医院门诊管理信息系统

本文通过对医院的系统分析，了解了医院的组织结构和业务流程，提出了新系统的逻辑方案，包含数据流程图和数据字典。进行了系统总体结构设计，包括系统模块结构设计、数据库设计、系统配置方案设计和系统总体安全性和可靠性方案设计。然后进行了系统详细设计，包括代码设计、人机界面设计和模块处理过程设计。最后在Windows平台上面，以Visual Basic为开发工具，以SQL Server 2000为数据库进行了系统的实施。     

危险化学品安全管理体系建立的研究

本文通过总结发达国家危险化学品安全管理的先进经验,并结合我国安全管理实际工作中存在的问题,提出从法律、政府、技术机构、企业多层次建立高效、科学的危险化学品安全管理体系,希望通过在实践中不断总结规律,不断完善我国的法律法规体制和提高安全科技水平,打开企业安全管理和政府职能部门监管水平的新局面。     

不同替代负载对器具温升测试准确性影响的试验研究

电气安全试验中,不同替代负载对带输出功能器具的温升测试准确性的影响问题引起了检验行业的广泛关注。本文对扬声器的阻抗特性进行分析和实测,使用真实负载和多种替代负载进行了三组比较试验,对试验数据进行比较和分析,试验结果表明使用替代负载相比真实负载时的温升变化趋势一致,同时为替代负载在实验室快速检测中应用提供了理论支持。     

美国汽车技术法规研究报告

本文介绍了美国汽车法规的形成背景及历史发展,从美国汽车安全技术法规（FMVSS）、与FM-VSS配套的管理性技术法规、美国汽车产品安全召回法规、美国汽车环保技术法规、美国汽车节能技术法规、美国汽车防盗技术法规、美国联邦机动车运载安全法规、美国汽车合格评定等方面对美国汽车技术标准和法规体系进行系统研究,并关注和跟踪美国汽车技术发展的新趋势,对我国汽车产品破除发达国家技术性贸易壁垒具有重要指导意义。     

How does FDI affect China? Evidence from industries and provinces

Using the latest panel data from 19 industries and 30 provinces in China, we found it is not true that more FDI necessarily brings about more output growth across the board. Local industries without foreign participation lose while those with some participation gain from the inflow. Provinces in western and central regions lose while those in the eastern and coastal regions appear to be the major beneficiaries. While the net effect of FDI is still positive, the regional disparity has been growing. It casts doubt on the rationale of haphazard and lavish policies to compete for FDI in China. 新疆对外传播过程中存在的问题及对策研究——以天山网为例

经过几年的发展，天山网已成为新疆对外传播的主要渠道，其通过海量信息有效地传播了新疆形象，取得了较好的社会效益。然而，以“一面展示”为主的传播内容及匮乏的传播人才日益成为影响天山网对外传播影响力的主要障碍。笔者认为，加大两面报道力度，引进具有国际传播经验的媒介人才是解决问题的关键所在。

食品安全与农产品贸易壁垒研究——福建省农产品出口受阻的思考

自从我国加入世贸组织以来,农产品出口频频遭遇国外以质量、卫生和技术标准为借口的技术性贸易壁垒,出口规模受到制约,造成很大损失。本文结合福建省农产品出口受阻的情况,重点分析福建农产品出口遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的内外因,并提出应当采取的应对策略,以推进现代化农业发展。     

Human appropriation of net primary production in the United Kingdom, 1800-2000 : Changes in society's impact on ecological energy flows during the agrarian-industrial transition

This paper presents an empirical analysis of the United Kingdom's society's long-term intervention into the energy flows of domestic terrestrial ecosystems through the human appropriation of aboveground net primary production (aHANPP) covering the period 1800-2000. The depicted aHANPP trajectory and the historical development of its components are discussed in view of a continuously increasing population and the transition process from an agrarian to an industrial socioecological regime. During the 19th century, aHANPP shows a steady decline from its level of 71% in 1800. While even higher levels were reached during the mid 20th century, the trend during the last forty years of the period under investigation again shows a reduction of aHANPP, which lies at 68% in the year 2000. The high values of aHANPP in the United Kingdom are primarily attributable to the limited amount of forest in comparison to large agricultural areas. At the beginning of the studied period, the relative stabilisation or even decrease in aHANPP in comparison to population development was made possible through the area expansion of and productivity increases on cropland and permanent pastures. Later this was made possible through the outsourcing of biomass harvest, by satisfying local nutritional demands by means of overseas imports, and as from the mid 20th century through huge amounts of fossil fuel based inputs into agriculture (e.g. increased amounts of fertilizers and motorized traction) which allowed increases in biomass harvest to be decoupled from HANPP.     

中国与六大贸易伙伴的汇率研究

当前,全球金融海啸重创了西方发达国家的金融系统乃至实体经济,中国对外贸易也难免受到波及。另一方面,2005年7月人民币汇率制度改革后,中国的贸易顺差和外汇储备仍在不断增加,"汇率操纵"之说引起的贸易争端持续不断。因此,我们有必要研究中国与主要贸易伙伴的汇率,以解决"汇率操纵"之说引起的贸易纠纷,以保证中国对外贸易在全球金融危机中健康发展。本文研究了2005年7月汇改后中国与六大贸易伙伴的汇率,认为人民币汇率的水平总体合理,但仍需对不同贸易伙伴的汇率进行调整。此外,本文对中国的外贸政策、汇率政策和货币政策进行了分析,并提出了相关政策建议。
