。     

Trade and the location of industries: Some new results

We study a two-country two-sector model with free entry and monopolistic competition where both industries use labour to produce differentiated goods. The two countries are identical except for size. Labour is freely mobile across industries but it cannot move internationally. Transport costs affect both industries. The location of industries and the pattern of trade are the results of the interaction of two effects: the home market effect and the wage differential effect. The main results are: (i) if the two countries are sufficiently close in size and demand elasticities differ across industries (transport costs being equal), a continuous fall in transport costs from a prohibitive level to zero is associated with a reversal in the pattern of trade at some intermediate level. For large transport costs, the large country is a net exporter of the more differentiated good. For lower transport costs, the large country becomes a net exporter of the less differentiated good; (ii) if the two countries are very different in size and demand elasticities differ across industries (transport costs being equal), the larger country is always a net exporter of the less differentiated good.

改革开放以来,我国吸引的外商直接投资(FDI)一直呈逐年上升趋势,外资企业进出口占我国对外贸易的比重也呈上升趋势,而我国的价格贸易条件则呈现下降的趋势。本文借助外商直接投资的主体——外商投资企业的进出口与价格贸易条件进行实证分析,提出我国对外商投资的政策应从"招商引资"转变为"招商选资"。     

Asset value management in the Portuguese real estate sector

This paper analyzes whether real estate investment fund managers use asset valuation discretion strategically to achieve financial reporting objectives. Portuguese real estate investment funds represent a unique opportunity to investigate executive behavior regarding accounting choice, as fund managers may choose to use historical cost, fair value or a mixed system (historical cost with internal revaluations) to value fund properties. We also investigate the factors that influence this strategic behavior. Empirical results confirm that fund managers manage asset valuations in order to avoid net asset value declines, particularly in a period of financial distress. We also observe that funds with a higher level of past unconditional conservatism are more likely to manage asset values. With respect to corporate governance issues, we conclude that audit quality reduces managerial discretion and that the conflicts that may arise between fund management company shareholders and fund participants due to management fees do not seem to have impact on fund managers’ opportunistic behavior.

Safety management challenges and tensions in the European nuclear power industry

This paper provides an analysis of major management challenges and tensions within the European nuclear power industry in the context of safety. The results show that human resource management, organisational climate and culture, and public confidence and trust are the three most challenging areas for nuclear managers across Europe. Managerial tensions typically relate to the setting of priorities and maintaining focus, and to the need to find a balance between diverging demands and expectations, such as perceived conflicts between economy- and safety-related objectives. Overall, the results suggest that nuclear managers need and use complex models for structuring their realities and that the safety of a nuclear power plant cannot be managed independently of the other goals of the plant organisation.     

成本效益分析在道路交通安全评价中的运用探析

成本效益分析方法在道路交通安全评价中有着广泛的运用。欧美国家对道路交通安全措施进行了系统的成本效益分析,其结果对道路交通安全工作有较强的指导作用。本文通过对成本效益分析概念的阐述和具体的案例计算分析,提出了运用成本效益方法对我国道路交通安全进行系统评价的建议。
